While in the area, I saw Sally Beauty and remembered that I needed a nail drill for my toenails, at the advice of my foot doctor. I walked over, stepped in and the young lady was so pleasant and helpful, offering to help us immediately. I looked around and found what I was looking for. I had a nail drill that was previously purchased at a beauty store in the hood. The cheap thing broke and it would not turn off unless you unplugged it and it had a very short cord. I got what I paid for $14 or so. This unit costs about $39 and I purchased a warranty for $5. This unit is a wireless nail drill, much heavier and it seems to be much sturdier. I was also able to pick beard wash and conditioner for my beard. I did not want to overdo it so I stopped there, it is easy to spend a lot of money in this store because you can always find something needed for personal care and hygiene. Today was a good find. I rarely visit this store but my beautician sometimes refers me to go there occasionally. every time they never fail their unprofessional manners. I was looking for an item , and the girl there was extremely rude, trying to push some brand that I wasn't interested in . after I decided on the one thing I wanted to purchase she quoted a different price than what indicated on the shelf which is 0.80c higher. Do not go near that place, if you don't want to be scammed and ill treated.They should close and go home do some cleaning they will have a better use of their time, they don't know how to run a business. Sally Beauty Supply in Levittown, is located in the shopping center. This location is very small and compact. I feel they don't have a wide selection as there other locations. Everything is neat and easy to find. Can't say much about there customer service cause, they seem busy in the front on the cash register. Overall I ended up only finding one of the two things I went in there for. I don't think I would be stopping in there any time soon. read more

I recently purchased an electric shaver at this location and it doesn't work. $135+ later and I'm left with a product that doesn't work. I understand that it's final sale no returns (how convenient for them) But what about customer service and satisfaction? Their selection is pretty good, even for a Sally's, but their staff is crap and their floors are always dingy and dirty. Only half of them have even the vaguest idea what they're talking about and they're nasty and unhelpful. I get it, lots of idiots come in having no idea what they're talking about buying things that will make their hair fall out. But they're supposed to act like YOU aren't one of those idiots and coax you over to the safe stuff. I keep coming here because their dispositions improve as you keep coming and their rules about which products can only be bought by cosmetologists are a bit lax. And their prices are cheap as hell. And, hey, they're not as much like evil demons as the people at the nearest Ulta. read more

If I could I would give this location negative starts. The assistant manager (not even sure that is her correct title) is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in the retail industry. They never told me that the item I purchase was final sale. Not before or after I swiped my credit card. When I went in to try and return my item, the assistant manager (with awful pink hair) rudely told me that the item I purchased was final sales. When I told her that I was never aware, she made excuses that the sales associate was not fully trained because they are short on staff. How that is my fault as the customer I will never understand. Overall, this location is convenient but the staff is extremely unprofessional. They must not even have a dress code because the sales associates including the "assistant manager" looked a wreck. read more

One of the girl's who works here helped save me from a hair nightmare! No joke my hair came out ronald mcdonald red and I needed help to fix it fast! Thankfully, I asked if there was someone there who I could ask for help with a color question. They directed me to an employee and she gave me a color I could use to achieve the color I set out for. Oh my god. Let me play in traffic before I ever go in Sally's again. 3 employees only 1 working while the other two chatted in the color isle with a visiting friend. After no acknowledgment I asked my daughter to see if any where employees. 1 of the 2 non working slubs begrudgingly helped. I cannot stress enough that you should NEVER take advice from the staff! They are NOT licensed cosmetologists and have no idea what they're talking about! Their hair extensions are poor quality (and way overpriced), they only sell knock off brands (with the exception of the hair dyes and OPI), and like I said, these women know NOTHING. This is not a professional beauty supply and you are not purchasing salon quality products. read more

Always shop at this location, stopped by after a massage. Excellent service and knowledgable sales people. Greeted with a smile and a hello, assistance was offered. Ran into the manager Stacey at the back of the store and she offered assistance and was really cool.
