They still have the packaging and I have the receipt she said no we can't return those!! $20 for some little socks so I'm driving all the way over to another location to do the return because I called a different location. They said no problem so I would avoid this location all that you can because the manager from today is rude and they are not very good at customer service and care at all.

Now this is how you should be greeted while shopping in a high end store! The staff were professional and offered some nice suggestions, including a small section in the back where a few items were marked down on sale. The displays are beautiful and plenty of couch seating to try on shoes and boots. Considering how busy it was, there were plenty of staff to answer questions. Over the course of what was probably an hour, she helped me try on almost every shoe in the store. She offered very helpful tip and information on how to better understand the fit of the shoes. As I began to narrow down the options of what I wanted to purchase vs what I was just there to see, Aspen was so patient and ready to assist. Because of the wider selection online of colors and styles, she helped me to place my order online at the store for delivery in a few days.
