While I understand that sometimes returns cannot be approved, my issue is with how I was treated. The employee handling the return was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of showing any concern or attempting to provide helpful customer service, she shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. The problem isn't just that the return was denied--it's that I was given information by an employee that led me to believe returning the shoes would be an option, and then I was treated poorly when I came back to the store. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when the answer is no. I hope management addresses both the misinformation and the unacceptable customer service.

I asked for an exchange. They brought out another pair. This time I inspected them & they were scuffed up too.
