We arrived a little early and they let us take the boat out before our scheduled time. Steve's son ( don't remember his name) went over the instructions and gave us some bottled waters. I had to purchase ice from a nearby bar. We did return it a little earlier than we were supposed to..... but that was our decision. We rented for 4 hours and we were able to visit multiple locations in the lake that I could only see from the road. This was my 2nd time on the lake and I am not sure why it took me so long to rent a boat. Such a different perspective! Very friendly, and knowledgeable, and we will rent from them again!!

Very nice and relaxing Sunset Cruise along Cayuga Lake for a great price. We were about two minutes…read moreaway from when they were going to launch and Captain Chris called to check in if we were on our way before they left without us. Our tour guide was very sweet and made sure we were all comfortable during the two hour ride. They also have Eco tours, which we could definitely tell she was into. A smaller lake close by was closed off completely due to a deadly algae, which she then collected algae from the lake and took the sample under a microscope and invited anyone to come check it out. Her interest made it that much more personable and I enjoyed it. Not the bad algae though, obviously. She even offered to take pictures for us. The sunset was beautiful and on the way back we saw some water falls. Something to consider before booking. The difference between this sunset cruise and the Charter sunset cruise is because it is more private with 6 passengers per tour at a higher rate and starts at 6:30pm-8:30pm with daily cruises available, whereas Ithaca boat tours allows up to 24 people starting at 7:30pm-9:30pm with cruises only on Friday/Saturday. We didn't mind if there was going to be more people on board, but there were only about 8 of us on the boat that night anyway. I also like that it starts at a later time so we could relax and get a nice meal beforehand. I would recommend this tour. Don't forget it's BYOB! Have fun!

Rented a limo bus for my sons wedding. When they were driving the bride, her parents and…read morebridesmaids to the wedding, the power steering went on the bus. Thank GOD they were in the parking lot of the venue and they did not crash! The women driving the limo bus said "oh well I guess you have to walk the rest of the way". She proceeded to shut off the bus and air conditioning in 82 degree weather. They would have had to walk another .5 mile to the venue!!!!. The girls called us from the limo bus and we had to have guests drive to the bus and pick up the bride, parents and bridal party. Needless to say the wedding was late. They have never even tried to contact my son to apologize or return some of his money! All I kept thinking about is the crash in western NY when the whole wedding party was killed in the limo! But to never get ahold of them apologize and compensate their mistake is disgraceful. They were paid in full and didn't give a damn about anything else, not even the safety of their customers. So before you hire these people, BEWARE!

We got stuck in a storm at our second and Rick came and picked us up in his car and arranged a third tasting close by. Super accommodating and even bought us an extra tasting and refunded some of our money. I highly recommend schools out charters- best way to see the wineries and wonderful customer service!
