As an adult, I've continued to see the Rice Clinic because of the overwhelming care and attention that is given to my pets every time they visit. Rice has gone above and beyond my expectations for a vet clinic! I feel like family when I am visiting, and am always allowed to be with my pet in the exam room. I am never separated from my pets and asked to wait in the lobby during a procedure (which has happened to me at other clinics I have taken friends' pets to). Dr. Kennedy has always been great about rushing in my cat with frequent UTI issues on short notice. She kindly cleaned up a wound area that my cat had fixed at an Emergency Clinic, which wasn't healing properly. Rice is a great clinic because they always are mindful of starting with the least invasive solution, and working up the ladder from there. They are not in the business just to make money, as so many clinics in larger towns seem to be! Rice is contentious that everyone has a different budget for pet care, and they will never pressure you to go through with something that isn't affordable to you. There are always many options for care! I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Kennedy and her entire staff out in Rice! They always know me and my pets - and even take time to chat with me about my family members and their pets as well!!! Thanks for all you do for us!!!

The poor dog can't even lay his head down because his ears are hurting him so bad. He's traumatized and hiding from us!!! AND I called to complain and they won't even give me a refund because they 'still provided a service' and that they're sorry. Sorry??? We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them. I love the self wash because I don't have to cleaup our bathroom after, they take care of all the clean-up. I have recommended Pet Supply Plus to many of my friends. Thank you to the staff!!

So he hadn't had a haircut for awhile as I searched for a local one-on-one groomer. I sent a message out by FB and then we communicated by text which is easy and convenient. My pup was cleaned up and well groomed within an hour and half and we got a bonus- some beautiful photos! After grooming he looked like the 7 month old we found at the shelter, like years younger!
