It is evident by the number of lotteries sold, hit, and won that the majority of the sales are of NY lottery versus purchasing food. There's a plethora of snacks; for the lack of a better term, in this store. They have all the product that is found in a inconvenience store, maybe difference in brands. I've seen stuff that I've never seen in other stores so I would say variety serves well here. Coming into this casual ambiance, like any other store, dressing up is what ever you make of it, be it work, dressed, uniform, or everyday attire, you will blend in. My service for today was cashing in a scratch off and purchasing another one. So as I said, lottery players of all sort do flock here, Pick 10, take-5, Numbers game, Win4, Mega- millions, Powerball, Lotto, Cash4Life, and scratch offs, this place is renowned for winners. A local liquor store that visibly appears very weary having been in existence for many years. Customer service is not entirely attentive nor enthusiastic when inquiring for specific red wines either: Chianti or Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The male staff bluntly stated upfront: "we don't have a large selection" who walked with me to show me their selection and then suddenly walked in opposite direction of me. This dude then continued to do whatever task he appears to be heavily previously engrossed at the cashier counter as it appears that a customer like myself was disrupting and disturbing his precious work. Thus, he passed and dismissed me like a unwanted animate object to his colleague to assist with my purchase. Egregiously vulgar. When sifting through their selection, it is indeed, a small selection of these Italian red wines on their shelf. Bad customer service. Customers of this business appears to be egregiously vulgar, insolent lacking etiquette and social behavior skills. As I was standing in the aisle browsing their red wine selection one dude aggressively pushed his way through me without voicing the standard courtesy "excuse me." I gave it to a homeless alcoholic outside my building. He spat it out and cursed me out. How long has this can been in inventory? Tasted like years. It's not wine. beer gets profoundly worse with age. Kissena Bev is not air conditioned. That beer outside the cold case is being degraded sitting in the heat. No excuse for selling STALE beer, poor knowledge of their product and lack of proper handling. None.

The desk where the device was where you use your card and then put you pin into was in the front of the store. After flashing my card over the device and then putting in my pin number i glanced above me. Not four feet above me was a camera that was pointed down on the counter. It recorded both my number off my debit card and my pin number that I manually put into the device. Since no one was around me at that time I didn't think that I should need to be careful when putting my Pin number into the device. When I asked the owner why a camera was recording at such a close proximity she told me it was to record cash transactions. I then told her that it was also recording both my debit card number and my pin number. She told me the camera would not be able to see my numbers. I then informed her that I am an electrician. That I have installed many cameras in the past and know that a camera four feet away can see every detail. She then got defensive and started raising her voice. I went home and cancelled my card. Now I have to wait a week for the bank to send me a new one. Will absolutely never go to this store again !!!

Sometimes on the weekends they have tastings. Last 2 tastings I bought a bottle, coquito and a vodka based drink my girl liked called Kinky.
