I'm normally a patient person. After a two and a half hour wait and the waiting room turning over twice while we waited, I lost any shred of patience I had with this urgent care. We left before seeing a doctor. They held my ID and insurance card the entire visit, leaving them in plain sight. The desk clerk even refused to give them back since we had not seen a doctor. The staff leave medical files open on counters for anyone to read. The office staff and nurse move slower than pond water and spend more time gossiping than helping people. The waiting area is dirty, dusty, and small. The office furniture is falling apart and scratched and cracking. This business is not recommended. They will give all your kids medical records to anyone possible without any proof that they are allowed to obtain this information. That would mean they do not ask for ID and they do not ask of proof of you being a parent or legal guardian. Speaking to a supervisor all they could tell me was there knew she would rather come up with excuses than solving the issues. Everyone at the front desk will also lie to you as they look at the computer screens and say that this person didn't obtain the medical records of your children. If you were unaware this is definitely Illegal not only can they lose their jobs but this business can be shut down because they are not supposed to give anybody medical records without asking the actual person that is on the documentation. They will be taken to court and everything will be looked into. I am shocked and amazed at how unprofessional this doctor's office was to me. I just move back to California after living in Chicago for over 8 years and I was attempting to get set up with a primary care physician. I made an appointment almost 3 weeks ago for 4 pm on 3/22. I get a phone call the day of my appointment that went to voicemail asking if I was going to show up to my 3:30 pm appointment--an appointment that I never made nor confirmed. I show up to my 4 pm appointment and the receptionist lets me know that the provider was there for a 3:30 pm appointment and therefore had left when I didn't show. I was not there because my appointment was indeed for 4 pm. Please see the photos below of the voicemail transcriptions where I was called the day before to confirm my 4 pm appointment for 3/22 and then the voicemail stating my appointment was at 3:30 pm. The urgent care smells like urine. We have been here since 1:30. It is now 3:30 and we still haven't been seen. Slim pickings here in the high desert. It looks as dirty as it smells in here. People are really frustrated. There are people waiting still that have been here since before we got here. Is one doctor per 30 people really the way to go? Also the staff could be more friendly. I wrote a review about 1 year ago about the Gastro Group in Hesperian that things seemed off. As I had previously written this supposed Medical Clinic did referral work for the Veterans Administration when the VA Hospital in Loma Linda is unable to service a Member. Since then the VA nor myself were able to get the report, paper work or any thing on my Colonoscopy. I kept pressing the VA to get something from the Gastro Group because, First because I know I went for the appointment, and was unconscious however no one could prove I had a procedure done. Not even did any doctor talked to me saying it was done. After about 8 months later after many requests the VA did get a call from the Gastro Group say that everything was fine with my Colonoscopy with no abnormalities. Today because of a recent drop in my Hemoglobin the VA scheduled another Colonoscopy to see where I may be losing blood making me now Anemic. Well turns out that during the procedure the VA Doctor removed 6 polyps, and some other tissue for examination. These polyps should have been found One Year ago by the Hysteria Gastro Group. I can't honestly say this has anything to do with my ongoing Health problem, but very AWARE of of this Healthcare establishment Grasto Group. read more

Every single receptionist that checks patients in from Peds to Urgent care have NO personality, don't know how to smile, and have absolutely NO customer service skills. As a customer service Rep myself for a major healthcare provider I'm shocked and disgusted. I am a foster mom and the children in my home are assigned here, I can't imagine anyone would actually choose this for their health care provider! Besides the crappy customer service, it's filthy, takes forever to be seen, and on top of that I was asked to bring MY coffee back to MY car! Lol this place is a real JOKE. I went in today to get an ear lavage and though I waited two long hours, I was assisted by the medical assistant Eveling who was really kind and made me feel super comfortable. She made sure the water she was going to use was not too hot for me, she asked me if I was in pain, which I never was, she was very gentle and efficient. She was done very quick and she made me hear again. After about a week of having my ear plugged, she solved the problem in about five minutes; thank you so much Eveling for the great service, I am so happy I can hear again! read more

The PA is an absolute idiot who doesn't know a knee from a nose. She told me a spot on my finger was cancer and scared me to death until my dermatologist appointment when they laughed and said it was a simple wart! What a joke for a medical "professional"!!! The girls working the front are rude and hard to understand. The office will cancel your appointment on the same day as your appointment when the PA doesn't show up for work but then they take weeks to reschedule you. Went to this Urgent Care only because I did not want to drive down the hill...big mistake! First of all, the wait was horrendous! Very few people in the waiting room and the lady at the front desk said it was going to be a four hour wait!! Second, the major concern in this facility is that even though it is an Urgent Care, some people come into these places not knowing if it can be emergent or urgent situations! The patients should be immediately vitaled to make sure there is not an emergent situation in their hands!!! Third, this place is not well kept, unclean, and needs more medical staff to insure patient flow. I am not the type of person that enjoys giving bad reviews. I love Dr Khin!! My 10 years that I have been here she is the first doctor that actually cares and takes her time with patients. I would never switch from her. She is very worth the wait. She"ll do testing to find out the problem instead of just giving medication. I also love their referral coordinator, Sandra. She is always very helpful and does her best in everything. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because you can never get a hold of her medical assistant Katrina. I have to call 3-4 times to actually reach her and does not return calls. read more

The Doctor that treated my mother was great but the customer service the nurse assistants provided was not great. My mother is in her 70s and as her daughters we all take turns taking her to her visits. The wait was long even though we had an appointment. I am also the interpteter for my mother at her visits but unfortunayely i had to step away and pick up my son from school who gets out at 235pm. The appointment was at 1:20pm which would have given me time to assist my mother and be out on time to pick up my son if the appointment was done on time. My mother then had to request a spanish speaker and no one really wanted to assist according to my mother, she was given a hard time. She was also told that who ever brings her into the doctor shouldnt be bringing kids. I was offended, specially knowing that this clinic is a family practice and peadiatrics. Im a customer service representative and if assistance is needed with another language, its proptly deliveres and with a nice attitude. I believe that if you do not like serving the public you should find yourself another job/career. read more

This Urgent care is Definitely the worst. Don't even get a 1 Star. The staff and PA are so unprofessional it is not even funny. I can go on and on about how unprofessional everyone is here. Went to Walgreens and waitied 30 min just for them to tell me that they only received a call for 1 prescription and not 3. So I had to come back because they were not answering the phone like usual. So back to this horrible and Ghetto as hell office just so they Could collect $65 and see the stupid PA. only for them to tell me that there were 3 prescriptions called in and not one. The worst part is I arrived at 8:10pm too ok talk about this mishap and they stated that they stop seeing patients around 8:15pm. A patient walked in just a few minutes behind me and by the time he made it to the window. They actually told him that they stop seeing patients and has to come back tomorrow. What a joke.. I'm very disappointed. People had said this is a really good pediatrician but I'm dissapointed at the fact that every time I have an emergency and my child needs to see the pediatrician, they never see her. I have small kids and I cannot predict when my kids will get sick so I can schedule an appt a week ahead of time. And even when i tell them my baby has been having fever they still dont care. They send me to Urgent care, then at the urgent care even if there isnt a lot of people the girl in the front took 3hrs before she called me to ask me about my insuance.
