The store also seemed to be one busy place. The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and most of the time would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather then just give me a general directions and send me on my way. The store was clean and well organized. I needed wide shoes and the staff was willing to admit that they really didn't know but they also were willing to find me someone who did and that was a gentleman by the name of Monty. He gave me several choices looked at my fit on my feet and was honest with me about something that was marked wide but he felt that it wasn't the best fit. I typically run my debit card as credit but was unable to. The person who checked me out offered me no assistance when I asked for help to run my card as credit. I happened to recently get this card, and I could not remember my PIN number (yes this part is my fault). However, the person who helped checked me out should have offered to help me figure out how to run my card as credit instead of just staring at me with an attitude. I ended up telling that person that I could not pay for my items and left because I was so frustrated. I was very disappointed and do not plan on going back to this store anytime soon.
