That worked out well so we could get some lunch. They communicated well when their appts no showed and said we could come in sooner. I don't know about all their options for a pedicure, but the Volcano has to be the best one we have ever had. The place and people are calm, relaxing and fun. May even go back before we have to head home! May even make more trips to Hot Springs just to stop in and say hi!

Then I get a text from Quyen saying she has a driving test today. Frankly, I can't be bothered to patronize a nail tech who can't reschedule my appointment ahead of time before I show up for the appointment. This same thing happened at Blink. Is this a Hot Springs thing? This never happened in the 21 years I lived in Dallas. The last time i was in for a pedicure, Quyen was running behind (not a problem) and the same woman plopped down across from me. I had the same nail tech for the last four years I lived in Dallas. If I was okay with just anyone sitting around, I would not have asked for Quyen. All this just boils down to poor customer service.
