i have bought cars in the past from you ( new 2017 hemi challenger) I came in today to look at a used charger you have for sale. The salesmen came out (middle aged puerto rican ) man. He seemed like I was wasting his time, reluctantly showed me the car, told me he couldn't let me drive it and gave me the bums rush out. Then told me the price was the price, (no negotions). And that was it. He seemed nervous and jittery. Definately no way to treat a return customer. Maybe he thought I was broke or couldn't afford it. I have been in my own businrss for over 20 years, I have plenty of money to buy whatever I want !!. I don't think he represents your company well at all. awful shady experience.... first off went to go look at a 2006 ford ranger XL they had for sale for 10k. when I arrived at my appointment time the car was def not in condition to be ready to view. 3 out of 4 tires we're low and the battery terminal was severally corroded. the sales guy stated the cars in beautiful condition and nothings wrong so great. go on test drive car felt amazing some sway so started filling out credit app and waited while waiting decided we should check out the 4x4 in The parking lot. Sales guy basiclaly told us not to use 4 low which why wouldn't you if in testing it out to buy... well we then start driving around the parking lot and hit a bump that's why everything went bad in t felt as if the car was going to crumble and heard metal on metal sounds so get out and check and just by visually looking you can tell the cars shock bushing are busted and obv thats not gonna be the reason we heard noise that loud so there is something totally wrong with front end. why would I purchase a car from your dealership with problems right off the lot without telling me about them. That's against the law dude and to top everything off something shady is wrong with the truck why is it a xl by the vin on CARFAX everything on the truck shows it's a xlt maybe possibly a vin swap? I'm not adverse to buying cars from Falvey's, but be careful to not be bowled over by someone who talks fast and tries to convince you that, Sure, you can afford this car... If you're uncomfortable you're probably getting bamboozled and don't let yourself be pushed around. Also just as general knowledge make sure that you NEVER BUY SECOND PARTY WARRANTY PLANS! Or plans which will provide roadside service!! Two regretted purchases I promise you. The Warrenty that comes with the car and AAA is all you should need! Again if a credit agent says that you have "a credit score" that requires you to buy anything extra that's a lie!! Try to just record the entire thing and then if there's a problem you can always explain that you'll be popping it on the web! Took my car for a "a sound" coming from the driver side. My apt was at 8am. I got a call from them at 3pm to tell me what was wrong and to tell me that if I wanted them to go over warranty that I need to do some work with them too as well and were quoting me $705+tax for an alignment and a serpentine belt replacement!! If I refused the advisor, Jayson M., said that he would drop the case for my warranty and I could pick up the car. He also mentioned to me that he was doing me a "favor" by hiding my tires from the warranty because the tires would void it if they knew I had them. Mind you, I triple check with my warranty and they said that it was not true because they tires I had were okay for my car. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service dept at all. All they are looking for it's to rip you off and offer repairs in your car that is not even needed. read more

My Dodge ABS light was on, so I called an authorized dodge dealer service center in Norwich and they as pleasantly surprised they could see my truck in 2 days! but that's where the pleasantries stopped. On 10/29/2024 I brought in my Dodge 2500 Ram (with 62k miles) for the ABS light being on. Was told by Jayson that it needed the control for the antilock brakes and that the part would be $262 and $600 for the installation. My truck was there for 6 days. There was extra charges on the bill (that is kind of expected nowadays), one of them being brake fluid. When I got my truck home and looked I was so shocked to see that my brake fluid was over 1/2 low!! When I looked at other stuff I noticed drip marks in my driveway under my tryuck. When I looked there was brake fluid dripping from under my truck from where they didn't even take the tires off to bleed the brakes and fluid was everywhere. Then I noticed the battery ground bolt was only hand tight where my truck shut off when I moved it. I tried to call them and they said they would have Tim the service manager call me (I have heard nothing from him!) I have all the pictures of how they left my truck. I will not be going back there. especially seeing how they can't even call to talk about it. BEWARE read more

I went to get a simple job done And was gouged with up charges all over the place(thousands). I've already been quoted by another mechanic for much less on the same job. I've been stressed for multiple days not to mention they did not give us a rental. They told me I was the first person to walk into the office and refuse service. EVER. They were hiding information about my jeep from the warranty company (35in tires on a jeep) To get me to have the job done still partially covered. I felt extremely uncomfortable. If my service person is reading this don't ever tell your customer you're hiding something from the warranty company( it made me feel uncomfortable) I spoke to my boss and he says he has gone through the same exact thing at this falvys and so has his son. I bought my very first car today and Chuck made it so easy and simple. I went in with the intensions of test driving a 2014 jeep cherokee and left with a brand new 2018 jeep renegade. Chuck and Charley were great, friendly, and helpful. My husband recently bought a 2016 ford fusion from them and it was great so i decided to go in and shop around for myself. Well worth it. Amazing customer service. Worked really well with me being a first time car buyer, not so good credit, and little to no down payment. 10/10 recommend falveys and we will more than likely be back for another one soon! read more

If I could give Falvey's a ZERO I would. We were planning on bringing the van to get fixed at Falvey's. Falvey's has this contract they have you sign prior to doing service on your vehicle. In this contract they say they are not responsible for any damage or loss of your vehicle. We questioned the contract. So, if they back your vehicle up into a building or another vehicle and there is damage there is no liability or if the vehicle gets stolen they are not responsible for damage they caused. That is crazy. The manager refused to give us a copy of the contract and refused to give his name. We decided not to sign the contract and will take our business elsewhere. This manager cannot honestly think anyone in their right mind would agree to a contract like that. read more

Oil change service... should be changed to oil change with out service. Bring it back and we'll correct what we screwed up. An oil service with labor..$185. Comes with recall service and a guarantee you will have to go get something corrected after you pay. Last visit...tire pressure and computer reset...this visit....traction control light. "Oh thats from the recall".....customer service note::: clear the light before you return it to the customer. Service area board states car wash special, this is my third visit and it has not been available to date "sorry their busy". Why advertise if it's not available. RAM is a good vehicle, don't be a dealership that negatively impacts the brand. read more

ZERO stars!! I sure hope there's a new set of managers running this place. Years ago, I purchased a truck here. The panel in the door was rattling so they sunk 6 huge bolts through the panel. It looked terrible and when I asked them to fix it, the service manager lost his cool and threatened to beat up my husband. Who does that?! Years later, we went back as there was new management and we had hopes of a good interaction. Big mistake. We were wooed by sales, put up with the manager and ended up purchasing a car that one month later was almost considered a lemon. One issue after another and it was in the shop more than on the road... thankfully it was under warranty but otherwise, Falvey's refused to help us. Don't become a victim like we did (twice). Buyer beware. I just bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 24,500 miles. I've had it for three weeks and the backup camera is not working. I bought the Jeep under the impression it had a full factory warrantee. That was part of he selling point. The manager said that's just hearsay. I've owned the Jeep for 3 weeks now. I said you must at least have a 30 day policy. The manager said they will cover safety items for 3 months and a backup camera is not one of them. Keep in mind I also paid for the Jeep in full for 27,500 the day of purchase plus the other fees so 30,000 even dollars of my hard earned money. Seriously don't buy from this place it was a horrible experience. My friend used to work there and was he reason we bought from them. They called him to give him a thank you gift and asked for his social security number. He told them he didn't need there gift that bad. What a joke. read more

I bought a car from them, I was over an hour and a half away and had to get it towed to the nearest Jeep dealer. The car broke down due to electrical issues. I have only had the car 3 weeks. They refuse to give me reimbursement for the work done with my 90 day warranty because I was so far away that I couldn't get towed to the specific location. Terrible customer service. On top of that a few days later my reverse the camera stopped working. The car clearly has electrical issues and stopped working again, I got it towed to their location. I tried to return the car but they would not let me give the car back. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that has electrical problems for six years with a 30,000 car loan and I cannot afford to buy another car. Brought the car in to get worked on and going on 3 weeks that I don't have my car. Terrible terrible terrible place to go do not go here. I will never buy a Jeep here again and will never bring any or my cars here to get worked on. They got my money, that's all they care about. The owner reached out to me on my review to contact him and did nothing for me. I'm quite confused why he told me to. Probably to look good on google review... on top of that they aren't willing to give me a vehicle to use while they have possession of my Jeep. Instead they insist on me getting a rental through my extended warranty which is only covered for 5 days. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with how they are taking care of this situation. I thought that the salesman was very nice. The sales manager is a complete jerk. He is one of the most cocky people I have ever met. After my test drive I said I like the vehicle. He writes up the sale order without even discussing price. Furthermore, I had a pre approval from Navy Federal Credit Union and they STILL ran my information through Chrysler Credit without my permission. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The receptionist was rude and argumentative from the minute I walked in the door. Told me she wasn't going to stand there and argue with me and walked away after telling me I didn't confirm an order for parts. I had a conversation with Tedd on the phone and told him to go ahead and do it a month ago when I called to make the appointment. He told me that if I changed my mind to let him know two days before the appointment. The parts apparently never ended up getting ordered and he tried to backtrack and say I never called back to confirm even though I had already told him it was okay when I made the appointment over the phone. The receptionist claimed I never called to confirm my appointment, I let her know I had called and left a message with someone else there confirming it weeks ago. She told me to take my car somewhere else and hung up. Not any more. Went in with a locked in internet price from them. It was exactly what I needed at the price I wanted. The sales person was awesome, explained everything to me. I informed them of the price I was given online and they were like "yes, we understand. We were informed about this." Awesome. Test drove it, and said lets do some paperwork. If it wasn't for me really looking over the bill of sale, they would have charged me an extra $4,000 dollars. I brought this up with the sales manager and he started floundering. No good answer. When he tried explaining, he said that if he had to change the price of new car, he would have to change the price he bought my car for. How Does That Make Any Sense?????? I showed him the email I received from FALVEYS.com. I showed him the where he offered $12,000 for my car. I said This is what I want, make it happen. Believe it or not, lost power at that exact time. After severe negotiations, and his manager getting into it, I got what I wanted. No One should ever have to go through the BS of paying more so that someone can get a little more of a commission. did not honor price quote they gave me in person 2 days earlier. i called to tell them i was driving 1 hour to buy the car. when i arrived they insisted that we walk around the parking lot and kept stoping to point out nice deals on used cars (i was buying a new car). after 20 minutes, sales person finally told me price on my car was now 10k more b/c chrysler special had expired. i check with chyrsler they said that was a lie. was able to buy same car at another dealer for 10k less. read more
