Really bad experience with staff. Firstly they only allow you to try on one shoe, don't even allow you to touch the second one. Secondly, we were looking at the shirts and the staff asked me to go and get the ones we touched so she could refold them. Once I entered this Shoe Place, I was greeted by a friendly associate and had asked if I was looking for something specific. I've always appreciated excellent customer service and have determination to help others. Wow! While looking around, I've noticed every employees here are active. They all have dusting cloths in their hands wiping either the racks of their apparels, the shoe wall shelves or the big mirror walls. This SP is spotless! Super organized and everyone are very helpful and friendly. I felt extremely welcome at this store. We ended up buying two beautiful shoes as they carry some unique designs here. As I walked out of the store, I had to give compliments and acknowledge them due to their hard working employees. I highly recommended this Shoe Palace inside the AZ Mills for shopping comfortably and having a clean environment. This is a great shoe shop. Being a Nike head I've come here getting my Huraches, Durant's, Paul George's and Lebrons. I've also gotten my Lebron's here as well. They have a ton of shoes but I only get Nike's and they got an amazing collection here! The staff is always friendly here looking for sizes as well! Jay and Alejandra Asked me if I was doing well when I first came in which was nice of her. Customer service like that is much appreciated. Then you got my man Ronnie who's always willing to help out. Before I went to Las Vegas I wanted to know what the Shoe Palace spots were in Vegas and he let me know which was much appreciated. Plus talking to him about sports and life I really appreciated that as well. Then major major shoutout to Kiara. She helped me big time when I was under stress before my Vegas trip. I made a deal with someone that they would detail my car for some kicks. I don't buy bullshit styles for people lol so I needed so Nike's that my man could go out in. She checked the back, went over all the sizes they had in stock, and made it a chill experience. I bought my guy some white and red Air Force low's in size 10. He loved them and I get people always asking how I get kicks like these and Shoe Palace with customer service like Kiara is one. So shoutout to her big time for the patience because she helped during literally one of the most stressful times and my car looked so dope for my trip. I want to give the staff a break and talk about the district! I didn't see very many mistakes that couldn't be fix or worked on. What I do know is if the store is that bad it's a reflection of the higher management not always the store manager, store assistant or associates. I have shopped for too many years not to pay attention. If the staff is unhappy blame district! It's their job to over see and correct! Looks like the district manager is not doing his job. All of that to say, I read the reviews before I post my experience so I can compare. I did not experience all of that negative energy. They sound like one off situation reported sporadically. The staff was attentive and polite! I asked to speak with the manager just give praise on the young staff. Hats off to the store manager Chris for keeping his store together. Terrible staff, I walked in to buy some shoes for my boyfriend and they totally disregard me when I was asking questions. Totally unprofessional as I was about to spend around $250-$300 there. I decided to go somewhere else and buy the same exact shoes because I couldn't stand to give commission to any of the employees. They also didn't seem to interact with any of the other customers at all, whether it was asking questions or asking for sizes. Terrible store for having other competitive shoe stores right next to them. Will always prefer footlocker now. read more

This show palace was awful. We found some shoes that were marked 50$ but turned out they were 120$. We asked them to give us the price that was on the box but they wouldn't. They tried to call there manager but couldn't get a hold of him and told us that they can't do 50$. We ended up leaving and buying shoes at under armor. read more

Terrible service. All stores get your shoes and ring you up: Foot Locker, Champs, Finish Line, everywhere. I've been to Shoe Palace in Vegas and along the CA west coast somewhat decent polite, but this store in AZ is the worst. I stood at the register for 20 mins while employees would clock in, help other customers, and just stare at me with my shoe boxes waiting, not even asking me anything. I picked my shoes and they put them at the register and left to help other people. Weird unsocialized workers, go to foot locker for your sneakers where the employees have some education. read more

The worst ever shopping experience ! The manager Mr. R is super rude I tried to solve a return and exchange problem with him and he hanged up the phone on me. This is so common in this store chain, I figured that out by checking some other branches reviews on YELP! I alway try to relax when I find some difficult people like Mr. R. Unfortunately those people haven't heard maybe about customer wrights, and their Managment as I felt are supporting their acts.
