For a small deli, this place has everything you need on the go. I like that they don't mind if you need to bring your dog inside with you. Some places will yell at you to take the dog out but on a hot summer day, you don't want your dog tied up outside.

What bothers me the most is that they are ALWAYS out of something I needed or went there for in the first place. Prime example was yesterday's shopping experience. I needed regular aspirin and couldn't find any. This wasn't a fluke where they happened to be out of it that day. On another day i wasted time looking for it because even though I was in the right section there wasn't any. Sure they had tylenol, advil, etc. And every other iteration of aspirin except for plain ole generic or bayer. The other thing I needed to get was an apple gift card. I usually buy it here and it's the one thing I "thought" i could count on to be in stock but Lo and behold the whole section for Apple gift cards was completely empty. Overflowing with other ones though. Never had I felt so defeated and disappointed in a store. I ended up buying Pepsi (cause they were out of coke) and whatever food was in stock to get something out of my trip. Fortunately I had a nice cashier who was willing to bag my groceries with my reusable bag. There are other cashiers who refuse to do it. I don't have a problem bagging my own but the problem is there's no room on the counter and a plastic window in the way. You're totally screwed if you're buying a lot of stuff. It's a circus with the cashier handing me my stuff around this divider for me to bag while I'm also busy unpacking and handing them stuff to be rung up all while trying to keep track of whats ready to be bagged or not. So much easier on everyone if they just bag it as it's rung up especially with such tiny counter space. That's what they used to do until they boycotted plastic bags (which is mostly a good thing) but now it's more work for me and non-existent customer service. I'm a glutton for punishment cause I continue to shop there. Ugh what's wrong with me?!?

They really are a "mini mart" aka mini supermarket because if you need items such as bathroom tissues, chips, tea bags, yogurt, etc., they'll have it. The people there are friendly and nice and some have been working for years. I can always count on them to be open because they're open for 24 hours.

She lied and said they had no bathroom and I would have to go to pizza place next door. It's illegal in state of New York to deny restroom unless it's actually broken. But it was not. I accepted it. I had feeling she was Lieing so I asked another employee up front. I went and came back to tell her she shouldn't lie about that. She yelled and me and scared me she said excuse me stay here NOW and was trying to get out of her spot with "I'm going to get you eyes" and I ran away to front and bought my stuff then booked it. Again thank you to that man I will continue to come but avoid that pharmacy section from now on. You should check your cameras the way she was about to come at me in front of customers was insane.

We asked if we could Make our own 4 pack from single beers and we're told "yes of course." But no... when you reach the register you are not allowed to separate the cans from their original pack. They do have singles, but they are not refrigerated. Of course you can but singles of Bud or Corona and the like, but not the craft beers. Maybe I don't want a four pack for $25-30 of beer I've never had. The boss was a jerk and the 2 clerks behind the register had zero clue. Rang us up 4 times before getting it right and held up the whole line. They f'd over others on line before us too. Customer service dudes. We'll go elsewhere. Bummer cause they used to be cool.
