I've been going here for pretty much all my auto parts and maintenance supplies for years. Bottom line is that if they don't have it, they can get it and usually within a day if possible. The four gentlemen that work there are great and will help you with anything you need, I've even had them dig out there huge tool catalogs to help me find special hand tools that normally you'd have to get through Snap-On or Matco. If you happened to order 4 rotors for a school bus, they'll even help you carry the to your car. Ask the guy from Napa to do that for you, I'm sure he'll just stare at you. They have one of the biggest selections of car care products I've ever seen. They carry Wix products which I'm a big fan of. I do believe they have a lathe in the back there, so if you need rotors cut they'll do that too. This place is great, the selection is amazing, and the service can't be beat by any of the chains. If you find yourself going from store to store looking for an odd part... take a gander here and they probably will have it.

The car had less than 10,000 miles on it, so this situation was already frustrating enough. What made it even worse was the terrible experience with this service department. My car stayed at the dealership for an entire month, and when I finally got it back, I discovered that several parts/components were missing from the vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility or investigating the issue professionally, the staff denied everything and refused to admit that the missing parts could have happened while the car was in their possession. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff had a rude attitude, lacked professionalism, and showed no concern for the inconvenience and stress they caused. I trusted this dealership to repair my car properly, but instead I got poor service, terrible communication, and an unresolved issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
