Showing up when he said he was going to, and keeping us apprised through each part of the job. The job was to remove a rather significant oak tree hanging over my house. Ivan and his crew were able to take the tree down with no difficulty. It was truly a sight to watch the climber bring down each part of the tree in the exact area they wanted, especially considering there was a very narrow area to drop. Ivan also took down a large storm-damaged oak in my neighbors yard, and my neighbor was equally impressed with Treeline. After the tree work was finished, Treeline actually addressed the lawn, which was obviously impacted by the work being done. They laid topsoil, seed, and hay to ensure that my yard will look as though they were never there. That is a first for me in dealing with a tree company! I completely endorse and recommend Ivan and his Treeline crew for any tree work that is needed. Their prices are reasonable, though you get so much more than you pay for!

On Saturday, I called mid afternoon, and my driveway was clear before dinner. The best time was once a couple of years ago - they were there just 30 minutes after I called. It really depends on where they are when you call. The longest wait was during a blizzard last year, but it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway. The best part is that you don't have to pay for a plow of 3 inches like you do with a contact. I think they will also do emergency service as well, if you need them to plow immediately (for an extra cost). I recommend 3D for plowing certainly, but they also do other stuff as well.
