    DIY bagel sandwich

As someone who takes bagels very seriously, finding Life's a Bagel on Yelp felt like destiny. If there's a bagel sandwich on a menu, chances are I'm ordering it. The interaction with one of the employees was a little odd, but not odd enough to distract me from the masterpiece that was my sandwich. I ordered the lunch meal, which came with a sandwich, chips, and a pickle. At around $20, I briefly questioned my life choices... until I took the first bite. The Asiago bagel was absolutely incredible--warm, crispy, cheesy, and everything a bagel should aspire to be. I loaded it up with ham, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado, and it was so stuffed I needed both hands and a strategy to eat it. The sandwich was huge and kept me full until dinner.I'll definitely be back, because apparently I've now set the standard for what an Asiago bagel should be, and Life's a Bagel ruined all other bagels for me. ;)

Delicious bagels, great bread, friendly service. A bit pricy on the cream cheese, but overall, we are happy with our purchase. Definitely want to try a few other flavors!

Wrote my first review of this place 6 years ago...and it's still the best in the Summerlin/Northwest area. We absolutely love their bagels and fresh cream cheese. The french toast bagel is out of this world.

I've heard about this place for years. I don't splurge on bagels often but if I ever do, this is where I'm coming from now on! I stopped in to pick up food for a friend who is recovering from surgery. She really wanted a corn beef sandwich and raved about this place. When I came in, I was warmly greeted right away. I took some time to look at the menu to see what else they offered. It was not a cheat meal kind of day for me. Yes they did have salads, but I already had dinner at home waiting for me, so I'll have to try something for myself another time. What I was really impressed with was the cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff and all of the delightful variety of bagels and baked goods behind the counter. They also had a fresh selection of deli meats and cheeses, and of course Schmear for your bagels. The gentleman who took my order could not have been nicer. Honestly shame on me for not getting his name, but he was friendly professional, and placed my order with ease. My friend's order was boxed up and ready to go within 10 minutes. Definitely looking forward to come here and give their bagels a shot!

Picked up a half dozen bagels and a half pound of cream cheese for just $11--what a deal! The cream cheese was the real standout: rich, fresh, and super flavorful. The bagels were fresh and warm, but a bit on the fluffy side for my taste--I prefer a chewier New York bite. Still, they had great flavor and a nice variety to choose from. The shop is packed with bagels, spreads, salads, and baked goods, plus the service was friendly and quick. For the price and quality, I'll definitely be back.

No complaints. I've been here before to grab a breakfast sandwich for my kid and he enjoyed his meal. We recently took advantage of a too good to go app pick up- instead of wasting their old bagels they advertise on the too good to go app to get rid of any old food items for a small fee. In my case, I got a large cinnamon roll and 5 assorted bagels. All were delicious!

I was just near by next to Smith and I saw this place, decided to go in and give them a try. There was few people in there eating, it was around 12PM 12/3. I ordered a breakfast egg, bacon and cheese on a cheddar bagel. The staff was nice and the place was very clean. I felt welcomed when I walked in, they asked if I was ready. The food I didn't wait long at all probably 5 mins. Came wrapped in foil, was really hot and fresh. I was impressed since I only trusted Einstein. I wish I lived closer because this bagel sandwich was delicious. The egg wasn't burnt, the cheese was melted, the bagel had such good favor and butter. Perfect bagel breakfast! When I'm around that area definitely will stop in again. They also have sandwiches, soup and pastries as well and oh coffee from what I noticed. If you are in the area and like bagels, give them a try

The bagel sandwiches here are the best in Las Vegas. Most authentic east coast experience you can get. The service is always on point. Be prepared to wait in line as it is a popular spot and for good reason. If you like bagel sandwiches this is your place. It's also a deli but I can only speak to the bagels.

I got a cheddar bagel..toasted with butter. The outside was crisp-I mean CRISPY. Barely any discernible cheese flavor of any kind. The inside was soggy from the butter. This was not a good bagel. It was really just some boiled bread and baked. I also had a honey wheat bagel with egg and Swiss. It had some crunchiness to it and I was questioning if egg shells had made it into my sandwich. It had no taste to at all-I didn't even finish it. Things are too expensive to be bland and overdone and crunchy when there shouldn't be any crunchy at all. This was my first and last time trying this place. I did use Uber Eats to deliver it. It was very fast. My food was still warm but it was really disappointing. ***The owner manager did address my review right away. They have offered to refund me the money I spent which is good. However, the owner/manager had to check with the baker...um...I had to laugh..bagels are indeed BOILED. They should be at least so if you're not boiling your bagels then what are you doing to them?? Does your baker know what a bagel is??

Feel like having a bagel for lunch? Then you have come to the right place! Friends had recommended Life's a Bagel for a while and have brought us bagels from them. We were in the area and finally got a chance to try them out in person. WORTH THE WAIT!!! 11:30 on a Friday morning. While there was a line at the counter to order, there was no problem getting a table (there are about 8 - some for 2 and some for 4). When your sandwich is ready, they bring the food to your table. The coffee is self serve. I ordered the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich ($7.65) with a small coffee ($4.58). My wife got the nova sandwich ($11.49) with a coffee. Each ordered on the pretzel bagel (your basic salt bagel really). Both sandwiches were really good. The Nova was huge and way more than my wife could eat in one sitting (yes, that means lunch for me the next day!) Definitely will eat there again when we are in the neighborhood.

We tried Life's a Bagel for breakfast, but they also have deli options for lunch/dinner. They have standard bagels like everything, sesame, garlic, and onion, but they also had some interesting ones like egg, french toast, bialy, and pretzel that doesn't look like the traditional brown pretzel. I got a ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and my SO got a bacon, egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel. They were ready in under 5 minutes. I thought the bagel sandwich was a bit underwhelming, and the eggs were runny. Hence, 2 stars in my book. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

Irresistible sandwiches and the best bagels on town. The bagels are chewy but not heavy. The sandwiches are loaded with tender meat and the bread is perfect... sliced to order. The sweet treats should not be missed. Staff is friendly, helpful and patient.. there is a lot to choose from on the menu! I'm really happy they recently extended their hours until 7pm

I got cucumbers, onion, capers and tomato with lox cream cheese on a Cheeto bagel for me. I looked up the Cheeto bagel- it's a cheese bagel that is kind of orange. That sounded good. Then I got 2 hash browns with a side of scrambled eggs that came with rye toast and pepper jack cheese for $2.99. They made it into a little sandwich for me, and it was lovely. I would do that again all day long. It was like a grilled cheese with egg. When I got my bagel it was a plain bagel and they put flaming hot cheetos inside. Clearly I did something wrong when ordering. I picked off the cheetos, but the residue was spicy and really good. My husband "accidentally" just ate half of my sandwich and he insisted that I do a review for them. I wasn't going to. I didn't even think to take a picture, so you get my receipts. Trust me when I say it was pretty and very stacked. He got a breakfast sandwich and he said the maple bacon bagel was something like a cross between a bagel and a donut. He liked it. He said it was strange and different, and that whoever came up with these was really imaginative. I have to agree. The star for me was still that pepper jack and egg on rye with those yummy caraway seeds. Absolutely simple and a show stopper.
