I've been needing a new bike and could kick myself for not getting it last year, because this year is quarantine and there are no bikes ANYWHERE! (I live in Indianapolis, IN) the bike 2 bikes I was interested in were not avails in store or online within a 100 mile radius from me. I called this location randomly after seeing it on a list of Ohio stores. I got on the phone with Alec and explained my situation. After 3 purchases saying bikes were available here with immediate cancellations/ refunds for "out of inventory" (even though there was inventory to buy lol) he got the reason I was calling to get some help over the phone. When I say this guy went above and beyond, he REALLY went above and beyond. He confirmed that they had the bike I was looking for at their location, but it wasn't the right size frame. He called I think it ended up being 3 different surrounding locations that he knew of that were between him and me. We ended up finding my size at Miamisburg OH and it was already put together (omg yes!). I'm not familiar with this location at all prior and I didn't even purchase the bike from this store, but I wanted it to be known that this location fosters great customer service! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Amazing selections and even more amazing Staff!! Thank you so much to the store manager (Steph?…read moreCouldn't read her name tag) for happening by and genuinely asking if she could help. She hunted down a jacket they did not have in my husband's size, verified it was in stock and ordered it shipped to my out of state home. So grateful to her making the extra effort when she could have made an off-hand "too bad" comment and kept going. He's hyper picky and having some health struggles, so coming across someone who so easily goes the extra mile was a God send!! Thank you for the great jacket (and too many other items we had to pare down to just a few more) and the terrific staff. The other two employees were pleasant and friendly, even as they were assisting someone else when they could have ignored me entirely, seeing I already had support. Store was laid out well, clean and stocked. Nicely done!!

I went to buy Reds clothing as I have become a committed fan and intermittent resident of Cincinnati while visiting my grandson. But there are SO MANY TEAMS represented at the store. The staff was inviting and helpful, yet not obtrusive. Perfect for me, who wanted to peruse on my own. Checkout was simple and smooth. I have only two complaints. There was NO PENNSTATE goodies and I saw no fanwear of WOMEN'S teams. Shame on you, Rally House!! But well done on a fan-based shopping experience!

Neither did I until they advertised their outrageous Earth Day sale, which was held in a West Chester warehouse this past weekend. Don't worry, they'll be offering sales in the future, so you'll have more opportunities to stock up on yoga gear and other health and wellness items. The outlet is pretty confusing to find, so be sure to call or email them first for the most accurate directions. On my recent visit, I found that my directions took me to the outlets former location so I needed further assistance for an employee who happened by in order to find the right spot. So here's the dish on the deals. You'll find yoga mats, blocks, straps, clothing, DVDs, vegan shoes, massage accessories, home furnishing, green cleaning products, organic cotton sheets, and much, much more--all reduced well below their retail price. I bought a "Yoga for weight-loss" DVD box set with illustrated instructional guide for only $8. That's 70% off the retail price. The items are reduced because they are surplus, irregular, or seconds from mail order catalogs. As much as really loved this swap-meet style discount store, I can only give it four stars because it's not open regularly and it's difficult to find. Other than that, anyone interested in yoga, Pilates, meditation, or overall wellness must pay this place a visit. The next sale is May 1-3, 2008. Email the Gaiam Outlet to find out about other future sales.

It is what it is…read more I'm not a big shopping guy and even less a TJ Maxx guy. But, from time-to-time, I am dragged in there. So, if you've ever been to a TJ Maxx, you'll understand where I'm coming from. They place is always a disaster with a moderate rhyme-or-reason to where things are. Sure, you can find the luggage section, or the shoe aisles, or clothes, etc. But, you might be at the shoe rack and come across a decent pair of dress shoes, right next to a pair of slippers, right next to those measuring cups for the kitchen that you suddenly had to have. Now, I'm not sure if that's how TJ Maxx gets you or if that's just lazy customers. Either way, it's genius. Anyone who says that more than 75% of the time the go into a TJ Maxx for something specific but ultimately walk out with 1 to 9 items that they didn't come in for would be lying. On top of that, they're walking out with those 1 to 9 other items and in many cases, not what they originally came in for. These are hard facts. It's a brilliant marketing scheme. Being completely bewildered in an aisle that seemed to make very little sense to me, I asked on of the workers who was stocking the shelves how she knew where to even put things. I had been browsing through this aisle for a few minutes and noticed her taking things off of her stock cart and putting them on shelves, in between other completely related items. She said that in some cases they have a general idea where things go and just find a space. That's a perfect way to describe many of the aisles of TJ Maxx. Again - this is either insane or genius. I'm guessing it's the latter. Would I go back? I don't know. Probably. I would never think of going there. I'll never say, "hey, I need to run to TJ Maxx". But thinking about it, I should. Because they honestly seem to have everything you could ever think of. This isn't a bad review. Like TJ Maxx, it's a very hard to define review. If you like browsing, look no further. You could spend hours here. Think of it as an indoor scavenger hunt. Pro Tip: If you're looking for something in particular and don't find it in the area you locate that has similar items....say shoes... keep looking in other aisles around that general area or quarter of that part of the store. You may still find what you're looking for among things that are completely unrelated. This too, is a fact. I have literally had this experience myself. Think of it as a real life Highlights magazine picture search. I can almost guarantee if you look closely between the items in the aisle that has hard candies, holiday gnomes, assorted Keurig K-cups and socks, there is a real good chance you'll find that meat thermometer between the toddler size tap shoes and gourmet peanut brittle.
