First time in office from my husband's appointment. We were told we could go over test results from previous provider if we provided them. Which we did. He sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half waiting for his name to be called. He goes up to the front desk and is told that he was checked in at 7:47 but there was some type of "glitch" in the system that didn't show he was in the waiting room. So many patients were called ahead of him. I'm so glad I met him there to drop off test results. Something told me to reconfirm that his test results would be reviewed, and she cuts me off saying oh no no one will help him with that today. As I'm explaining what we were told over the phone, the older blonde woman at the front cuts me off and starts talking over me, when I politely let her explain whatever B's she needed to tell me. I call her out on it and let her know that I won't accept any disrespect as I did not disrespect her. I wait a minute to speak to the manager Vanessa, but my husband needed to get back to work. I asked if she could call me or if I could call her and am told yes. I call the office as I walk to my car only for the call to be redirected to their call center. I walk back in the office and let them know that no one was answering. The blonde woman says that the calls are being redirected so it couldn't call to her directly. I feel like she just told me whatever to get me out of office. I waited for the manager Vanessa to come out and we went into her office and spoke and I explained everything to her. I did appreciate her professionalism and her understanding of our frustration. She told me she would look into everything but I ultimately decided that I would just go back to my previous doctor. I was really excited to be a patient of Dr. Earle as she is an African American and there are far few in the high desert. But after the misinformation provided by the call center, negligence of my husband's appointment and time and in the rudeness from the woman working the front desk, I ultimately decided that this is not the place for us nor would I recommend the office to anyone who hasn't been here before. Spoke with PA discussed concerns and she said once all lab results were in she would call me, she did not and neither did her nurse so I call 3 times leave vm no call back call 4th time tell reception I don't want to get vm they get Manager on that says if you aren't having symptoms don't do anything and but otc vitamin D for deficiency, nothing about my actual concerns no I'll have PA call you and discuss next steps you just wait 4 months till next available appt. I have been a patient with Dr. Earle since 2015, though I have only seen her a handful of times. Over the years, I have witnessed a constant turnover of Physician Assistants (PAs), who either choose to leave or are possibly fired. This high turnover rate suggests that Dr. Earle struggles to maintain a stable, supportive, and respectful staff, with the exception of her longtime receptionist, Ms. Vicky. Ms. Vicky has always been amazing in my eyes--uplifting, understanding, and caring. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the last straw. I was lied to, talked down to, disrespected, and hung up on by a staff member named Gina. After the PA, Alvinia, either quit or was fired, Gina specifically told me that I needed to see Dr. Earle for bloodwork and a medication refill. However, on June 4th, 2024, Gina denied ever saying this. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving me feeling mistreated and unheard. This incident is not an isolated one, as several people in this office have been extremely dishonest. It is unfortunate that Dr. Earle allows such behavior to persist, which will ultimately be the cause of her downfall. As a Black woman in the medical profession, Dr. Earle should be especially committed to protecting and treating the vulnerable and sick Black women who seek her care. Instead, her practice appears to be plagued by dysfunction and a lack of compassion. I do not harbor hatred, but I firmly believe that people like Dr. Earle and her staff do not deserve to thrive while others suffer under their care. I will continue to spread the word about the poor business practices and mistreatment that patients endure at this office. They have no interest in the health of their patients. They only want to go thru the process to get paid. The office staff are rude and not at all efficient. Refill request go unanswered just like the messages that you leave them. Patients are looked down on for wanting to have input in their own healthcare. Their referral process can go on for months as they toss you back and forth between doctor to build up office visits. They have no respect for you as a person or for your time. Only what benefit it can be for them and their office. Mistakes are common and at times can be dangerous. The quality of health has been compromised for the financial growth of the practice. Dr. Earle is condescending and lacks empathy. I would suggest meeting with her and use the interaction as a baseline to see how a doctor should NOT treat patients and their families. I have had so much trouble scheduling an appointment with this office. I finally was able to get an emergency appointment due to health issues and when I scheduled I was NEVER advised to be there 30 minutes prior. The Receptionist called me the same day of my appointment 1 Hr before my appointment advising me that if I wasn't there 30 mins early my appointment would be cancelled! With being 20 Minutes away from the facility and having to get all 3 of my kids ready there was no way I was gonna make it to my appointment 30 minutes earlier, as the receptionist did confirm and apologize that the original scheduler never told me to get there 30 mins early she still didn't honor that it wasn't my fault and that there's NO exceptions. One of the worst places to go and get care from. I've been a patient here for years and recently the customer service has been horrible. I got off of the phone with a medical assistant who had such a mean and cold hearted demeanor, so much to the point that I left off the phone almost with tears. I need an appointment to get a referral to be tested for something out of their scope of practice and they gave me their furthest appointment. I was told to continuously call to check for cancellations and once I did, they told me that they were only giving the cancellations to "emergency patients". (Which is opposite of what I was told) The woman who is over these practices identifies as a "believer in Christ" but as someone who is a Christian and who genuinely strives to live an acceptable life with God in every aspect... the care and the service here makes me overall question this woman's claims. I feel as if this care is a poor representation of what she states she believes in. None of the service here adds life to her claims of being a "godly woman". There's a different standard that we as Christian's need to live by and this kind of care and treatment is the worst. I've been having these kind of run ins for a while. I will be changing my care immediately and I would not recommend Charmaine as a doctor of any sorts. She definitely has the expertise but she does not care about the patients TRULY! I was highly impressed with this Dr's office! Everyone was professional and very friendly. And thorough I must say. Dr Earle greeted me with a pleasant smile and got right to the nature of my visit. She listened very carefully and got right to her computer taking notes and ordering labs etc. Whatever I needed for treatment. After examination Dr gave orders to nurse assistant. They were very thorough explaining what tests Dr ordered and where to go from there. Overall I was very please with my visit. I was given appt to return.... I returned two weeks later and was greeted very pleasantly again. The wait was not long at all.. greeted by nurse with a big smile.. all this really matters when coming to a Dr office feeling bad with ailments so a pleasant smile helps and how you're treated and I must say this Dr office and it's staff and Dr gets a 10+ from me!! Was very excited when I first joined this health group all women doctors I was very excited however I was met with a sort of arrogance from each doctor maybe more worried about their next nail appointment and or hair appointment and not the patient in front of them. Don't get me wrong I'm someone who likes to be well kept but I never try to make myself feel better then the one I'm speaking to. I met them with general health concerns in specific areas and I was told maybe I needed new shoes and I was told maybe I should start wearing belts and I was sent to an unbearable physical therapy at the end of it all that almost put me out of work and when I asked for a request to be moved they said making out another form would be too much trouble and I should just see it through and or quit. Dr. Earle needs to fire the staff and start over! Sometimes they are rude! They don't always call back with a referral. My son got a referral it's been about a week and a half and no one's called to tell me that the referral has been approved. The only reason I know is because I called the medical group. Come to find out they did the referral to the wrong type of doctor!! The nurse practitioner that my son saw promised me that she would call me as soon as she got the results. She never called me I had to keep calling the office every day to ask them for the results and for them to put a referral in. I knew the results were in because I have an account with RadNet and I was able to see the results myself. So to make a long story short my son has a cyst on his finger that popped. And the doctors office was sending me to a orthopedic instead of a dermatologist. I called to ask them to switch the referral and they said it would take about two days. That's insane my doctors office put a referral in the morning and that afternoon I have the referral! I will be changing my PCP due to my visit with Dr. Earle. She was an hour late getting into my room even though I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment and when I arrived was told that she was in a video appointment which would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Once in my room she left in the middle of writing my prescription and then returned for a brief time. Once she returned she listened to my heart for maybe 2 seconds with her stethoscope and then told me it sounded "good". I was there as a follow up for a post-hospitalization for cardiac issues and being in the medical field know that she could not have assessed my heart properly to tell me it sounded "good". She then told me that she felt that I didn't need a referral to cardiology even though the cardiologist that I had seen in the hospital had recommended it. I didn't disagree with her because I knew I wanted to change physicians at that point and if I was receiving treatment from her for a medical condition my insurance may not allow that change at this time. Getting an appointment at her office is another issue. You might get an appointment to be seen in four months if you are having a medical problem. Her office staff is rude as well except for a select few. Getting paper work filled out is ridiculous also. I missed the deadline on disability paperwork because Dr. Earle did not want to put me out except for the day that I was hospitalized and would not take a picture of the written note from the doctor who released me from the hospital putting me off of work for another week as proof. She wanted the actual paper. The only reason I have stayed at her office for as long as I have is Jenoa. She is the best and Vicki at the Palmdale office is the only office staff who knows what is going on it seems. All in all stay away from this doctor!!! read more

I am reviewing the Victorville office on Palmdale Rd. I gave 4 stars because I have had positive experiences until last week. If my review was on my visit last week, it would have been 1 star. If my review was before last week, it would have been 5 stars. I have been going to Dr. Earle for about 3 years. I was happy with my care until last week. I made an appt. to see Dr. Earle 6 weeks early to be sure I could get in when I was going to have time off work. When I arrived I found out my appt. was with "Debra" I was leaving on vacation and didn't want to reschedule so I agreed. BIG MISTAKE. I asked for my hormone levels to be check......she told me "we don't do that here" then argued with me until she thought I was going to let it go. I then asked to do my labs at Quest. she told me "I couldn't do them there, I had to go to labcorp" again arguing with me until she thought I had let it go. After all that, my b.p. was very high, which is not normal. after she left, the room, I spoke with the office staff who are VERY NICE! I told them Debra had told me I could not have my levels check or go to Quest, and we needed to make that happen. They needed to speak to Dr. Earle and they would get back to me. Before leaving, they took my b.p. again and it was fine. I had to go back 3 days later to have my b.p. checked again, again it was normal. at that time I saw Virginia. She is AWESOME! Do not go to see Dr. Earle under any circumstance!!! My wife went to Dr. Earle for over ten years and has not been completely satisfied with her service for quite some time. However, a few months ago Dr. Earle and her staff were completely unethical and down right mean. My wife had some test done and when she was given the results Dr. Earle gave her some news that was not only misleading but completely wrong. My wife began crying uncontrollably and could barely compose herself enough to tell me what happened. Dr. Earle did nothing to console her nor did she clarify what she said. Dr. Earle just left the exam room. We reached out to the office and spoke with Anne Marie the office manager. She was rude, condescending, and not empathic to what had just occurred at all. In fact, she attempted to turn the conversation around stating "maybe my wife just did not understand the results." We then said "No she understood what the Dr. said however, the results were not correct". "The Dr. must do everything in her power to ethically explain results to a patient." We then stated we would just like Dr. Earle to apologize for not clarifying her results and not being empathic when my wife began to break down. Again Anne Marie questioned what we were expressing happened and said maybe we could set up a time for the Dr. to speak with you about the situation. We agreed and made a appointment to speak with her about the situation and hopefully receive an apology for the psychological damage she caused my wife by not clarifying what the results actually meant. Mind you my wife changed to a different Dr. by this time and received the correct test results. Dr. Earle's office then has the audacity to attempt and charge us for the face to face apology. Needless to say we declined and could not believe Dr. Earle did not care about her actions. In addition, Dr. Earle didn't care about the oath she took to deliver "Ethical" information to her patients and be 'Empathic" to their concerns. This is the worst most blatant abuse of power we have ever encountered. Dr. Earle should loose her license and be put out of business. She is not fit to take care of anything! Much less humans! No one should have to endure her and her teams arrogance and incompetence in dealing with people. I will tell everyone I know and everyone who will listen about this experience in an effort to get the word out about how terrible and unethical Dr. Charmaine Earle is. I had a family member that had an appointment scheduled for the Hesperia Rd office and it was confirmed for the Hesperia Rd office. Upon arrival we told that it was for the Palmdale Rd office and I ask the receptionist to call the Palmdale Rd office and advise them that I was on my way due to their error in scheduling she stated she would call. When we got to the Palmdale Rd office I was told that we 11 minutes late and could not be seen. WTH!? The mistake was on their end not ours and we were penalized because their stupidity own up to your mistakes. This Doctors staff is extremely unprofessional and this is a reflection of the doctor herself if you hired incompetence that makes you look incompetent. If I could give no stars, I would. I switched insurance companies and decided to try out this doctor. Simple routine physical, should be easy. I showed up a half hour early like they asked, they made me wait an hour to be seen after that. When I asked questions about different medical procedures, she said to "look it up." I asked for a couple simple prescriptions to be filled, but she argued with me on the dosage. I've have the same dose for years, why would I change it if it worked for me? This is the last straw. These people will go o any lengths to not help people get service. They have cost me my time, money, and sanity by giving out misleading information and no one in that office accepts responsibility for mistakes. They will wear you down with questions and ask for paper work you dont normally carry with you and expect you to be okay with it. I was given a time line to expect paperwork to be done and then a couple days later they change it to the following day. Then they have me arrive on time to only keep me waiting for over 2 hours for that sheet of paperwork that was supposed to be done by the time of arrival. There isn't any decorum and haste and care. The employees are monotone and will do the bare minimum to get you processed. A few minutes is all they can say and they go back to doing a half backed job with all who come here. As of this writing I spoke with the office manager Stephanie, now at first she gave me her number and told me to call her and not to go through the office staff, well that was mistake she's no different than the office staff and I'm glad I didn't get sucked into a false lull. She basically snapped at me over the phone because here's the new deal "she" referred me to a foot and ankle specialist well when I went there they didn't send them anything and the specialist referred me to get an MRI, well it turns out that that referral has to go back to the PCP (primary care physician) and they have to deem it medically necessary to approve it? WTF?!! you send me there and then you have approve for me to get this why in the hell didn't you take x-rays in the first place! Now my pain level is 10 out 10 on most days and 9 out of 10 on others and the PCP nor the specialist prescribed any pain medication so I'm suffering in agony. I called my insurance company and got the break down it's not them it's the PCP and Choice Medical Group and as of this writing I haven't heard from their member services. I won't name the foot specialist but, they aren't much better. Avoid this Dr and Dr's office at all costs. read more
