When I questioned her about her position she tried to verbally belittle me. I told her not to speak to me that way and she hung up on me. This is the manager? No customer service at all.

I was ABSOLUTELY shocked that management allows her to speak with customers the way she did. Here's what happened: I said, 'hello, may I ask you a question?' Employee said 'I'm clocking in, give me one moment' I said 'sure, take your time' Employee said 'thanks a lot, because of you, I'm having trouble clocking in!' She appeared to be very frustrated and angry. So I decided, I should probably go ask a different employee my question. I asked the second employee where I could find a specific product. His respond was 'behind the boxes.' I go behind the boxes and don't see it. I go back to the employer and say 'I can't find it.' The employer's response: 'it should be there.' It's laid out poorly and is very lacking at the front of the store. Many park along the north side access drive that goes to more parking. This creates pinch points and leads to confrontation between patrons. See it almost every time I visit. Signs and red curbs for no parking might help. Otherwise it's a good little store.
