After that conversation, I received another call from someone else. He said he had read my review on Yelp and wanted to know if there was anything that he could do to get me to delete or change my review. To which I responded, "quickly process my refund." He explained that the company was going through changes ... etc. In all, the excuses sounded viable. However, when I pay for a service I like it to be reliable. The bottom line ... I wouldn't use this company again; and I wouldn't recommend it.

I accompanied my child who needed more practical experience, but after spending the day watching, I would like to take the class myself. He learned how it really feels to speed around corners, to stop short, to ride on water, etc. Skilled teachers accompanied him for every skill, and gave great feedback. By the end of the day, his driving was substantially improved, my comfort level with his ability to handle adverse situations increased, and he had a great time. I'd highly recommend this class to new drivers as well as to experienced drivers.

The whole establishment is disorganized - they will cancel your lessons and fail to notify you, arrive late to pick you up, not reschedule missed appointments. I really can't believe no one warned me before. The one thing I will say is that some of the instructors are good. For the most part, they do their job. The people running the day to day operations (Ms. Cruz and her secretary) are rude, condescending and really don't care. Ms. Cruz was so quick to sign me up and take my money but so slow to respond whenever I needed help with anything. This school has been a headache and if you want to play cat and dog with them, then please sign yourself up for some trouble.

My older son tried once to get his license when he was 17 and failed miserably. Some people excel at certain things. He is a wiz at math and statistics but sucks behind the wheel. Fortunately he lives in a large city so a driver's license is more of a convenience than a necessity. Called and spoke with Nancy and enrolled Brandon the same day. She was more than helpful. I explained to her that he would be a handful and asked her to assign someone patient. I wish I could remember his name because he was terrific. Very patient, informative and a hell of a nice guy. Fired my instructor ON THE MORNING OF MY ROAD TEST that I had been driving with for all of my…read morelessons. Gave me Fred, who was very grumpy and grabby with the wheel during my review before road test (probably because he suddenly had to take all of my previous instructor's students). He asked me to turn down the mirror towards the rear wheel during practice but when I turned it back to face the road while driving towards to MVC exam, he gave me a horrible attitude and for some reason was upset that I put the mirror back so I can drive safely. Thank you for heightening my anxiety right before the exam. Also gave a sour attitude afterwards when he drove us back from the exam, sped and cut off other cars with no blinkers on. Who is supposed to learn at a place like this? Stay away.

After calling, I finally got an instructor's phone number and was advised to text them. Now, I understand that I can't expect someone to be available 24/7 to answer a text, but after three days of no response after day one, I gave up and tried another driving school, where I was able to IMMEDIATELY reach someone by phone and schedule their services. You must be extremely persistent if you want to go to this driving school. I should have tried another driving school right away, honestly.
