The management team and the clerks have always been friendly and willing to walk many customers to the item that they were looking for. I've also been there when customers with children just let their kids run wild. I've been bumped by these young shoppers who never said anything to excuse them for why they are running around the store. Then you hear a person calling loudly for their children and then telling the clerk not to charge them for the items that their little angles put in the basket. Just put them away. I was a very busy mother of 3 also, but I NEVER ALLOWED my children to put items in the basket unless I intended to pay for them. Even though my kids wanted things just as all children do, they were not allowed to just get something to keep them quite. I simply could not afford to purchase things that they did not need. The selections at the store are awesome, considering the fact that our Pahrump store is NOT one of the exclusive stores that are around. Our store carries most of the items, that the warehouse has and that the PEOPELE THAT DO THE OREDERS ( THAT IS NOT THE MANAGEMENT AT THE STORE. THEY CAN REQUEST, BUT NOT NECESSARLY RECEIVE) for the store based on where it is at and what products sell more than others. Value? It depends on what you are buying. I for myself am particular about my food. However paper products are just that paper, as well an the non-edibles that are available in the store. Candy is also just that candy...the same as you can purchase any where. The price is right to try things out, and many of the products that I have purchased have worked and are still working many years later. I thank each and every employee at this Dollar Tree for 1) being friendly and helpful 2) for working a sometimes very special job where they do not get the respect from the customers that they should. I spoke with the owner Michael who at first was quick to give me all the reasons not to continue my business with furniture warehouse which I agreed with his advice. Michael sent me a txt with a picture of the bunk bed we were looking at to confirm he was looking at the correct one to give me a price. Michael was even willing to match the price I was given by his competitor which I thought was good at first. However after cancelling my order with the other place and moving forward with him a few days went by and then he contacts me to say he can no longer offer the price he quoted of $600 instead he was saying now he would have to charge $1199. I was floored at his sudden change of demeanor and price increase. When I questioned Michael he said that between the time we talked and him placing the order (3 days) the manufacture increased the price which is causing the increase and there was nothing he could do. However in disbelief I reached out to ACME furniture to verify his story as I found it hard to believe that large of an increase in cost and I was able to confirm my suspicions I was being lied to. ACME confirmed that his cost had not increased and even provided me his cost which was $439 for the bunk bed. I was very surprised by Michaels attempt to deceit me and fabricating a lie just to increase his profit margin. Once I reached back out to him with what I was told by ACME he goes on to say he was expecting his cost to be around $ 200 based on the MSRP for the bed and he never actually looked up his cost before agreeing to match the price. That is not my fault that he failed to properly research his profit margin before agreeing to a price with his customer. Michael then goes on to tell me that no one is going to sell me the bunk bed and install at that price stating he is giving me a great deal at the new price almost double what was agreed to. I would not recommend this business to anyone as he will tell you anything just to bring business away from his competitor then lie to you once you start to do business with him. Michael even went on the try to call me dishonest for trying to make him honor his word and price then went on to threaten me against posting a truthful review of his bait and switch and scrupulous business practices. Beware of giving any business to this place at all costs you have been warned of the dishonest business practice and lies from the owner Michael. Look at the screen shots of the txt messages from the owner. When he is caught in a lie he resorts to trying to insult you and cal you an2yr old for expecting him to honor his word and pricing.

Gentleman told me about the sales, assisted with my searches and got the fitting room opened quickly. When I left, I realized I couldn't find my car keys and ran back inside. When I went to the last area I was shopping in, two women asked, "Are you looking for a pair of keys? We just brought them up to the front". Oh what the relief! The building outside gets no Architectural Digest cover shot, since it's a few trailers stitched together, with a few shipping containers sprinkled next door. But they are all painted white and yellow, so take that, AD! The store is massive and cavernous when you get inside, and if you love books, let me tell you, it's exciting. The store is laid out in big sections, but filled from the floor to the ceiling with marvelous books of all kinds. If you went to see Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, this is Pahrump Strange, and the Bookverse of Dang! This is not a place to find a quick book and get out. This is a place where you experience, and explore, get lost, find a portal to another dimension and get an old western action paperback and don't forget a romance novel, or that novel about the two-headed hydra from DimensionX.
