After 2 wearings (no washes) and less than 2 weeks from purchase, I discovered there was a run in the butt area. I brought the leggings back to the store and showed the salesgirl. She said she thought the run was a seam, however, I pointed out that it didn't go all the way up to the waistband and it was off-center. When I asked to see another pair, she said that this was the last one and dismissed me with, "You're not going to be showing your butt when you wear these anyway!" I expressed my concern that they might fall apart entirely. I realize that this is a small store with a 'no return for refund/store credit only policy', but there are other ways to work with a customer and act like you care. You lost me Ootra!
