Then the employee rudely asked my son, "Why did you tell me what to put on his sandwich?" My son explained that he thought the sandwich was his. The employee huffed and rolled his eyes. Let me be clear: mistakes happen. We aren't upset because a sandwich got mixed up. We are upset because of the absolutely terrible customer service and the disrespectful attitudes from multiple employees. We were first-time customers. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, we were rushed, spoken to rudely, rolled eyes at, and made to feel like we were an inconvenience. If this is how Jersey Mike's in Glasgow treats people who are trying their restaurant for the first time, they shouldn't be surprised when those customers never return.
