I'm a senior and I have trouble walking long distances, so I order online for curb side pickup. I…read morewent to the store three times in three days to pickup my order. Each time after waiting 10 minutes, I would get a message on the app that said there was a delay in bringing my order out. After 15 minutes new message on app "will be out shortly". After 20-25 minutes new message saying that due to high demand they cannot bring my order out to my car, that I have to cancel the curbside pickup and go into the store and find the order pickup counter and get my order there. The last visit I called the store and was told that everyone was busy doing other things and didn't have time to take an order out to a car. I explained about trouble walking and was told "too bad" "that's your problem, not ours". I came home and cancelled the order and will buy it from Kohls instead. Very poor service. If they don't have people for curbside pickup, then they shouldn't offer it.

All the ladies I spoke to were friendly and helpful, but one of the ladies there in particular was phenomenal. When she found out my fitting room didn't have a fan in there and that I was a little warm she brought me a small water bottle (I didn't ask for it--she just wanted to make sure I was comfortable.) I really appreciated how kind and helpful she was. It definitely made an impression. Their jeans and undergarment selection is great and their employees are also great. I can't say anything yet about the bras but the women working there that day really showed such love and care for me in that situation. I wish I got their names but they helped me so much in such an embarrassing situation. My poor son was covered in vomit and they let me use the bathroom to clean up and gave me extra paper towels and bags. They kept checking on me as well. Seriously the best ladies ever worked that day and I am forever grateful for them. We headed to 3peat after brunch to see what kind of dope stuff they had. This store front is so nice! Walking in, everything is so organized and clean. The shoes were perfectly displayed on the wall. There were racks of clothing that were all nicely hung. For a small venue, everything was nicely spaced. You didn't feel crowded. My husband did find a couple pair of rare sneakers but unfortunately they were not his size. It was cool that they had them and that we got to check them out in person. They have a great variety of sneakers for those sneaker heads out there or sneaker collectors. We didn't really check out what kind of clothing they had but from all the customers looking, I'm sure they had some cool stuff. I'm sure we will be back to see what new sneakers they get in. I honestly didn't mind kicking it while my husband looked around. I was admiring their two pretty chandeliers in the front. I thought it added a hint of elegance to the store. At this Maurices off Eagle by Kohls I finally had to walk across store to clerk folding things to ask a question, she sees me coming an LOOKED down. What!? She was disseveled and I didn't even realize the other staff was an employee till I saw her folding things (also ignored us). Both looked like they'd rolled into work after a bender. My daughter had a gift card after her birthday and was looking forward to getting a new outfit. This experience really brought down the fun of that and we left feeling deflated. BTW I was dressed in normal nice work clothes while being ignored by these female employees. I wish I'd been a secret shopper for the company cause they should be sacked.

Jill store - I noticed it on my mission-trip to Williams Sonoma - was an excellent one. Friendly service, think Nordstrom'esque for welcoming shopper and assisting with finding items and checking with the shopper in the dressing room, well laid out store and with plenty of space in aisleways, neatly arranged merchandise with plenty of options but not overwhelming in same, sizes from 0 to 2X and Petites too. The manager here could teach a master class to other retailers in the area about how to get it right. It makes me want to learn how to wear J. Jill clothing because while I have tried in the past, the J. Jill in the Central Oregon city I lived in was accessed from sidewalk in shopping area and didn't require navigating an indoor mall, so I'd go in when passing by, I never have really learned how to make it work for me, although I am for sure their age demographic and the unfussiness of the styling works for my preferences even if some of the designs are too Eileen Fischer'esque shapeless for me and I feel as if I disappear in them. I'm a smaller and shorter person, 5'4" / size 2, and somehow the regular sizes in JJill are too big for me but the petites aren't right either. But my BFF who is 5'7" / 8 looks great in everything she has purchased in this brand over the years, as does a friend who is in the average American woman size of 12 -14 and they are all dedicated shoppers of J.Jill products. Next time I am brave enough to go inside the mall I will spend more time here. If they moved the store outside the mall, I'd be there more often. SERVICE: Dressing rooms are nicely set up. COMFORTABLE ACCESS FOR EVERYONE: As a shopper with disabilities, I have had multiple sclerosis since college years and it is a progressive disease, I particularly appreciate the perfect ADA compliance for at least 36" clear space in aisles. This has been equal access law since 1990 but you'd be amazed how many retailers, in particular for clothing, treat this as optional. Good for J. Jill corporate and this Boise store manager for taking it seriously.
