At this point I do not have a rating. I have had nothing but pain, infections and now a broken tooth from a bridge that was put on a tooth that was obviously still had an infection. I was given back my money but left with a broken tooth that has to be removed and replaced with new bone. I spoke to the office manager several times and submitted the dental plan and costs to fix what they broke! At this point I still have heard nothing. I would like someone from corporate to contact me and see what can be worked out to help rectify their incompetency. My next step is to contact an attorney for malpractice. So this was my favorite dentist they fit me in today which was great but I told them I have a high tolerance to anesthetics that they use They gave me a shot let it known me up and waited a few minutes came back in and started drilling in my tooth for a filling I started to feel it because it wore off They give me another shot and then wait another 25 minutes to come back in and by now I'm aggravated and ready to go I already don't like coming to the dentist as I was traumatized as a child They come back in and now they're in a hurry because I'm upset and they drill me with no more anesthetic So I just got a feeling with no medicine to stop the pain I suffer from chronic and severe pain so I hurt a lot all the Myself and my daughter will be going to another office for Just go get a filling with no anesthetic and tell me Don't get me wrong it's not the fact that I was waiting so long it's the fact that they were waiting so long to give me more novocaine and it kept wearing off because of my tolerance it wasn't that I was in a hurry to get out of there it was the fact that they would stick me and then leave me to the point to where the medicine wore off The doctor come in panicking because I was upset thinking it was about the time I was waiting again that's not it it was the time she was waiting between the shots so I'm writhing in pain on the table and she's just a drilling away to try to get me out there really quick . The hygienists are great, but when it comes to paperwork and insurance issues the fail miserably. Sloppy documentation and timely mistakes do not make the experience worth it. they cost us a lot of money! read more

Worst dental experience ever! Go somewhere else! Had a molar extracted with abcess. After scraping my jaw bone in the open wound that was large enough to need a suture she refused to give me anything stronger than motrin. Treated me like a drug addict asking for heroine. I always felt money was the primary consideration in the care I received. The first time I called to make an appointment the person who took my call wanted all my insurance information BEFORE she would even talk about an appointment. I felt like they were eyeing my pocketbook each time I was there. The care was okay but there was a lot of turnover of the dentists. read more

What a great place! the staff was great, cheerful, and we got an appointment that day! The Dentist, Dr. White, was really good, excellent, actually, and patiently answered all of our questions. My grown up son had not been to the dentist in over 10 tears, and has a lot of work ahead of him. Everyone was very good at helping him relax, and the free coffee made ME happy. read more
