Kaity and Tim are awesome, we felt really safe and secure with them coming into our apartment to watch over our furbabies whenever we went out of town. They were great at communicating throughout the trips, and even got our super timid kitty to hang out and play a bit. Kaity stayed at my house and took care of my two cats exactly as I had requested, which included giving one of them an eye drop every morning. Fuzzy Britches is awesome! We just used Kaity's services for the first time over Thanksgiving. She came by and met our cats beforehand so that we could show her our set up. She took note of all of our cats hiding places (many) and all kinds of other important things that you wouldn't even think of. While we were away Kaity sent us an email each night with an update. She makes sure that if the kitties are hiding she at least sees them at each visit. Eventually our kitties were coming out and hanging out with her, which is a big deal because they are really antisocial with most people. When we got home the kitties seemed very happy and super well taken care of. I would recommend Kaity to anyone and will definitely take advantage of her services whenever I have kitty sitting needs in the future. Kaity looked after our cats for just under two weeks while we were on vacation recently and everything was just great. It was great to know that our pets were going to have someone check on them while we were gone and to have one less thing to worry about when we just wanted to relax. Everything was very professional and when we came home the cats were relaxed and didn't seem too stressed out that we were away. We received a couple of email updates to let us know that everything was fine. The cats really took to Kaity and enjoyed having a human around now and then. I was looking for a petsitter in my neighborhood (Grand-Lake) after a prior arrangement fell through, and Kaity & Tim of Fuzzy Britches came to the rescue! They were incredibly thorough with their paperwork and during our home visit, which gave me complete confidence that they could handle my ninja cat and his funny habits. Since he loves sprinting out the door when you first open it, we did a run-through of how to thwart his escape attempts which helped put me at ease. Their rates are great, and they sent photos and updates for the 3 days they were taking care of him. He's a pretty happy guy in general and seemed exactly like himself when we got home! They watered the plants for us too and left everything clean. They have a good visit with her daily and provide regular reports. I simply couldn't have done it without them. Kaity and Tim are amazing! I found them while I was unable to walk my dog due to a little sledding injury, and since then, I have been using them at least once a week. They have been extremely reliable and are willing to work with my sometimes chaotic work schedule. Additionally, Huck-my little Beagle/Jack Russel ball of energy, is not always the easiest to deal with on-leash. Kaity realized this issue immediately and has been working with him to stop his pulling and decrease his stress when other dogs walk by. It has only been a bit over a month and the results have been pretty remarkable. Outside of all of the other things I have mentioned, whenever I text or call I get a response right away which is something I really appreciate since I often have to make appointments without a lot of notice. I have two cats that needed taking care of while I went on vacation. I usually use the vet as boarding or sometimes have a house sitter. I decided (for the first time ever) to try pet sitting. Kaity and Tim came to the apartment to meet their new "clients." We had a great meeting, and Kaity thoroughly went over everything that needed to be addressed, so there were no surprises or miscommunications. She kept in touch while I was away via email and kept me updated on things. Everything went more smoothly than I could have ever expected. Fuzzy Britches Pet Care is the best pet sitting service I have ever used. Kaity and Tim deeply care about animals and pay attention to the smallest details. The last time we were out of town, one of our cats was on a complicated medication schedule, plus he was a shy guy and hard to medicate. Kaity managed it beautifully, and kept an amazing daily chart of visits, medication schedules, and how each of the cats was doing in terms of eating, etc. Their experience with animals gives me confidence in leaving my pets in their care. As both of our cats aged and dealt with other health issues, they were there to administer meds and fluids, in addition to regular feeding and maintenance. Not just for doggos and cats! These folks have been watching our weird little ones for almost 4 years and we wouldn't use any one else. Kaity and Tim watched our bunny, Forest, into his ripe old age of 12, and now care for our bearded dragon when we make plans out of town. I have used Fuzzy Britches Pet Care many times during the last few years. Whenever we go away, they come in and feed our cats and look after them. Every time we come home, our cats look happy and well fed. They are completely reliable and honest.
