We came here not just to window shop, but to actually purchase boots on the spot. We always try to support local businesses. As soon as we walked in, the only greeting we received from the woman working there was "I'm closing in 3 minutes.", basically telling us to leave. I've worked in retail a lot in the past and we were NEVER allowed to ask people to leave the store because it was getting close to closing time. Not sure why the door was still even unlocked if she wasn't going to serve any more customers. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. We will not be back!

I'd been to this location of Zumiez before and liked it, but after a recent visit, I can honestly say I like them even more. The staff are super friendly and definitely willing to help with anything and go the extra mile. My lady and I were in the area and decided to drop by on a whim. We saw they had a lot of stuff on sale buy one get one 50% off. I grew up an 80's skate punk, so a lot of the brands resonated with me from back then, and both my lady and I found lots of cool gear. I found some classic Santa Cruz button-up shirts right off the bat. I'll admit I was eyeing the skateboards too, which they had lots of really cool ones, but I haven't skated in many years so I didn't opt for one... Yet. Then we got to the Vans shoes. We asked the staff to check for our sizes in a few different styles. Each time, they took the time to check for each one, even though they were a little busy. When they weren't able to find our sizes in stock, they suggested they place orders online for us, and they'd have them shipped either to the store or to our place for free and still get the buy one get one 50% off deal. We, ofcourse, said yes please! Our cashier took our information and told us to not hesitate to call him if we have ANY questions or if we don't receive our order within 12 business days. This is the kind of experience that makes you absolutely want to frequent a business. Yeah, I'm no longer the young 80's skate punk I was before, but the 43-year-old me still loves the nostalgia and timeless look of a Santa Cruz shirt and a pair of old school Vans. He found two Santa Cruz button ups. There were 5 different shoes he liked. We felt bad because we kept bugging them on size and they didn't have them in stock. One gentleman in particular was super friendly and helpful. I forgot my size and he brought out two sizes so I can try them on. Since none of the shoes we liked were in stock, he went the extra mile and ordered them online. Free shipping. Can't beat that. I ended up getting a pair of Vans Chukka Low Grey & White Denim Skate Shoes and my Mr. got a pair of Vans Old Skool Pro BMX Black, Grey & White Shoes. Great experience and walked out with some bargains.

We passed them earlier, on the way to other brands. In a last ditch effort we entered. Reebok, you pleasantly surprised me. We were greeted upon entering, and were told what their Black Friday sale was. We made a bee line for the kid's shoes. There were tons of options for my eldest son. He liked the sporty styles. He even liked some of their classic looks. My daughter was the one who I was really looking for. There was less of a selection in her size. She still found one pair for now, and another in a half size up. Her choices were also a sporty pair and a classic one. Three of the four came with preformance insoles. Employees checked if we needed help a couple of time. I jokingly answered more clearance shoes in my daughter's size. I quickly followed with that I knew it was Black Friday, and I was joking. The young man said that he might, and he would go check. He came back a few minutes later empty-handed. He then appoligized for "wasting my time." I let him know it wasn't a waste, and that I really appreciated his efforts. Most employees in other stores weren't even making eye contact with customers. The guy behind the register joked with my kids, and seemed to be making the best of working retail on Black Friday. All the staff seemed to be in good spirits. My only real complaint would be that it was the hottest store we visited. Uncomfortably so. If I was paying the prices listed on the items, my review would probably be closer to four stars. That being said. Reebok did save the trip. We left with four pairs of kid's shoes. If they continue to have other such sales during the year... the same five stars all the way.

Old Navy is conveniently located in the mall just across the street. I was in need of several pair of new pants specifically corduroy pants. Upon entering I walked to the rear of the store to get to the men's department. Back in the right corner was a clearance rack with pants on it. Corduroy pants! Behind that was the changing room. Also they actually had my size in several colors. I found and tried on a black and a gray pair. They fit which was great news! While in the back of the store I spoke to a friendly and helpful employee. He kept track of my pending purchase as I went to the men's bathroom. The sign said you can not take clothes in there. When I was ready to leave the same employee directed me to the moveable checkout counter on a rolling cart near the front of the store. I got 2 pair of pants for less than $12 each. In less than 2 minutes l was walking out to the mall again feeling very satisfied! If you find yourself at the mall at Liberty Center check out this store. The staff at the Hot Topic at Liberty Center (7100 Foundry Row Suite 168 Liberty Township, OH…read more45069) is extremely rude. I've been in there a few times now and the store is always disorganized and dirty. The girl (manager?) that works in there is always in a bad mood. Today after waiting in line for and exclusive drop, I was 6th in line. The limit was 2 per person, she allowed her friends to grab more than the allotment, then she tracked me down in the store after I was able to get one item and accused me of cutting the line to get it. She called me out in front of all the customers and staff (for something I didn't do) and forced me to hand over the item where she immediately gave it to one of her friends in line. This is unacceptable behavior. I will be avoiding this store and company as must as possible!
