She help me navigate different styles and sizes after measuring my feet now we finally figured out a size and a width, and she helped me cause I'm gonna have to order the shoe. At the register, I was pleasantly surprised that I got a large discount off the shoe for a sale they had running in the store. Even though the store was really busy the customer service was fantastic. They let us know that that they would get to us as soon as possible. When they got to us, they said it would be about 5 minutes till they bring out the shoes, which we totally understood because the store was busy. It was nice to at least be acknowledged and taken care of and the shoes came out faster than 5 minutes. I highly recommend JD because they have a lot of unique stuff that other shoes and clothing the other stores do not have.
