Great energy from the other tenants and super friendly and helpful office management from Natalia who does a great job taking care of all of us and keeping us informed! Parking underground in the Equitable Building parking with monthly available (and convenient if you want to go to K-Town or H-Mart on evenings or weekends!).

The Preserve LA was absolutely breathtaking from the moment I came up from the underground parking structure. You loose the fact that you are in the heart of Los Angeles. You open the big white doors and step into an oasis. Angelica assisted me from the beginning in the planning and attended to all of our requests and needs. When you are trying to comfort your clients and plan an event celebrating such a wonderful person, it gets emotional. You want everything to be just as they envisioned. The day was a celebration that my client and all the guests felt was fitting for such a beautiful person. The atmosphere, the food and the service was top notch.
