The hair salon services are incredibly subpar. There seems to be only one (1) hair stylist, Patty, for the whole day. And the vibe is always busy and rushing you so that she can take the next customer. The haircut I received was nothing like the one I asked for, with showing Patty a picture (shown below), and held it up the whole time for the her reference, and to avoid any confusion regarding what I wanted. However, You can see that these are 2 different cuts. I'd rather someone tells me that they did not have the competence and skill to do short bobs/pixies than to go in and horribly scar my head just to get paid. This was the 4th nail shop that I walked into on this particular morning. I walked in to a moderate crowd. I requested a full set and pedi, grab my nail color, then I'm quickly seated in a pedicure chair. I put in my ear pods and start listening to an audiobook as I made notes of the bad service from the previous three shops I visited that morning on my phone. My phone is taken away from me when another tech appears because they've decided to work on my hands and feet at the same time. Guy made no attempt to communicate he just took my phone. I hate that process but I allowed it to happen because my free morning was getting very short on time. Lady that was working on my feet was great. The man working on my hands, that spoke absolute NO English, could not seem to avoid cutting me. All cuticles but 3 were cut to the point of bleeding. Every time I jumped from the pain I risked kicking the technician working on me feet. I never kicked her though. But twice it caused her to cut me. Why did I stay - I was trapped, the woman doing avoiding mortal kombat kicks has my feet locked. The old man cutting me, holds my hands tighter after every mistake. He never attempts an apology, while tears fall from my eyes in pain. Dude moves on to do my fullset - I decide on doing plain white polish since I can't see the guy having skill enough for much more. The nails aren't great but I was happy they weren't completely jacked up. I leave after paying already telling myself I'd never return. Just under three hours later I'm cleaning my coffee cup and the whole nail comes off. I call them about the issue. They agree to correct it. I go to the place on my dinner break. I have to have the acrylic soaked off. The new tech is eyeing the WAY less than perfect work that was done. He attempts to fix it after repairing the broken nail. His fix lasted two weeks. But I still am never coming back here. Here's why... In addition to above service -They stretch the nail polish with acetone. This is why it takes a million strokes to match the color of the bottle. -After the 2nd dude had my finger soaking in acetone for over 20 minutes (YES first dude messed up THAT bad) he later looks around and then pours that same acetone back in the bottle. UGH! I'm sitting under the dryer thinking that ish is f*cking disgusting! -Another lady comes to complain about something that happened earlier. The language barrier is so bad that all the people in the shop must call some other woman. They put this woman on speaker phone and she acts as translator to the others in the shop and the disappointed customer. Customer is promised she can come back for correction. The lady leaves. Woman still on speaker phone says a bunch of things I don't understand then says "... they always want something for free." -Why the lady doing pedicure was great with scrubbing the feet and massaging the legs her paint job was extremely bad in addition to having to use several coats of thinned out nail polish. Came in yesterday to get my pedicure. I picked a color and showed the mail technician and he came back with a different color. Told him again which color I wanted and he said they didn't have it so I chose another one. Once we came back he showed me a completely different color again. He finally came back with the correct color and proceeded with my pedicure. I noticed he did 3 very thick layers of gel and by the time he was done one of my nails looked clumpy. By the next day my pinky toe peeled off and it felt sticky as if it hadn't cured correctly because of how thick he did the layers. Both times I went they had their child running around the nail salon. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

To make this short as I can . Do not and I repeat do not bother going to this nail store! When a job is not done will , which happens sometimes in everything we do and that's alright. But as business owners if we don't try to correct it , then it's bad for business, $70 + $10 tip for a job that's not ok is concerning acknowledgment and correction is what's expected! Avoid this place! I'm a long time on and off customer and today I was highly disappointed. Getting a gel pedicure and before putting the light on I told my tech I didn't like the color. She proceeded to tell me the color was ok and not to worry. I still didn't like the color and had her take it off and she went crazy in Vietnamese. She was rough taking the polish off and reapplying it and left the old color underneath which I notified the girl the runs the salon and her answer well it's under no one can see. I guess she's blind! Avoid this place! Two of my friends were in my party and also have complaints. Ripped off part of ones nail and made it bleed, and the other one had her toes drilled till they were burning. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I went in for a gellish manicure. I asked the girl if she could do a specific type of design, she said yes and began taking off my polish. When it came time to start the the actual manicure she told me that she couldn't do it the way that I requested. Not once did the girl act apologetic that she couldn't do what she had stated she could. She wasn't even polite, she was actually quite rude. She told me that I would still be paying for polish removal and quoted $7. When I said that I didn't think it was fair to be charged for services that I didn't request the three employees became aggressive. They began quoting laws about paying for services rendered. They threatened me with calling the police. When I finally gave up and paid she ran my card for $10. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by an entire establishment. All three of the employees spoke harshly to me and went so far as to laugh in my face when I paid. I will not be back. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. read more

I love the hair service I receive from Miss Foxx. However, the nail services and technicians are sub-par and at times, unprofessional. The first time I visited, the technician did not speak English and did not know what I was asking for. I let it go and let him do a basic full set of acrylics, and the results were okay. My fingers were extremely cut up from the filing and bleeding, and the set lasted maybe 7 days. When I came back for a new full set, a different technician could also not speak English, and when I asked for a nude color he was extremely confused and it another technician to figure out what color I wanted. My nails came out good, however were painted over 4 times due to the salon running out of the color I had chosen while painting my nails. After leaving, I realized two nails were extremely different in shape, the polish was chunky from the amount of polish layers. After two days, a pinky nail popped right off. I called the salon, spoke to the manager, and asked if i was able to be reinstated a refund or discount for my nails coming off after two days. She got frustrated gradually when I stated that I would not want the nail fixed, as this was a second bad experience, but some kind of refund. She blamed me for 'working too hard' and breaking them on my own, and that she is not responsible for anything after the appointment. The manager was extremely unprofessional and I had to hang up after she went on a tangent about me working 'too hard' and breaking them on my own time. read more

I highly recommend you find some where else to get your nails done. My mom has been going there for a month or so and the work never really is that great. I went and got a pedicure and when I was sitting at nail dryer I seen the lady take the tools wash them with water and put them back in the package like it was new. The tools were not soaked in barbicide, sprayed with alcohol, or put in a sterilizer. My mom went the same time as me and now a few days later she has a horrible infection. I don't believe this place is clean nor following sanitary rules. read more

This is not a run in and run out haircut, you don't leave the chair until Timmy is satisfied that your hair looks its best. Perfectionism is a good trait to have in a hairdresser. Absolutely terrible. I like my nails pointed more than the typical stiletto and so I was charged an extra $5 for this. I was charged an extra $5 for "longer" nails which they were not longer. Some nails weren't even the same length as the others. I was given attitude when I expressed my discontent. The artist started getting frustrated with me and began rushing near the end and with the mechanical filer he began burning my nails. The worst was he was on cocaine and it was extremely evident. He kept grinding his teeth and sniffing. He wouldn't finish my nails, instead he passed me onto the other younger girl who was there. He had a tattoo on his right forearm. Do not go to him. Even the young girl started giving me attitude when I showed her that my polish was bubbling. In the end the nails should've costed $35 and instead they charged me $45.
