Then I had a conflict with the second appointment so I had to reschedule it again. The third time I actually made the appointment but when I got there they told me that the doctor wouldn't see me because I had missed the two previous appointments. So I made an appointment with Ohio Valley Eye Institute and they setup my appointment right away. I've been told that Talley Eye Institute makes patients wait for hours. They're rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies.

The nurse told me it would be Monday. Dr Weyer contacted me after hours and was able to correct my problem and arrange for replacement contacts after hours on the weekend. I explained what I was looking for and that I had brought in my prescription. He explained where the sunglasses were located, and told me if I didn't find something I liked, they could take a pair of regular glasses (depending on the style) and put sunglass lens in them. He stayed with me, helped me try on different pairs and when asked, gave his opinion of what looked good on my face shape. He was very informative as to what I should pay extra for and what really wasn't necessary for my glasses. I was very pleased with the experience and ended up picking out two pair. Adam was very soft spoken and generally interested in taking care of the client. I was told that they would be done in 7-10 days. I was notified when they were ready and went back in to pick them up. Again, I was greeted by Adam Schmitt, the General Manager. I tried on the sunglasses but the fit wasn't quite right. He immediately took them and fixed them to where they fit perfectly. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and love my new sunglasses. My husband was impressed that I was not pressured into buying something I didn't like or need. The entire staff, even though they were helping others, seemed to be happy in their job. That is hard to find nowadays. They have a huge selection of the basics to designers and the best part are that the lenses are so inexpensive. Others wanted to charge me upto 120 for just the lenses on top of 215 dollar frames - way to ridic, especially for souther indiana. I am not trying to impress anyone in these woods for just under 500 dollars, no thank you. EM charged me just a mere 30 dollars..i was sold especially when i found the frames i liked as well.
