They didn't have a lot of the items I saw on the website when pre-shopping - so I only bought two hats. Selection was large for men but virtually nothing for women and children. Beautiful store and friendly staff. Amazing checkout process where you put the items in the bag while waiting and when you go up to pay you just put the entire bag in a holder and it scans everything at one and gives you the total. It's cashless so you have to pay via Apple Pay or card. Boom, done in just seconds. Loved it. Very high tech.

Most recently, I stopped in to return a sweater/sweatshirt I was gifted for Christmas that happened to be about 25 sizes too large. I opted for store credit mostly due to the fact I would be traveling and my suitcases were at capacity. I saw a lot of things I would have enjoyed a lot more than a sweatshirt that was 25 sizes too large for me but oh well. I am grateful the return process was a breeze and to have the store credit to buy something I find value in. All that to say, the service was great; no questions asked about my return and I was in and out quickly. My takeaway from browsing has always been great selection, great prices.

On the negative side they could probably do a lot more in terms of having a lot of good deals on a lot of really good shoes. This review is just about the service department in the Orchard Park store - not the sales…read moredepartment. 14 months after buying my bike there it developed an annoying clicking sound on each rotation of the crank and the derailleur was skipping. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away and after 3 trips to Bert's and $184.85 ($130.49, $32.61 and $21.75 paid upfront each time which was weird) both problems were still there so I held off filling out their service survey to give them a chance to get it right. But when I pulled it up, the survey had expired. Anyway, long story short, I took the bike to a local shop who told me the pedals that Bert's put on were "cheesy" and were not installed properly so they sold me new pedals, adjusted the derailleur, fixed a deficiency on the handlebars and charged me $60. The bike runs like new. I'm done with Bert's.

I was here with 3 different females (oddly), most recently with Ashley (not a Yelper), and Ashley didn't buy anything the last time I was here specifically because of the line (and I was thrilled at that decision which I agreed with because it was longer than hell, if hell is even long IDK), and a long line can hurt business, especially when it's this long, and when you are 50/50 can be the deciding factor in not buying anything.
