I need to write a review of my experience here. Long story, short, I've been wanting to come here…read morefor a very long time. And recently, I had this very weird addiction to tiramisu. I recently saw a review where someone snapped a pic of the seasonal tiramisu that I really wanted to try. So on a random day, I made a trip. Took about seven hours since I'm coming from another state. And the insane part, was that I only went for the tiramisu. When I got to the food truck, I was surprised to find out that the tiramisu I was trying to get is no longer "in season." but the awesome guy at the front explained that the new flavor was the apple crumble. And he also mentioned that he loved this more than other flavors. So that was enough to convince me to get it and I will say,.. that was the best tiramisu I've ever had in my life. If you're reading this review, this is your sign to go try that apple tiramisu before it's gone. There were a little bits of apples that were just bright little surprises of flavor. You had a very traditional tiramisu look, but the flavor was beyond what somebody could imagine. It wasn't overly sweet, it wasn't overly wet. Everything about this tiramisu was perfect. If 303 decides to keep this on their menu, that would be one of the best decisions ever made. I would come back just for that. Moving onto the person who took my order. This person was absolutely perfect. Not only was he super fast and efficient, he was extremely knowledgeable about the food and even convinced me to give to my other addiction, which is cheesecake. I really enjoyed the small chat we had, but more importantly, I really appreciated his enthusiasm for the food they sell. I didn't expect to get such good service at a food truck close to midnight. But that cheesecake, wow. I knew this cheesecake would be out of this world when the cashier guy told me that mascarpone was in the filling. You can't even begin to imagine how many levels of lusciousness this cheesecake was. And not only that, this is one of the very few, if not only, American cheesecake maker that doesn't dump tons of sugar in it. The cheesecake was perfectly sweet. And what threw this over the top was the berry compote. The berry sauce had very low sugar, and it perfectly worked with the cheesecake. At this point, I can't believe how much I've actually written about this experience considering how fast I was out of there. But with that side, the atmosphere was amazing. There was a good group of people lined up to get food. But the hilarious part was at the food truck was what looks to be in a strip club parking lot. I could be wrong but I just found that to be interesting. There may be a lot of of you who are browsing the reviews and are finding out that these desserts are a little bit pricey. But let me tell you, aside from the fact that this spot uses high-quality ingredients to make their desserts, the quantity they give you is massive. I guarantee you won't finish it in one day unless you are me and have a serious addiction to their food. Give their food a try at least once, and you'll probably end up going back repeatedly. I know I'm gonna go back. It's worth the hours long drive. Because then you'll have amazing food to eat on the drive back. If the owner of this food truck is reading this, I just want to say thank you for spreading a little joy through your food. I really appreciate it. I've been going through a tough time recently, and the cheesecake and tiramisu is really helping me a lot.

The 303 area code in the name hints at Colorado style, so the green chile seems to reflect that…read moreregion rather than New Mexico. The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

I came across the Hot Mess food truck at the Tuff n Nuff MMA event at the South Point Hotel and…read moreCasino in July and was pleasantly surprised by the quality anf frsh taste of the food. At first I was hesitant to choose this truck as everyone else seemed to be going to some of the other trucks in the food court area. However the small (six items) had a few different choices that sounded good to me so I took the leap and was glad I did. The menu has a little Chinese, a bit of Mexican, some American and most items are a fusion of all three. Simone opted for the Thai Chicken Skewers, with Peanut Sauce and Spicy Cucumber Salad. While this was fairly basic it was also very good in its simplicity. Juicy marinated grilled thigh meat with mild peanut sauce. The cucumber salad was not overly hot but had just enough of a vinegary red pepper spicy kick. I ordered a Spicy Chino Burrito ( is it okay to say Chino?) A large grilled flour tortilla was stuffed generously with fired popcorn chicken, Chinese fried rice and a lightly sweetened orange soy glaze. Although the chicken was of the frozen variety it was perfectly crispy and the fried rice was loaded with veggies and egg and not over flavored with soy sauce as you may find in some of your more local Chinese places. To finish off the meal we had the very American Deep Fried Oreo, done perfectly with Tempura Batter. These were not at all greasy and the Oreo on the inside were still had a bit of that cookie crunch. They came in an order of three but they were so good we doubled up the order and got six. They were the perfect indulgence. I would suggest the Hot Mess if you are able to find it in Vegas. 4 stars.

Putting out a variety of house-made fries, available plain, with cheese, cheese and jalapenos, loaded baked potato, or Asian chicken (with a sriracha cream drizzle and cilantro). They smartly had all of their featured styles on display, and despite having one of the longest lines, it moved pretty quickly. Chips were fresh, portion as huge for the low $5 price tag, and they were generous with the toppings. Their old-school ticketed ordering system helped keep things running smoothly and ensured everyone got what they ordered, as they turned their ticket stub in to pick up their food. Their website indicates that they do general catering, and I'd be interested to hit up the truck if I see it again to see what other food they put out.

The chips were delicious and obviously freshly made. The idea was great and the taste was A-OK. The portion was huge and the combination was rich so it would definitely be best shared among two or three people. The service was very friendly and my order came up quickly, especially compared to the wait time at the other stands. The chips were $10 which seemed a bit steep for chips, even at a food festival. Maybe a smaller portion for $5 would be a good festival option.
