Tons of excuses, nearly half-a-dozen "two more weeks" calls yet the job continued to run out. Communication was seriously lacking, at one point the manager promised me "100% guarantee the truck will be done early next week" that ran till 5 pm the following Friday. The truck has door gaps ranging from 1/16 of an inch to 9/16th of an inch. It appears no attempt was made to level the body work/door and there was no sound proofing put into the new door, it sounds like a 50 gallon steel drum. Manager claimed they discounted the work (it was an insurance pay) but there is no record of this discount on any receipt. I would not recommend this body shop, poor customer service, poor quality, poor communication, inability to complete work in a timely manner.

What was really amazing and speaks the integrity of Kirt and Applewood was the admission of their mistake and a willingness to repair the scratches. No question, from their perspective, that repairing the mistake was their responsibility and their cost. Additionally, when I picked the truck up, Applewood had completely detailed the inside of the cab and washed the truck. Amazing. Much appreciated and unexpected. Dent Clinic estimated $400 and one day. They said they could get the debt 80%-90% better. They also said they would touch up my paint- something no other painters dent repair places I contacted were willing to do. They got my car in the shop in 2 weeks and had it fixed by 6:30pm (they stayed late to finish it on that day). The dent looks amazing. You now have to search for the damage. They were friendly, easy to work with, honest and detailed oriented perfectionists - everything you want. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them highly to anyone who's car has damage.

We gave them the green light and they were off. Parts were ordered and arrived in a matter of days. We then scheduled to drop off our vehicle. Dropped on a Wednesday morning and they were done and we had it back by the following Monday afternoon. The front office staff is pleasant and welcoming. Shout out to Iva! My Jeep was also returned with a large exposed gap in one of the interior trim panels. Stacy the GM denies any responsibility for the cracked taillight and claims that they have noted "existing damage" to the tail light in a photo that was taken more than 24 hours after I left the vehicle there. They also have photos from the estimate 2 weeks prior that clearly shows there was no damage to the taillight. I would not trust them to perform any work on my vehicles in the future.

But, I DID have a fantastic experience dealing with this crew. I got hit by an Amazon driver. Not the actual blue truck. A contracted vehicle. So, the process was LONG. Very LONG. But, after a referral from a Lexus repair shop up north that we visited for my wife's car, it was the best decision I have made in some time. When searching for a repair shop, it is tough to know what to look for. I can't speak for you, but I didn't have the time nor patience to vet out every repair shop in Denver. And, I wasn't in any mood to do so with a busted up ride. So, I decided to go on the referral, my first impression when I walked in, and a couple referrals online. If reading this, and your car needs some work, stop looking around. I will save you the time. Although I am not any body shop expert, this is the best place I can imagine going to. I will be recommending this shop to anyone of my friends or network who has an incident, and will be taking my car there for any future work. Because I was dealing with Amazon and their third party insurance, I was concerned about the admin side of things, and getting stuck with charges at the end. Jordan was behind the counter and assured me that she would handle all contact with Amazon and insurance, and all rental admin stuff. They gave me a ride to the nearby Enterprise initially, handled ALL admin stuff for the months in between, took the rental car back after giving me my ride, and even fixed a windshield crack on their dime that happened on their watch. Jordan was fantastic in keeping me updated on the insurance company's very slow approval of supplements to the repairs. Steve runs the place, he seems like a great dude, and you can just tell that he runs his business in an ethical and fair way, and that his crew is trained to make each customer happy after their unhappy car incident. I don't recommend getting hit by an Amazon driver. And I don't wish your car to need auto body work at all. But, I DO recommend, if anything unfortunate happens to your prized vehicle, in taking any repair work to this place without hesitation.
