The most unwelcoming unfriendly establishment. Manage rude. It is obvious they could care less about relationships with customer base. Different pricing everytime. Level of service varies with operators. 4 visits and dissatisfied EVERY time. Tried to speak with manager and that was the straw that broke the camels bavk. NEVER AGAIN!! I been coming here for a while now but I just experienced the worst service ever. I came in for a a full set and pedicure, I wanted design, so I got my pedicure in the mean time. The lady that do designs also do other service, I watch her finish one service and took another client . I already was there for 2 hours, I didn't wanted to wait no more because 2 more clients came in for her service. I asked for a top coat so I can go but the manager or something kept saying one more minute, them services wasn't about to take a minute so it like he was forcing me to wait. So I got up and went to the cash register to pay and he came over slamming the calculator down a couple of times and overcharging me on my pedicure. It was unpleasant experience with them. read more

I am extremely pissed and couldn't leave ZERO starts. I've been going here for about 6mos now. Always had a pretty good experience until today but I also always seen the same nail tech. He's the owners. Well I didn't see him so I decided to let another tech service me. BIG MISTAKE! After a soak off the man cut all of my natural nail off and half way glued on tips that were way to big for my nail bed. I declined his service and then the owner came out from the back. So he then started taking care of me. Well unfortunately this time my nail look like straight shit, like a beginner did them some are wide as hell an uneven in length. I had just got off work and my hair had just got washed to get braided so I was looking like a bum. I felt very stereotyped and like they thought they could give me just any old thing because this was not something I've been getting done every 2wks BY THEM for the last 6 month an can't afford the service. They don't use instruments that protect your nail bed and they treat the African American women that frequent the establishment, the ones who make their families rich, like were disposable; and they can because no matter how they offend us or how rude they come off; some of us will overlook it. This is NOT the place to get your nails done. Not only do they actually close at 5pm even though online it says 7:30pm. They are VERY RUDE, especially the owner. The lady is older but if she doesn't want to be there or can't do pedicures anymore she should not be on the floor. I had to instruct them (2 different nail techs) on how to complete a pedi......no filing of nails, polish on the bottom of my feet, a teeny amount on my toenails, barely touched cuticles, over priced, and UNDER educated!!! Dont go here. They stole my credit card number to make purchases in Hong Kong. This business seems to sinking and not doing well. The owner said that he didnt care if his employees have stolen my money. I wont be back. I told my godmother who recommended this place, and we told everyone she recommended not to go their. So, they lost about 10 people already. We keep apr apt adding the word. I hope they shut down. To serve others is a privilege, but the owner is very arrogant and dont deserve to have a business. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! This place lacks customer service skills and they take our money but will not give us respect as paying customers. I had the displeasure of coming here when my nail tech was booked for Memorial Day Weekend (5/26/18). The pompous yet incompetent male "nail tech" at desk #2 could not apply acrylic properly. It was thick and lumpy. He was also terrible at shaping nails. I made the mistake of agreeing to pay for service before he actually completed it. While signing the receipt, he INSISTED that I leave a tip. I kindly yet firmly informed him that I make the decision as to whether i want to leave a tip. The owner, spoke to him in their dialect and he ended the conversation. The nail tech then became rude because I REFUSED to leave a tip after badgering me about it. He tells me in a rude tone, "Make sure not to mess up your nails because I'm going to paint them again." I responded, "I know how to do that; just worry about polishing my nails, sweetie." Immediately, he began yelling at me to not call him "Sweetie." I thought that he was joking, but after he continued yelling at me, I told him that he will NOT talk to me disrespectfully as a paying customer. I asked the manager/owner, Hue/Hugh, if this is how he trains his employees to treat paying customers, and he told me that he heard everything and that the nail tech did nothing wrong. I was outraged!!! I immediately told the nail tech to stop doing my nails. Hue told me that he would finish my nails or i could leave. I told him that i will not leave until my service was completed. i also told Hue that my nails were not done correctly, he refused to fix the issue before I left, and he told me to never come back to "his shop" again. Also, Hue made racially insensitive comments to me as well when I asked for his name. He stated that his name was "Shenene". He refused to provide me with his name so that I could complain about this terrible experience as a PAYING CUSTOMER. I told him that I will NEVER COME BACK TO THE SHOP AGAIN!!! read more
