The company that owns this property should take a look at their policies in place about how the run their apartment complexes. Falcon Creek it's self and staff are limited to what they can and can't do but the founding company should be embarrassed by how they run the place, especially since it's close to a military installation and lots of military families live there. As for their current position no I would not recommend. Staff Dannae has been great to work with but my stay over the last 2 years not so much. They charge you for basic housing wear and tear when moving out. The stairwells need to be kept cleaner. Gate entry was broken 75% of the time I lived there. It took a week for mx to repair my AC during the summer. Basic things I didn't report because it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, if you do need to report anything mx wise make sure to use the portal because if you call in my experience things fall through the cracks and you don't have a "paper trail" to show you reported it. My apartment itself is very nice. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Great location. The rental office/ management team is not responsive to resident needs and problems. They no longer receive packages for residents. They stopped this suddenly, with no advance notice. The only way I knew is that I saw the flyer they taped to the door of the rental office the day they decided. There is no effective security here. Supposedly there is a roving patrol. My car was broken into for the second time in a year. I discovered it myself when I went out to my car. The rental office's only response was to tell me to make a police report. The security gates to the complex have been broken for months (since before Christmas). They say they are having trouble finding parts. read more

I lived in this community from December 5, 2020, through April 16th, 2021. In hindsight, choosing to call FCLA my home is one of the biggest mistakes I've made. I had signed a 13-month lease, but after 3 months of documented dissatisfaction and deplorable customer service, I was allowed to terminate my lease agreement with a 60-day notice. My termination fees were waived by the PM, to make up for my trouble. Allow me to share with you the lessons I learned: (PM= Property Manager, LP=Leasing Professional, APM= Assistant Property Manager, FCLA=Falcon Creek Luxury Apartments) 1. Having the cable/internet included seemed like a plus, but the service is quite slow. If you stream often, work from home, or game online this service is most likely not in your best interest. No other cable provider is available, other than the one they offer. 2. Once I decided to apply, no one reached out to me for quite a few days. I ended up calling to assure they received my application. Communication moving forward did not improve once I was a resident. I was the one who always initiated communication. 3. There is a designated key pick-up time of 4 PM for Saturday move-ins. There was no documentation about this leading up to my move-in date. I found this out when I called the day before my move-in date. I had already made arrangements to move in the morning. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress. 4. Verbal agreements with staff members are not effective. For example, the APM verbally promised no one would enter my dwelling unit when I gave no permission to enter on Thursday, March 18, 2021. However, a staff member entered into my dwelling unit on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, to place a radon test kit. My dog was loose in my apartment, and could have escaped. (The APM later apologized for the miscommunication, when in reality they failed to communicate with me that the entry was mandatory.) 5. I was told by the PM that my emails disturb her sleep on Friday, February 12, 2021. So, I guess if you plan on sending emails to the staff members, make sure you send them in a time slot of their liking. 6. Keep your cars locked, I have seen several posts on Facebook from FCLA residents who ran off suspicious characters (They were using their phone flashlights to look into multiple car windows in the early morning.) 7. Take several pictures at your move-in and move-out appointment, because the staff will wait to take pictures until you leave the apartment at move-out. Also, be sure to take pictures when you submit service requests. They will take about a month for the maintenance team to complete. I went without a dishwasher for the first month I was there. The racks were very old and rusted. So flecks of rust stuck to my dishes after each cycle. 8. Do not lose your pool pass key chain! It is a tiny piece of plastic they give you at move-in. If you don't turn it in at move-out, you will be charged $75.00. 9. Don't bother complaining about the unbelievable amount of dog poop around the community. Just accept the fact that you will always have poop on your shoes, and in your dogs paws. I persistently brought this issue to their attention. All that came of my efforts was a community-wide email. Their poop bag stations are in such an inconvenient spot, but they refuse to move them. 10. Do not meet with staff alone. They will bring at least two team members to make sure you're intimidated and outnumbered. Your guest can also serve as a witness to any verbal agreements. In summation, I was personally treated like a nuisance, rather than a resident. I regret living here, and I am still negotiating with staff about my final bill. Despite having the carpets and the entire apartment professionally cleaned, they have initially charged me $175.00 for a carpet clean. Additionally, I was initially charged $275.00 for one coat of paint, despite the fact that it would be covering basic wear and tear. read more

Single man, literally got that apartment just to sleep in..didn't even get to make it a home cause military life!! Not a single guest ever come over to my apartment. This place charged me $hundred$ of dollars for move out fees..if I can remember it was between $600-$1000 in fees.. if anyone decides to rent there, make them give you a brand spanking new apartment!! Take pictures of EVERY dirt, dust, scratches, defects, every inch of the apartment and make them sign for it and notarized!! One example, the lady literally charged me because of off-color wall paint high in the wall and ceiling..as a military guy, I knew instantly that it was a scam because I'm military..thinking oh well, military will pay, not know it's me who will pay!! When I moved in 2 years ago to Falcon Creek I was amazed. The apartment was beautiful and the high ceilings and crown molding were added bonuses. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the first floor. Some of the amenities are awesome: the pool, fitness center, car care area, and the walking trails. Maintenance is very quick to come and fix anything that is wrong. They also keep packages for you in the office. That is about as far as the nice goes. The bad points far out weighs the good. While they offer pest control, the spiders run rampant and was told spiders couldn't be treated for. My back patio sits useless. Can't open the door for fear of bugs entering the apartment. Pet owners don't clean up after their dogs and they let them run off leash. The promised new dog park has never happened. The only dog run is a gated area behind some garages and it floods. The security gates work part time or are not at all. The trash compactor is always full. Some lights in the parking lot have never been replaced since I moved in. They have so-called fiber optic internet which is either slow or not working. The only tv provider you can get is directv thru the apartments. There is no getting Verizon or Cox. The front office, from the leasing agents to the manager, have bad attitudes. They say they are there for you but they are not. For example, Several times I have complained to them about loud radios after 10pm during the week and they have done nothing. Also, they are extremely rude and will lie to you and refuse to put it in writing. And beware moving in, they have move out fees that they don't tell you about till you sign your move out notice. We thought that this place was amazing they said to us that we will have high-speed Internet and if we didn't want the apartment Internet we can always go to a different Internet company. once we moved in we noticed that the Internet was a little bit slow but because they said that we can set up a different Internet we were we weren't worried about it when we tried to call a different company the people said that they cannot come out to set up Internet we thought that we were able to do that based off of what the people said in the apartments however they were incorrect so they let us on thinking that we could have Internet if we didn't want theirs. From there things got worse and worse in the apartment the first month we were in here our master bedroom toilet handle had broke instantly and we had to fix it ourselves ever since then or toilet makes this loud creaking or rattling sound throughout the night that last for about 20 seconds we try to have someone out here come and fix the toilet but there was no response after multiple times a couple months later our boiler had caught on fire and I smoke detector did not go off I woke up in the middle of the night smell something burning and I we happen to catch it before things Before things got worse. Because it was so late at night and we did not know the maintenance number, we waited until later the same day to finally call them. Once you got a hold of the maintenance man he blamed us for not calling him instead of just coming in here to fix it and doing his job once he did fix it it seems like things started to go back to normal and so we started taking our showers in the water never got hot we caught another maintenance man out here to come fix the hot water but it was still cold and every time we try to get maintenance to come out here no one to fix our stuff. We have been living here with cold water for about four months now to no avail it's still cold. When I showed us the model apartment everything was perfect however as soon as we moved in we noticed that the tiles are different, some things in the model apartment looked very different than what we actually lived into which kind of let us on I was hoping for the tiles that we showed that were showed in the model apartment however we got old dingy ones the carpet is old and dingy as well and it seems like the people who put the carpet in did not do a good job of hiding lines of demarcation and other small fibers that come out of the carpet or anything it looks like they just placed it in there without a care also the lights flicker and we tried to ask the maintenance people if they could fix it but they said it's an apartment wide issue and they're not able to fix it that I do not understand when it comes to plumbing and showers it looks like our showerhead was melting off of the wall and it was stained with rust and mildew and mold we tried to get someone to fix it but once again nobody wanted to come out and do so and he said they either that or they said they couldn't do it moral of the story don't move into this goddamn apartment it fucking sucks they don't know what the fuck they're doing and he wasted our time the apartment cost us about 1500 for a two bedroom two bathroom and it seems like I didn't pay to it seems like I shouldn't have paid that much for this... read more

I moved here back in 2020 and am still here, getting ready to transfer to a two bedroom. That should tell you of my satisfaction with the apartments. I was first drawn to them because of the look (the garden tub). They really are beautiful apartments. The staff has been really helpful and open with communication since I applied. Ashley and Monica have always been there to answer questions, solve any issues, sometimes put in work orders for me if I call, explain things in detail, etc. Any work orders were solved within a day or two. I locked myself out because I lost the key while running, and the maintenance on call was there within 15 minutes in the pouring rain (I'm so sorry sir!)(it wasn't raining while I was running) Really the only and biggest issue I've had is the occasional spiders during certain seasons of the year. But they're spiders. I'm sure this isn't the only apartment complex with this issue. The staff sent the terminator directly to me to put down the sticky trap things. He also sprayed the entry ways or cracks where they may get in from. He made a hella difference. A few other tidbits: they provide the air filters for you to change yourself, just go to the office and get one; they bring food trucks on friday's; they host paint and sip nights, there's a lifeguard for when the pool is open, I painted and put wallpaper up without a problem; there's a trash service so you don't have to walk it yourself; haven't had any issues with neighbors or noise; there's a grill by the pool; they do receive packages in the office. I can't really think of anything else because I really haven't had any issues. I love living here and have gotten my monies worth with the all inclusive package. I change my ac almost every other day if I'm hot or cold. I don't use the cable because I have sling. The wifi could be faster but you can also just get a wifi extender like I did. One in the living room area, the other in my room so everything isn't on one band. There's a car wash section but people put coins that don't fit so they're stuck. There is live wire in the ceilings under the caps so if you want to install your own ceiling fan/lights, you can. Other than that, it's a lively community with plenty of improvements made over the years. They are always adding something to boost morale of the residents. People are always out walking or running. Haven't had any pet issues. They're always on a leash. I really do love it here and will probably be here another 2 years atleast. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE. MILITARY BEWARE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would and that's only taking in to account the rude, disrespectful, shady, and unprofessional staff this place employs. More specifically DEBBIE FOSTER but I will get into that later. I lived here from March - August 2018, that's when I first moved here. At first, reading the reviews I shrugged them off thinking that they were just some disgruntled tenants who were writing false reviews, but now I completely understand where they were coming from because I have experienced the same thing. So here it goes: The WiFi was supposedly upgraded, it is still slow and constantly going out. My building, 4907, was having water pressure problems at one point and I called SEVERAL times as well as put work orders in online and they did nothing except say that my shower head was broken and replaced it. I HAD JUST BOUGHT THAT SHOWER HEAD TWO DAYS PRIOR. The maintenance guy broke my shower head and replaced it with one of theirs. Not to mention he tracked in a whole bunch of mud/grease on the carpet leaving stains that I got billed for in the end. Also, the water pressure was still low and it turned out I was right when the whole buildings water just went out completely. Thats when they decided to fix it. But I digress. The garbage disposal which was broken when I moved in and annotated on the move in sheet and which they did "fix" kept breaking. I was constantly putting work orders in. One of the maintenance guys threatened me saying if it happened again i would have to pay for a new one. This guys was also extremely rude and when I opened up the door for him to come in, he just barged in hitting me with the door and never said one word. He seemed to be in a hurry to leave and was pissed he had to do his job. There is also constant theft around the apartments and cars are being broken into. It happened to my friend and a few others around my building. It was their fault for not locking their door but just be aware. The gate on the right side has been broken the WHOLE time I was there. They seem to have no intentions of fixing it, so there's that. The AC kept going out and when I called to have it fixed they brought up a humidifier to "fix" the problem as if I had no idea what a humidifier was trying to fool me into believing that it would cool down my apartment . It was 87 degrees in there. I was 6 months pregnant and had to leave to stay at a friends because I was over heating. Finally, when I told them I was going to be moving I set up the final day out and had the $2000 ready to break my lease, I payed it on August 14, 2018 but told them I would still be in the apartment until the 28th as I still needed to vacuum, clean and take a few things out of the fridge. THEY DO THE WALK THROUGH ANYWAYS AND TRY TO CHARGE ME A FEE FOR STUFF STILL IN THE FRIDGE. Of course stuff was still in the fridge, I TOLD THEM I WAS STILL MOVING THINGS OUT! Moving on, I barely was in the apartment due to work and had very few household items with NOTHING on the walls and no furniture, but they charge me to repaint the walls anyways. It seems they had the intention to charge tenant to repaint anyways regardless of there was no damage what so ever. Screw me I guess. At this point I've had it with them and just agree to pay the moving out fees knowing their screwing me. Which was more than the $300 deposit you put down, so don't except for that to cover anything when you move out. You are going to end up paying carpet cleaning, painting, and various other things they can think of to charge you. REGARDLESS if you note this on your walkthrough sheet. They tried making pay for a new garbage disposal but thankfully I had records showing it was not working when I moved in. Two months later I think I'm finally done with them and I get an email from Debbie Foster saying that I never payed and that I am delinquent. Thankfully I had the receipt and emailed it to her or she would have tried to charge me twice. I called to try and talk to her to get her to verbally acknowledge receipt of payment but she just so happens to "not be in the office". I'm calling again, hopefully your in Debbie, since you're all "tough talking" talking over the phone. Those are just some of my experiences while living there. But I would like to close by saying Debbie Foster is an an extremely rude and unprofessional person who was always short over the phone and doesn't have the common decency to admit they were wrong let alone apologize for the horrible way she treats tenants let alone any individual that she comes into contact with. I'm only giving them 2 stars because they take care of everything except for where people actually live. I promise you though the pool areas and landscaping is always flawless and well maintained. From the moment I moved in I was constantly having issues. My apartment was infested with ants, never had someone come out to get them, I had to call a friend to take care of it. Also I had a bird nests that was unable to be removed due to the eggs not being hatched which was already discussed, they said they would remove it once the birds were able to fly. Ok cool. Once they did I put in several requests to have the nest removed, mind you I had a mountain of bird feces on my patio directly outside my door, so no one was ever able to go outside. They had a major lack of communication so I had to go back and forth with them for almost 2 months before it was removed. Not too long after that I discovered my Ac unit was frozen so I reached out to them to come and remove the ice, why did this take weeks?? Keep in mind, that this means my apartment would remain blazing hot until they removed it. Then I had a major spider infestation which I discovered on a Wednesday/Thursday what they told me was that the exterminator only comes on Tuesday's. When asked how am I supposed to stay somewhere I pay rent with 20 plus spiders in my house I was told "I don't know " So as you can guess, I had to leave for the weekend and deal with it. But jump forward I had ANOTHER ant infestation due to the mulch being replaced outside of my apartment and they were quick to have someone from maintenance handle it until the exterminator could come the following Tuesday (which he never did ) but my point is when I did have the spider problem they could have had maintenance do something to hold me over. Another issue, my microwave was broken and I sent in a request, why did that take a month for them just to come and look at it and tell me it's broken. JUST for them to take another couple weeks to bring it after I called. I wasn't decent when they came at that time, so they said they would be back the next day... of course the next day turned into about 3 weeks. My toilet broke and when I called to make a request and asked if I could get a ball park estimate as to when someone could come out she didn't even try and reach out to maintenance to let me know Mind you idk who can go without a toilet so thank you for that. Once again I had to call friends to come fix it for me and on their way here they drove around the complex and asked the maintenance guys themselves. These aren't the only issues I have, sometimes I'd rather fix or figure things out for myself then to wait for them to barely attempt to do their job. Bottom line is I pay way too much money to one always have issues and for the front office to have the worst communication. Great location, pretty lake views, nice apartment layouts, but that's about it for pros. This has been, by far, the worst apartment living experience EVER! I travel a lot for work and have lived in plenty of places, but this one takes the cake. The office staff is rude, unprofessional and vengeful. There is zero communication between office and maintenance. Maintenance is slow, and when they do come, weeks later, the work is half-assed. Someone mentioned the radon testing and telling them they couldn't go in. They did that to me too. I even put it in writing like they asked. I am at high-risk for COVID-19 and they assured me that they wouldn't go in, but they did. Be ready to take pictures of everything, on move-in day, before you put in a maintenance request, after they "fix" it, and when you move out. Get security cameras to prove that someone entered your apartment. Put everything in writing. It's sad that you need to build a case, but you do. But even if you have "proof", they'll still keep your deposit with unnecessary charges, like refreshing the apartment for the next tenant. Remember to live there, but don't because they'll charge you when you move out for just breathing in the apartment. They get away with a lot of the charges because they know they can! It's despicable. Also, if you own a dog, be prepared to pay for vet visits and avoid poo-mines. Technically, it's not the management's fault, but no one picks up after their pets, and no one picks up after them. They could hire someone to pick up poop/trash daily and it'll be a full-time job. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is horrible from their services, the people that live here, & the maintenance. They guarenteed a luxurious apartment & that is NOT what we're experiencing. My boyfriend is currently living here & has been for 4-5 months now. When we contacted the front desk to get more information on a current issue, the woman (who we later found out was the manager by another employee working at the front desk) she was very short-tempered after asking her a question of the details of how to move out of this place. Fairly simple, right? Wrong, she kept giving us answers to a subject that was completely different & after explaining our question to her, she was rude & hung up. This happened on several occasions when we called the front desk especially with this woman. Very unprofessional. This place also does not have a contract with other major internet providers (cox, Verizon, etc.), the only internet you will be able to use & only use is the apartment complex's Internet. It's slow. It often randomly disconnects & reconnects & sometimes even disconnects for the whole day. Not so appealing for someone who needs Internet for work or school. Throughout the whole complex, people are LOUD. By loud, I mean shouting, screaming, BLASTING (not exaggerating) music. We were told that the complex is usually quiet. Surely they were wrong. Usually, all this disruption happens in the afternoon & through the night. At this current moment, it has been raining. My boyfriend had called, & told me he came home to water leaking through the ceiling (a video will be attached). Water was leaking through the sides of the walls behind the paint, the ceiling, & the light! How dangerous. You would think that these buildings would be better built for these types of weathers especially in Virginia regarding the storms. Hopefully they will fix this problem. So much for the gate. It barely works. Most of the time at night when we come back, it's open & left open. If you're considering living here, just expect that you will be paying more than you should. If you are active duty military please don't waste your BAH here. I know it looks pretty and is advertised well, and the office seems so nice when you come to check the place out- it's all an act. The staff: All I'm going to say about the staff is that they are professionally rude as fuck. They act like they are paying you to live here. A couple of times I've tried to go to the office to grab a package about 20 minutes before the office closed and the doors were locked. The last time I attempted to do this I called first and I kid you not someone picked up, stayed on the line talking with someone in the background for about 20 seconds, then hung up. I called back and it went to voicemail. As I'm pulling into the apartment about two minutes later 2 people come walking out the leasing office. Safety: In this past year alone my car has been broken into 5 times. This last time, someone broke into my car, took it for a joy ride, smoked weed in my car, then crashed it into the garage upon returning it- thankfully a neighbor witnessed the return and called the police because there are no security cameras here. The time before when my car was broken into, again a neighbor called the police. The gates: they DO NOT WORK. In the past 3 years I have been renting here I have never seen the gates functioning correctly more than 2 - 3 at a time. Plot twist- When they do work all someone has to do is press 0000 and the gates will let them in. This is only a gated community for a full day once every couple of months. The air conditioning: Ever single summer I have been here the air conditioning goes out for at least 8 days of the month. It won't even happen to the entire building/floor- it is just random units that end up without air conditioning each week (I know this because I've asked my neighbors in my building). I cannot say for sure, but I do believe the office may actually be turning off the AC themselves. I only say this because each of times time it goes out has been on a Friday while I was at work. Their "on site" maintenance doesn't come to look at issues on the same day, weekends, or if you only submit your complaint one time ( you have to consistently call the office because they forget to log in your issue if you don't call every day about it multiple times). The office asked permission to enter the apartment if I wasn't home and I said yes but get this: I was on leave; after five days of calling and waiting; no one came. It just magically came on again at 1030.. coincidentally the next morning on a Thursday. No one was ever sent out to look at my AC unit, no one ever followed up with me from the office, it just all the sudden worked again. The heating: You will have issues with your heating every winter for at least 3 days out of the month- by go out I mean it will just blow air. It will just stop working for 3 days and come back on like nothing happened. Same thing with the AC, just shorter amount of time. The WIFI: The WiFi is joke. It's offered as free only because it's really difficult to get another provider. I don't specifically know. Your WiFi is going to go out. No matter what you do. And guess what? No one will come to fix it. You will just be sitting there looking stupid for 2-3 days a week resetting your router. The WiFi will just not work. It just won't work. It won't work. Also, you yourself can not call the company about the WiFi or have someone from the company come check out the issue, you have to talk to the office.. who will tell you to reset your router. Typing this is making me frustrated, confused and sad.. so that's all I'm going to say about the WiFi. The cleanliness: During the summer birds nest in the upper corners of the apartment halls. There is bird shit piled up in every corner of the apartment halls because of this. They power wash twice in the summer (beginning and end of summer). But for the duration of that time: I'm talking like 4 inch high piles of bird shit in every single corner of the halls throughout the summer. This is not an exaggeration: Dead baby birds are a common site on every building floor. Even their trash system is trash: There is only one place to throw garbage away for the entire complex and when it breaks it is terrifying. People don't have a choice but to just stack the garbage out side and around the compactor. It's so sick. I've lived here since September of 2014. When I first got here it was under a different management and things were great. Yeah the garbage compactor broke down form time to time and the gates didn't work, but those were the only little issues. This place has gone down hill so far in this last year with their new company. The place is just not worth it. Do not waste your BAH here. There are nicer, CHEAPER places that offer the same things this place does that actually work. read more

Falcon Creek apartments are in a really great location. You are right in between Hampton and Poquoson which has several shopping centers to include several restaurants to select from. Not to mention Newport News is about a seven minute commute. I have enjoyed living in these apartments for the past three years. Debbie really has established a great team thus far. Yeah & it's ashamed when my fiance' comes into your office to speak to someone about a problem, your staff always somehow gives him a hard time and talks down to him. Don't talk down on someone... especially who serves your country & furthermore, has referred FIVE military colleagues to move into your facilities. I could not wait to renew a lease for a 2 bedroom and start a family here at your facilities once his lease ended, but that will definitely not be happening. We will be going to the Housing Office on base to file a complaint with you all come Monday. You already had a staff member talk down to him and ask him "could he not read?" because he asked a question about you all's creative (sarcasm) diagram/letter that you put on the door of all residents saying you were repainting the parking lot the next day so make arrangements to find parking elsewhere. His vehicle was almost towed if he had not walked out at the perfect time & saw it happening...this was due to the lack of communication & the confusion provided by your staff. Unfortunately, other people's vehicles were towed because they were also confused about what was going on. Today, a maintenance man told him that the garbage disposal not working was not an emergency...my fiance' cannot even use his sink to wash his dishes due to this matter. He sent in a request Wednesday, it is now Saturday & the sink is backed up with filthy water. Disgusting...Every time my fiance' calls to talk to someone about any issues he has, he gets rushed off the phone because you all tell him you are "busy right now." EVERY tenant needs to be taken care of and their needs need to be met promptly.... especially when they are paying a substantial amount of money a month for a one bedroom apartment. All of his neighbors on his hall have moved out...I see why! His water bill has been the same for the past 2 years he has been here, until this summer his bill sky rocketed. When my fiance' inquired why his water bill was so high, for a one bedroom that does not even have a washer and dryer hooked up in the unit, maintenance came and found a leak and told him he needed to go to Lowe's to buy a "gasket" piece to fix the water leaking which is causing his bill to sky rocket. My fiance' works security forces in the Air Force...he is not a maintenance worker at Falcon Creek... how would he know how to fix your water leaking to stop the bill going up??? Also, it's ashamed his bedroom is so dark (when there are two lamps) due to the simple fact you all told him as a tenant he has to go and buy a light fixture himself and install it. Out of all the apartments I have lived in, there was a LIGHT in the bedroom smh. The disrespect he is enduring has gotten out of hand and that's why I am stepping in to address this matter. Oh & furthermore, when he was asked by the manager to take our comments down from the reviews because it made her look bad, we took the comments down. But this comment will stay. I love my apartment itself, but I have a few gripes about the community. Pros: 1) I like the open layout of the apartment (I'm in a 1 bed/1bath, 3rd floor). 2) The crown molding and high ceilings make the apartment feel a bit more upscale. 3) There's plenty of closet space, and the extra storage is a plus. 4) The balcony is very spacious as well. 5) I love the fact that we pay one flat rate for all utilities, including internet (buy a more expensive router and the speeds are great). 6) Maintenance is fairly quick to fix things (in the apartment at least). 7) The pool and BBQ area is very nice. Cons: 1) The gym is enough for the average fitness person, but there is a definite lack of cleanliness (The floors need some major mopping) and there are several machines that are defective. Half of the time the "cleaning wipes" for machines are out or dry. The TV holders for the bike machine has been leaning against the wall since I moved in in July 2015. I let one of the girls in the office know in Sept, but it is still not fixed. 2) People with dogs do not always pick up their mess. 3) Speaking of people, maybe its just my building, but my neighbors are not very friendly. (Smile and say hi, but get no response) 4) The gated entry likes to work when it feels like it and I will never quite understand when the timer it is set to stay open or be closed. 5) Not all staff (maintenance and office) are friendly or personable maybe 5/10 (1=worst/10=best) on a scale. I'd like to see more smiles, happier demeanor. Maybe my husband and I both always happen to catch everyone on a bad day. 6) There is only 1 trash compactor on the community and it tends to overfill, so there are bags and boxes of trash hanging out outside of the compactor... I mean piled up high! 7) Package pick up - There has to be a better way. I had a package that was delivered on 9/18 per tracking info (no slip from mail carrier company left at my door or in box) and I was in the office picking up other packages at least once a week starting beginning of Sept thru mid-October. This particular package was lost in the office. I finally "got" it the second week of October when I asked them to please thoroughly check for it. Maybe a package log or something would be a good way of keeping track of packages. Even with all of the cons, I still like it here and I would recommend living here. No place is perfect, and there is always room for improvement with anything. Will I be moving at the end of my lease? Only if I get relocated for work. Things for people to consider when moving here. It is close to Langley Air Force Base, so expect to hear the jets flying. It is an apartment, so walls won't be sound proof, but I feel they are better than when I lived at other nearby complexes. For anyone considering living in Falcon Creek Apartments consider this first. Be prepared to have the neighbors cigarette smoke fill your home through the ventilation system. Be ready to go outside and get hosed down randomly when they decide to power wash the buildings and not bother giving you notice and finally prepare yourself to wake up to the sounds of your neighbors alarm clock, talking and ehem other things. And one final thing, get ready to pay a kings ransom in rent. It's NOT worth it. I'm trapped in a year lease but will not be renewing. I have a tiny two bedroom apartment and there is NOTHING LUXURY about it and I pay 1285.00 per month. These people wouldn't know what luxury was if it hit them in the face. read more

My name is Carolyn, and it my pleasure to write a review of Falcon Creek Luxury Apartments. I have lived here for the past 17 months. During my stay I have had the pleasure of interacting with the most perfessional and at the same time most persoanable staff and management team. I gave them the rating of 5 stars because several months after moving in I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The management and staff checked on me and would even come and empty my trash, pick up my rent and make sure I was ok because the chemo was really taking all the energy I had. I did not know them and for sure they did not know me but the care and concern was so much appreciated. During your time of need those that care and attend to your needs are what you can call friends. The staff at Falcon Creek care and they did their best to be there for me. The grounds and apartments here are well kept, the pool is clean and accessible, very pet friendly and most of all quiet. If you are searching for an apartment complex to call home please come by . you will like what you see. These are very spacious apartments with lits of storage space. Coming froma house to an apartment is no easy task but has been one I have not regretted. read more

Will be sure to not recommend to any new military member moving into the area. Sure they are friendly and welcoming, that is because once they have you they continue to nickel and dime you and screw you over even after you leave. My wife and I got tagged with an enormous bill upon moving out for cleaning even after we scrubbed the place down. The way I see it once you take off the $200 in stolen packages off my doorstep, the $100 in items stolen out of my truck (they had a security guy but failed to tell us they stopped that service, had gates that rarely ever worked), the health hazard caused by the mountain of trash that continues to build up around the dumpster, fuel siphoned out of my wife's truck, the entire summer our apartment was up 80 degrees because the A/C was out and was never actually fixed even after filing 5 complaints, and the rampant obvious drug use that goes on that they did nothing about...I'd say I don't owe them nothing. Don't waist your time moving here. There is nothing luxury about the apartments. It's over priced and don't fall for the WiFi included scam because it never works. The property manager is aware it never works and does nothing about it. She is rude just like the rest of the staff. Falcon Creek is convenient to Langley AFB. It's a pretty community on a creek/pond. The front desk staff are the friendliest ever. Luxury I'm guessing is apparently very subjective. The carpet is old/lots of tacks poking through. Linoleum isn't luxurious. The energy saving bulbs that take a 5 second seizure to start isn't luxurious. The packages stolen from door steps sucks- and the guy begging for money at the big intersection parks his damn car in the parking lot here. My biggest pet peeve- they aren't honest and exemplify a very poor business practice. They offer free internet. I've kept a log of how much the internet is out- it's over 25 percent of the time I'm awake and in the apartment. I've been kicked off of times tests for school too many times. They have it improperly installed. My opinion- advertise free but some what unreliable internet. This way it doesn't feel like we are getting played. They offer a free 300 if you refer someone- you'll see the big signs in the ground advertising it- but they don't tell you it's only contingent under certain circumstances...that's very deceitful and dishonest- I actually reached out and had friends move here only to be denied any referral bonus or partial because they didn't sign a full lease. Because of the dishonesty here I can't recommend this community or any property under beco management. read more

I know that everyone else has given the complex one star, but in my experience, I've liked living here for the past year and a half. The front office staff has always been super helpful, especially Lauren, Taylor, and I THINK his name is Josh. Every time we've had an issue (the neighbors washer flooded, causing our ceiling to leak) they've taken care of it almost immediately. Our dogs ripped up the spare bathroom floor within the first month of living there, and they fixed it for us free of charge. When we moved in, we marked down any issues we saw, and they fixed those that were problematic. They cleaned our carpets free of charge since we have a two year lease as well. The only thing I will say, is I wish that they spent time to clean the halls of the apartment complexes/installed cameras just to up the safety factor. Also, Ive found that the gates hardly ever work (making the whole "gated" community thing pointless) and even when it does work, our clicker doesn't. We've referred a few people here, and they've been really happy with it as well. read more

Spoke with Debbie Foster. This apartment complex does very bad business. For an apartment that I have never lived in I received a collection agency notice for an application that was denied. They stated that the administration fee was going to be refunded if the application was denied although it was denied for a dispute that was on my report that since was taken off. I explained that I closed the account, which is why it came back. I offered the NSF as that was my fault then received a letter from Asset recovery for a total of 487.00 for a 150.00 nsf. Debbie Foster now claims that since they did what they called "due diligence" they are going to charge me the administrative fee anyway. Nowhere does it say that and they lied already. This is bad business and very deceitful on the companies end. Everyone is not out to scam you. It was a honest mistake, don't expect perfection with the way this country is. I don't expect a thief to con me for a mistake for an administrator fee that was going to be refunded back to me anyway. I asked if I pay them the administration fee will they be refunding it due to the application denial and they said "No". They lied as I asked this question for any apartment who charges a high admin fee such as they do. No apartment keeps the administration fee if the application is denied, so Debbie Foster and the workers lied. Their attitudes and dismissive behavior was nothing of a company in which you want to become new tenants for. I since got another apartments after this denial issue was cleared of no fault of my own. She claims she called several times was also a lie. I told her I would pay her NSF fee and the application fee as it was in error, but the application was denied. I pay you the administration fee back for you to give back to me. No, they were going to keep it. No deal. Bad business all the way around. read more

I have a friend that lives in these apartments. I have visited my friend there a number of times over the past few months. These apartments are awful!!! They are not luxury at all. That is false advertisement if you ask me. The walls are paper thin and you can here your neighbor's every sound. Also if your neighbor smokes, the smoke will filter into your apartment. It is disgusting!!!! My friend told me how much they are paying to live in this dump and I was amazed. It was something like $1300 a month. What a rip off!!!! I actually live in an apartment/condo as well in my town. So I know a thing about apartment living. My place is quiet and clean and I don't hear or smell my neighbors. So in closing, don't consider this place as a future residence. The word luxury in the name is an oxymoron! read more

Falcon creek has probably the worst management out of any apartment complex I've ever lived in, so first I pay 1200 dollars for a 1 bedroom 1 bath and with all this money I pay you would think having decent services isn't to much to ask for. My A/C was broke for 5 month in the summer and it took me going to the office everyday to even remotely get any kind of help. The maintenance people don't care at all they ordered the wrong part for my ac unit which took 3 months to get here and than another 2 for them to get the right part. They finally installed a window unit in the living room of our apartment which looked like it was 15 years old but that was only after I went to the office about 15 times complaining. Literally took 2 months to get the unit which you think they would have given us day one. Oh and wifi is still trash they finally upgraded to the "New and improved fiber optic crap" which has now been down for 3 days because apparently the 24/7 maintenance crew doesn't actually answer the phone. So if you want to have a nice experience don't come to falcon creek they will just charge you super high to live here and then they are done don't care about anything else. Gates broke the dumpster is always full. This place is not worth the trouble will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband and I moved here while he was on deployment and the staff was very helpful with making sure we were able to get him all of the proper paperwork needed to move in. The grounds are well kept and the office personnel do not offer the best customer service but are approachable. The interior design is beautiful and has great potential for your own decorating style. The apartments are very roomy. I'm in a one bedroom and I have plenty of space. The Wi-Fi connection used to be awful probably from so many people streaming and etc., but that has seemed to improved. Also, the gate rarely works. Overall, I'm well pleased but not sure if I want to renew mostly because of the price. read more
