My vehicle was damaged from the bumper, fender, both passenger side doors. Dropped my car off repairs. Pick up was delayed a week after what they told me. Received car with barely any gas and was stranded on the side of the road before I could even get to the closest gas station. Werkheiser was wonderful with in my car repair from an accident! There was mechanical and atheistic work that needed to be done. They could handle both. Most places can not. They communicated openly and were always friendly. Keith was helpful and great to work with. They fit me in right away when most places were 4/6 weeks out. I was updated me on the progress of the repair. The quality of work on my 2013 4Runner was impressive. You can't even tell the drivers side was hit, the paint matches beautifully. I had a minor repair and they were amazing. The owner looked at the damage right away and gave me a quote that was reasonable and fair. In fact, it was almost exactly what I had been quoted elsewhere. I wasn't looking for a cheaper repair. I was looking for someone who could repair it quickly and professionally. They were able to get the parts (including a new bumper) and all the other pieces that go along with that install the NEXT DAY! The first place I went to to try to get my repair done quoted me two weeks just for the part and a month before they be able to get me in. He had my work completed within just a day or so. He even gave me the leftover paint from my repair so I could clean up a small ding. He was honest and so easy to work with. My 2017 Silverado got hit with the heavy hail in Brighton. The damage was extensive, the hood, roof and side of the truck bed had to be replaced. Keith at Werkhaiser collision provided a very detailed estimate to me that was very close to the estimate the insurance company provided. Beyond that he worked with the insurance company directly for the supplemental payment. All the extensive work was done in under a month, excellent considering all the auto body shops were booked out due to the insane hail storms we've had. I'm extremely happy with he quality of work. My truck looks like nothing's ever happened. New and shiny! Throughout the process I was being updated on the progress and Keith was very responsive to my messages and questions. Great experience. 10/10 would highly recommend! The recent freak hail storm did a number on my fairly newish Crosstrek. I originally sought help at the dent place next door, and after they took a good look at my car, recommended Keith. I had a good feeling about working with him from our first chat about my car (usually I search for reviews before I do business with any company, but went with my gut). He took time out of his day, even though I didn't have an appointment with him, to help me out! He even called my insurance and took care of that during my initial meeting with him. Best Repair shop in Denver!!! I have been doing Business with Werkheiser Collision for about a year now and I have to say his work is supreme! His turn around time is amazing compared to other shops, and Keith (the owner) really takes pride in his quality of work. Not only that but he is very knowledgeable about all cars that need to be repaired. I send Werkheiser collision at least 20 units a month and he knows how to fix all of them the correct way. Werkheiser was able to give an immediate estimate, and start the work within the next few days. Other repair shops had a 3 week wait to even start work. They finished the work sooner than estimated. My prized 2006 BMW M6 got literally totalled in a hail storm back in July. Finding a shop that could work on it in reasonable time was no small order. The original estimate was about $7500 by State Farm and they ultimately sent me to a paintless dent repair shop called the Dent Man of Colorado. When he looked at it, he said no way and referred me to body shop next door. By the way I was out of town during all of this so the car was just towed to the shop. Keith Werkheiser got a look at the car and said that he could make it look new again but paintless dent repair was out of the question. He wrote a new estimate and thats when State Farm decided to total it. They gave me enough to do the repairs right and Keith went to work. 3 weeks later Igot a beautiful car back. Keith was amazing to work with, communicated well and his team did a fabulous job. Couldn't be happier. Then he follows up a week later with call to check in to make sure everything is good. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I will not take a car anywhere else should I need a body shop again! Great job Keith and the entire Werkheiser Team!!! Keith is amazing. Professional, courteous, has concise communication skills. He takes pride in his work which hard to find now a days. He truly knows and loves what he does. This is the first positive auto body experience I've had in my years of owning a vehicle. In previous years when I would get my car fixed from a minor accident and I'd be disappointed to see the fix not shining bright like it's supposed to because it's new paint and clear coat. It would look dull which apparently means it's cheap work. Don't go to corporate auto body shops, those companies just rip you off and profit off your insurance money. Take your car immediately to Keith. I was blown away by my new bumper. Keith only uses high quality materials at his business. You will not be disappointed and your car deserves the best! read more
