Then when we got a less expensive and older vehicle, our insurance didn't go down any. We asked about it and were told to wait until the policy to renews to see if it goes down - this should have been our first warning. Our policy renewed and when we received the notice, we learned the cost went UP. We then got multiple quotes from other reputable companies (ALL at least $40 less expensive per month). We called again and requested them to review our policy to see why and how to lower it. We were told they would look into it and call back the following day. Did we receive a call back the following day? NOPE. Finally, several days later we call again, only to find out "there is nothing they can do". WOW! Apparently, this is how loyal customers with multiple policies are treated. The lack of customer service is astounding. Buyer beware!
