Just a big scam! I was hit by one of their insured in Dallas, TX early May. They wouldn't return calls, texts or emails. Felt ignored the whole time when I repeatedly asked for instructions and was never given any. Took them a month to return my call. Then, they waited another month to total my car. Then, almost 4 months later, after numerous calls/texts/emails, they called and said the body shop charged them a fee for keeping my "totaled" car at their lot and they made me pay for the car body shop fee or else they wouldn't send me a settlement. I was hit by a 17 year old that was driving a car in her mom's name. I got as copy of the insurance card and license plate as it was in a parking lot and the police refused to come. Now, Falcon Insurance is refusing to pay because "the insured no longer had possession of the car at the time of the incident." What? That is some shady stuff. read more

After getting a police report and contacting Falcon, they are awaiting a "statement" from their insured. 3 weeks after an accident who does not contact their insurance company? Avoid this insurance company. They have a poor rating for a reason. Get an attorney. By filing suit against Falcon is the only way they settle. He actually assisted me in less then 8 hours time on 7/7/22. Up to that point, I was unable to receive adequate communication with this claim at all! The adjuster only phones back every 15 calls that you make. The entire process was a true nightmare! From the claims department hanging up, to placing me in long call ques, to throwing me back into voicemail for an adjuster who is in absolutely no hurry to help... it's Only Because of "Fernando" , my check was finally sent to the repair shop! Be aware, Falcon Insurance does NOT participate in subrogation arbitration. What this means is that if you are involved in an accident with a driver who is insured by Falcon, and they are at fault, not only will they not pay for repairs to your vehicle, they will not participate in subrogation with your insurance company. Your insurance company will have to sue them to recover your damages. That's where I am right now with them, and this is about 1 1/2 years after the accident. The total for the claim was under $2K, it would have been SO EASY for these idiots to have paid it and avoided all the costs associated with a court case, but that's apparently how they do things. Make sure your insurance company knows this up front. I could have avoided wasting a lot of time had I known this from the beginning. read more

Horrible insurance company to work with! I have USAA, and was rear-ended my someone with their insurance. There is a loophole in the law that these MF'ers use to their advantage. If the insured doesn't give their statement they don't have to pay your claim. The insured and I contacted them multiple times for over a month. I had to get a family attorney involved to get them to contact the INSURED, THEIR CLIENT! My back was injured and it took another year for that to get paid! Don't even play with this company. Get an attorney and go after them. Disregard any settlement offer. They will offer less than 20% or much less of what it will actually cost to fix your vehicle. Make sure you have pictures and document what actions they have done-which is most likely nothing, a non ending stream of lies. and they will avoid you like the plague. I got an attorney involved and it took them a little more than two weeks to send me a settlement which was still not what it should have been, but it beat waiting 16 to 17 months before then. Had an accident one of their insured hit me from behind while my car was stopped in traffic not moving at all. We exchanged everything police was super fast and courtesy was great. 6 hours later I finally got through to them to report my accident. The session was tedious as the lady was struggling. I now need to wait 24 to 48 hours for a phone call and if I don't get a call just call back. WOW I would call that really Bad service but it is like they do this on purpose so they get me to pay for a rent car for a few days while wasting my time. read more

They have a one star rating with the BBB for a reason. Three weeks into this claim where one of their drivers rear ended and disabled my car and Falcon will do nothing about it. They claimed they are waiting for a statement from the insured but will not take care of it. I even offered to call the insured or visit their house to collect the statement for them at no charge. The lady on the phone kept getting frustrated and repeating the same line "As I said, it's still pending a statement from the other driver." It seems like this company is trying to stay afloat by not paying claims until they inevitably go bankrupt. as a falcon insured, I'm having the same problem. I wrecked my car. filed a claim under comprehensive and it's been since June 2024. called them to start a claim, made a claim online, call them again made the claim again and they told me. (oh, that was a pre claim file). i just totally lost it. because the second phone call i had to repeat myself from the first time. and then last week got a letter in the mail that my case was still under review. At least they got my car out of pound. car was not drivable at all. And then they tell me thats costing us money for being in the impound we got to get it out. and i just told them well i made a claim over the phone and nobody called or emailed. now its been 22 days with the car impounded. Took them more than 3 months to accept a claim. They had everything they needed photos and info I made sure to send everything asap. Supervisor Mike said "I forgot to send out check". I understand it's a simple mistake but when asked to expedite the check since it took so long supervisor gave me attitude and said it wasn't worth the $50 fee to expedite. Minus stars are what Falcon is! May 24 on my way home from work. Traffic Is bumper to bumper stop and stop some more. I get rear-ended by a Falcon customer. I called Chicago PD, and they told me that this is a State Police matter. Call State and am told to exchange info and make a report later. Am told I have 10 days. I made the report and got a 2000.00 estimate. I put in a claim with Falcon and was given an email to send photos to. Long story short. I had to send pictures 3 times because they claim they never get them. Their adjuster, who is awful (Maria Chavez), can not be reached, so I leave voicemail. The recording stated that the call back within 24 hours. Callbacks are 3 days later, and if it's Friday, 5 days. My insurance agent says these are stall tactics. Well, after 8 weeks, I am told they can not get a hold of their client, so they will not pay the claim! I received 7 days later, a letter stating that since their client can not be reached, the claim is closed. WOW!!! I didn't know all you have to do is not pick up the phone, and you and your sheister insurance company are "off the hook!" How do I know they even tried calling him??? This company is garbage, and with all the negative reviews, there should be a class action lawsuit! The State needs to investigate them!!! If you ever get hit by a Falcon insured driver, I suggest getting a lawyer immediately as you will ultimately need one!!! So now I have to file with my insurance company and pay my deductible. Then, since I filed a claim, I lose my good driver discounts and my legitimate insurance company raises my premiums. All because of some idiot with his head in his phone in rush hour traffic! We are going after this company because they broke Texas state law by not providing my client a rental. The at fault driver (Insured by Falcon) struck my client's vehicle and another vehicle. My client sent his vehicle to a collision center and call for a rental. They refuse the rental causing my client to miss a monthly mortgage, a car payment and some bill payments. Almost losing his primary job and missing a event that he prepaid a space (No refunds) for his second job totaling $4700 in missed payments and lost wages. They are going to be served. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I got into an accident with a man who carried this insurance. My accident happened on 4.30.21, today is July 7th and I still have no updates on the status of my claim. My adjuster is Vannesa L. While handling my recorded statement about the accident, (almost 3 weeks after the actual accident) her phone dropped the call. I called back immediately over 5xs and no one at this company answered. 3 weeks later, my insurance company was able to contact her supervisor who informed us they were having "technical phone problems" that day. But yet had no answer as to why she did not call back the next day or even at all. I had to call repeatedly to give them my statement. A month after giving my statement, still no answers. Vanessa has apparently been out of the office and no one else can help me even with giving them my claim number. I was told she would be back in the office June 28th. I have called her 3xs a week since then AND left voicemails, still haven't heard back from her. Every time I call now it goes straight to voicemail without even ringing. My insurance contacts their corporate supervisor again and they told him that they were not releasing fault yet. He asked if they had reviewed the police report (as the police report was clear that their driver was at fault AND did not even have a proper license to be even behind the wheel of a vehicle at the time of the accident since he is only allowed to drive to and from his job, the police made him stay at the scene of the accident until a properly licensed driver came to pick him up) to which they replied they had not even called to get the police report yet. Now that they have the police report, they sent me a link to send photos of the damage done to my vehicle. Still have no response as to when I can take it to a shop to actually be fixed or if they are going to give me a check to pay for it to be fixed at a body shop of my choosing. This is literally THE WORST insurance company I've ever dealt with in my entire adult life. They do not answer, do not call back, do not give updates, and basically just all around do not care at all. I guess that's what happens when you only insure people no one else will. read more

I emailed Falcon today- got hit in April 2019 by one of their customers in San Antonio Texas- it is now July. I have no transportation nor a rental was provided. You have not approved the extra supplements that have been submitted in a timely matter, in the meantime my brand new battery is now dead and I'm not sure if your going to pay for it. I have been super patient, I've been understanding, but now I am outraged! So disappointed! How is it that drivers that pay for good insurance policies and when hit by clients of Falcon Insurance Company and has to deal with this bullshit & stress! Your company needs to show respect and get the repairs done in a timely matter. One of their clients rear ended us and totaled our car. As far as I know there were no medical issues. Our car had too much damage to repair. Thankfully, our wonderful insurance company has settled our loss. We received a complete, fair and square payout. Within days. Settled. My concern, why am I now getting a letter from Falcon asking for forms to be completed. Accident to be explained. Police report to be provided. Falcon insurance should already have that! My insurance is trying to recover the losses from Falcon. I believe this is called Subrogation. I do not need to deal with you. You need to deal with my insurance company. Love State Farm. After weeks (8 to be precise) of receiving the same canned answer (no lie: they read the same thing to me week after week "We were waiting on the insured and only spoke to them yesterday" I tried using the Spanish phone line. Different language. SAME.LOUSY.SERVICE. If you're looking for ridiculously poor service, people with zero scruples, an agency that fails to return multiple calls and ultimately won't pay a dime in claims, Falcon is your Graceland! Literally the saddest excuse for an insurance company (or, quite honestly ANY company) I've ever dealt with. Fuck this 1 star insurance, I got into accident with someone who is insured with this unreliable insurance. This whole experience is unprofessional. From getting the money to get my car fix, everything is a hassle. They told me to pay for car rental up front and will reimburse when my car is finished. Even though, it is not my fault for this accident. I feel like I have to chase after them to get my money back. I called the adjuster, he never picked up his phone.(this is for Dallas claim and the adjuster name is Alexander Davila).I called claim department, they put me on hold for like half an hour then hung up on me.
