I ordered a pair of boots as a gift for my daughter on 11/7/21. I got a message that they were…read moreshipped on 11/8/21. On 11/9/21 Phoenix sent a message that they refunded my money. I didn't get the boots. Then I got a phone call from a woman in NY (I'm in CA). She had received the boots! They came in a box addressed to her (she had recently bought something else from them). Inside the box was my name and information. This was how she knew to contact me. She had called Phoenix and talked to Customer Support who told her to just donate them. But she thought I might want them (so much more thoughtful than Phoenix Trading). On 11/15/21 I emailed Phoenix just asking why I hadn't received the boots. Jeffrey responded that the boots were damaged, so they didn't ship them. I emailed back and told him this was not the case. I then called and left a message, but no one returned my call. I emailed again and told them about the call from the woman in NY. I requested that they send her a return slip and then send the boots to me. Jeffrey responded saying that they had no record of the package being sent, or of having spoken with the woman who received it. He said they would not have told her to donate the item, but would have asked her to return to sender. I explained that she had already opened the package and couldn't seal it and return it in that way. I then called on the phone and the person I spoke with said I was lying and had made the story up. He said they were giving me a refund, so what more did I want. I didn't want to spend any more time on this. I suppose I could have asked her to take a picture of the box and boots and paperwork, but I didn't want to ask her to do any more. I gave up. When I finally told her there was nothing I could do she responded, "I keeped box with my name and address, boots and receipt with your name and your address. They are lying you. The boots was in perfect condition, no damage and I called Phoenix Trading and explained them situation. Inbelievable!!! If you will open case with them, I am on your side." Clearly Phoenix has some problems with internal communication. I certainly won't be doing business with them again.

The two GREAT things about this location is how clean/organized it is, as well as there being several of each size for the items that are dispayed on the end racks. Obviously the adorable sweater will sell quickly, but when it is prominently displayed and the last one available is the one on the display/mannequin, prepare for the reality of it not being the size you are looking for. This hasn't been the case when I have been here, and even with it being the week before Christmas, they had a lot of each item yesterday.

Videos and games are also at a good price. They may not have the latest and greatest but that is why they have bargain prices. This place is clean and well lit and easy to get around in. The parking on this side is a bit less crazy than the other side closer to Market Basket. This is in a strip mall with a few restaurants, CVS and other stores.
