Sent more emails than I can remember; tried a supervisor too and no one responded. Only after continuous phone calls and tons of my time I finally connected with Alex DaVilla who argued with me over a taxi charge. They argued I should have used Uber. Worst I've encountered. The four occupants were not citizens and spoke no English. The driver was ticketed by the officer called to the scene because he was not licensed. He is rumored to have disappeared. Our insurance ruled in our favor and the loss was covered according to the policy. Only a small amount was not covered but Falcon denied our claim. The amount is too small to litigate so we've chalked it up to the open border. read more

I wish there was an option for zero stars. We were hit by someone who has this insurance company. He was arrested and admitted fault. When I finally had a conversation with the adjuster I was told the at fault (their "insured") had to give a statement and cooperate with their investigation or they would just close the claim. WTF. He finally has contacted them and sent the items he was supposed to send to them. I have called the adjuster everyday multiple times a week with no return phone calls. Her supervisor has also not contacted me back after leaving messages for her as well. It's coming up on a month after we were hit and nothing from them. We're on day 20 since my car was totaled by some one with there insurance I have called 100 of times impossible to get a hold of for the past 15 days they said they were waiting on police accident report , I called police station they had it, I access online my self within 3 minutes.. Unfortunately the people who buy coverage from this company don't care about the quality of their coverage. This group can't really be called an insurance company and they are indeed just scamming people for their money. The claims process is intentionally obfuscated to avoid any real claims. My own insurance company (State Farm which is night and day compared to this company) will likely sue their insured directly because Falcon doesn't actually deal with any claims against them. This company is a scam. They claimed responsibility for their insured driver who was 100 percent at fault. Not 80 percent like they are claiming and rather total out my car then repair it. And there reasoning was their driver was already on the road. That's kinda obvious. I was in the far left lane making a left turn in a completely clear lane when their driver darted across two stopped lanes on the right from a parking lot and hit my family and me. I had my 1 year old daughter and wife in the backseat. There wasn't anyway to avoid the collision. I would have rather any other situation then having my daughter in a wreck. Especially one that they believe is a total loss which isn't but still. Now I am having to go through my insurance and have them deal with falcon through arbitration. They are a shotty company and canceled the repairs on my car through the collision center and lied about it. And didn't even notify me. So I'm here believing my car is going to be ready in 3 more days after I have been borrowing a vehicle for almost a month now. To find out I have to return the vehicle borrowed and the repairs were never started on my vehicle. I should have lawyered up from the start and got every cent I could from this company because the way they conduct business is completely wrong on so many levels. Accidents happen, the reason why we are insured in the first place. Now I am going to have higher rates, back and neck pain, and if they had it their way I'd have 80 percent of the current value of the car which won't cover my loan. I did my due diligence as a driver on the road. Did nothing wrong to end up here in this situation. I'd end up with car payments, no car and higher living expenses. I'll have my insurance deal with them because that's just wrong how they handled the situation. I would strongly recommend getting lawyers involved and going through your insurance even if they are at fault because this company is out to wrong the wronged. I was advised by my family to go the lawyer route right from the start but I am a person who would rather go have things play out without legal representation one because who wants to deal with that and two because it was without a doubt their fault. Which in my mind it was common sense and wasn't much room for debate. Somebody hit my parked car in my apartment complex and drove off. When I first discovered it I only noticed the shattered passenger side mirror. I wasn't sure if it was a hit and run or vandalism. I didn't call police. Called to file claim first. They didn't tell me to call police. Discovered more damage later which included scratches and bent up bottom panel under passenger door. Asked them to file claim thru uninsured motorist and gave my statement. They didn't send anybody to look at vehicle just had me take pics then denied my claim 48 hours later because I didn't call police and the damage was only estimated to be $275. On 5/16 their driver pulled out of a gas station from the left, crossed traffic, and drove into me as combination T-bone and side swipe. What a rip off. I added a second car and they charged me full price two weeks later they hit my account for another full payment. Be then sent me back a check saying that the policy was cancelled because I did not send pictures of the second car. Nobody said anything about pictures when I was sitting in the lobby and they were taking my money. I tried to get the policy reinstated and they now want me to pay 2 months rent payments plus my policy went up another $50 for their negligent mistakes. What a rip-off company read more

I'm a claimant - the other party. Their insured backed into my brand new vehicle. I'm a business owner - a "mature" person. The company claimed to have not received the pictures of the damage to my vehicle sent 3 times and finally acknowledge receipt on the 4th attempt. They also claimed not to have received photos of the damages uploaded to their link which was done twice. Company rep called this afternoon to tell me my claim was denied as my statement didn't match their insured's. Her response, "You are not our insured" - I almost fell of my chair. The lady would not allow me to explain myself and cut me off every time I began to speak. She finally gave me a claim number and told me to wait 24-48 for an adjuster to review the claim. It's been a few days and I called back in the morning and they said they had to transfer it to another adjuster and said maybe around 12 I would get a call. The lady who took that call was very sweet and professional she understood what the problem was and gave me a good update. I call back and this other lady answers and immediately starts acting like I annoyed her. She does not let me speak she just starts asking questions and telling me I need to wait and that I don't have a time line and she can't guarantee what's going to happen. She did not seem like she wanted to speak to me at all she was just quick with everything so I hung up angry I am very shy and her verbal onslaught made me very anxious. read more

On October 31st, I was hit from behind by another vehicle when I stopped at a red light. The other driver, a Falcon Insurance policy holder rammed his 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid into the back of my 2005 Honda Civic when I stopped at a red light at the intersection of Western Ave., Lincoln Ave. and Ainslie St. in Chicago. When I asked him why he didn't stop, he said "I thought you would run the light." This is a common retort from most Chicagoians, I think. The damages to my rear fender cost me $854.17 to repair. Since my State Farm insurance deductible is $1,000, I was told by my State Farm claims representative that I would have to shell out the money, out of pocket. Which I did. The State Farm claims representative told me that they would try their darnest to after the other guy's insurance company (Falcon Insurance) to get me back the $854.17 that I spent to get my car repaired. Attached is the estimate and receipt. I also filed a claim with Falcon Insurance myself. I sent the Claims Administrator the original estimate and payment receipt for the work done to repair my car ($854.17) and photos of the damage and what it looked like after the repair. A week later, I received a phone call telling me that Falcon Insurance would only give me $413.84 for the repair. So that means that I am out-of-pocket $440.33 on this accident. An accident that I didn't cause. An accident caused because I actually stopped at a red light during a rainstorm. I pointed out to the Claims Administrator that the Honda parts alone came to $400.00. So was she trying to tell me that she could get a mechanic to work for $13.84 to do the actual repairs? She said that if my car had been taken to an "authorized" mechanic that worked with Falcon Insurance, the repair would have only cost $413.84. This is all patently ridiculous, to say the least. Falcon Insurance is obviously just trying to weasel out of their responsibilities. They shouldn't be allowed to do so. Falcon Insurance is just playing a numbers game. They are daring me to sue them in small claims court. Which, considering that low amount of money in questions, would not be worth my time. But they shouldn't be able to get away with this. read more

My mom was hit in Downtown Fort Worth by a man making an ILLEGAL left turn who is insured by Falcon. They have given her the run around, wont' return calls, etc. Her insurance company had to get involved. It has been over 6 months now and so finally my mom just paid her deductible to get her car fixed through HER insurance company. They have yet to pay for the damages to my car, my repair guy told me that he has sent them everything they need in order to make a decision on whether or not my car is totaled or fixable but they won't make a decision. I have called in multiple and no one has any answers for me, they just keep saying it is in review. My adjuster has talked to me twice through this whole entire process and the only way I get anything from them is if I call in MULTIPLE times, I am talking 3-4 times a day. All of their reps are extremely rude, the only one that has been helpful is Jacquie. I have now filed a claim with the Texas department of insurance so let's see what they do now. read more

I do not have Insurance with these people, but the lady that hit me does. This is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with concerning a car accident. They dont wont to pay the labor rates in my state area that I live in. They expect for me to drive 2 hrs. away to take my car to get it fixed. If that was the case then I should be compensated for the gas that I would be out of to get there; not only for my car being fixed but for the rental car that I have to find away to pull it along or find or pay someone to drive it. I have had the displeasure of dealing with falcon insurance. Their insured driver rear ended me and then i have been getting the run around from the claims department. No one calls back when you leave voicemails. I had to get my insurance company involved and they were able to get them to call me but i missed their call and had to call back and leave a voicemail - have done that several times. Opened a complaint with texas department of insurance consumer complaints to hopefully help get some attention. the insurance oversight agencies needs to look into this companies policies.
