Her assistant was pretty useless, repeatedly needed to hear the same instruction. I was asked to review 3 or 4 items before trashing them. When they were ready to go, there was a large black leaf bag ( mine) to go in the garbage, things I had not reviewed. So after they left I decided to go through the bag. About a third of it belonged in recycling and half of what was left were items I can and do use including some things I treasure - an envelope with sterling silver jewelry in it and a book of paintings by an artist friend of mine which he gave me. I had boxes of books to go through to cull for donation. Why would anyone put a perfectly good art book with an inscription in it to me from the author in the trash. I believe the assistant near the end of their 4 hours simply got tired and dumped the box of miscellany in the garbage bag. I tried to write a sensitive, nonjudgmental message to Jenn, the leader, explaining where there was room for improvement and spent a fair amount of time on it trying not to be too critical. What I received in return was a brief ai generated response saying she was sorry not to have met expectations and will try to do better next time. You can find a similar response from customer service after every bad review on the internet almost word for word. That response after such a poor job prompted me warn others off this business. Definitely not worth the $600 for 4 hours. I have since learned that people who charge a bit more actually know what they're doing and are well worth the price.
