The coaches are really great at working with the kids and at encouraging them and having fun while also laying a groundwork for solid soccer skills. I have one son in the Diamonds league (4-7) and one son in the Toddlers Program (2-3). We love both programs. They are age-appropriate, tailored to the kids' abilities, and very focused around both improvement and encouragement. Both coaches of the diamonds have taken time with my son, who is sometimes reluctant to participate, to encourage him to come back out onto the field and keep trying. The toddlers' coach is energetic, patient, and comes up with great games to encourage the kiddos to join him. Very happy with the program and strongly recommend as a beginners' introduction to soccer.

He had fun running around with his friends, but I saw him touch a ball maybe three or four times, and I am not especially confident that he learned a single thing. Coach Martin was nice and seemed good with the kids, but he wasn't exactly able to wrangle a whole class of pre-schoolers and get all of them to pay enough attention to learn new skills. There was a noticeable difference between the three-year-olds and the four-year-olds, who did actually seem to get something out of the classes. Leo was on his own planet the first session, and when I asked if he'd listen to the coach the next week, he just straight up told me no. This is how I ended up bribing him with ice cream if he listened to Coach Martin, and he got ice cream maybe half of the rest of the sessions. There's a decent likelihood that we try Super Soccer Stars again. It's a big operation, the kind that sends a lot of promotional emails, and it seems like a lot of our kid's school friends take classes through them. I liked that we were able to join one at someone's house and would sign up again, hopefully when Leo is ready to pay attention and maybe kick a ball.

He has…read moreplayed the game at a high level and knows how to translate that experience into simple concepts for kids to understand and apply. He sets high expectations for the players in his program, but knows how to keep the camp fun and entertaining so the kids enjoy learning and want to come back. It's definitely not a babysitting session. All the kids in the program were challenged to improve upon their weaknesses and increase their knowledge of the game.

My invoice states to call the client when the order comes in so I can pay for it and pick up and that wasn't done. I asked them if it was okay to pick up on the weekend August 1st the young man I was talking to said yes. I called August 2nd to confirm if order was ready for pick up since I don't live near, I get told that the 1 guy that is able to press the shirts has been out sick. To call back Monday to see if he is able to do it. I called Monday tied to talk to Joel he wasn't available, I got told they would work on it this week and I should be able to pick up after Friday August 7th. I called August 9th and the young man I spoke with said it's not ready should be ready in the following week! Like I'm not sure if you guys communicate with each other but it's so frustrating that we pay so much for a uniform and already have to wait a long time as well to get the uniform that we have to get at this store since this is where our club sends us and all this is happening and I know we aren't the only ones this happens too.
