She rang me up and charged me for the gum. I didn't have to time for her to reverse the charge and she says she would fix it. I ran out to grab my shuttle. I called a few days later and had to leave a message no response. I have left a few messages with no return call. If it's free than it's free you charged me and that is NOT ok. It's not a very big Pilot like others, but it's the most friendliest Pilot I've visited. The friendly lady at the cashier welcomed my entry with a big welcome. Wow, that's a first for me. Very nice! That's how great customer service starts. Thank you miss! I love that they had the medications and health items displayed right up in the front aisle. Perfect placement! Job well done! Thank you! They had Visine eye drops available so I bought it. The price was probably $1 or so more than what Wal-Mart or Target would charge. I see it as a convenience cost and that's okay. It saves us time, energy, and gas money because it's available right here. Thank you Pilot!

They are always clean and have an impressive variety of snacks, food and beverages. This location is newish-I think it's been around for a few years. It's located conveniently near where I frequently travel and it's easy to access and then get back on the road to begin my adventures. There are plenty of pumps and they are easy enough to get to. My only complaint is that they don't offer free air to fill your tires. There's a pay-to-use machine, but it would be absolutely amazing if they offered this for free like some other stations.

You pay for your fuel inside. You get a five digit code on your receipt to enter at the fuel dispenser that you are pumping gas. This eliminates dumb people using wrong dispensers fueling other people's gas. This eliminates scam artists from stealing someone's gas. Way to go Maverick!!
