He took a moment because he thought it was a little less online. When he asked "and that's the total with tax?". Normally you hear back a confirmation but instead she said no with tax it's $73.62. Mind you we were at the register to pay not for a price check. My husband was looking at his phone and she blurts out "you want it or not?". We told her yes but I had to explain to her he is just taking a moment to look up the price. Normally someone at the register gives the total price when purchasing not sub total. I walked away once my husband got the receipt and was already a good ways away from the register and she yells out "Good Bye!" In the most patronizing tone. It was the cherry on top for this review. We are all human and can do better but this right here is why online shopping and self check out is putting cashiers out of jobs. Maybe she should remember that the next time she wants to be unjustifiably rude and try to make people feel less than with "you want it or not?". So if you want your intentions to be buy something rudely questioned in front of other guests than this is the place and Jaslene is your go to.

Terrible Customer Service Experience…read more It's unfortunate that customer service is so horrible these days. I called to check on a Sprayground backpack that my daughter has been asking for. Cassidy answered the phone and told me they were sold out. I simply asked if she could check to see which location might have it available. She said I needed the SKU number, so I asked if there was a way for her to help me find the SKU online. Before I could even finish the conversation, she hung up in my face. I was optimistic and assumed it may have been an accident, so I called back. Cassidy answered again, and when I said, "Hi, I just got disconnected about the backpack," her response was, "OH MY GOD!" At that point, I was extremely disappointed. I was simply trying to purchase a backpack for my daughter and expected basic courtesy and assistance. She eventually recommended that I go to Zumiez instead. I also spoke with a manager, whose name I unfortunately don't remember. While I appreciate that someone eventually addressed the situation, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. A simple "I'm sorry, we're unable to help with that" would have been enough. Hanging up on a customer and then responding with "OH MY GOD!" when they call back is completely unacceptable customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.

This store has merchandise for men, women, and kids. It is so clean in here. I was the only one in here with two store employees who greeted me when I came in. That's the only time I saw them.
