I got a rude lady. She was mad I changed my mind from the Milk and Honey pedicure to just the basic. Gave me attitude throughout the visit even commented about it to a coworker. I would of walked out then but I was with my husband so I decided to push through. Her pedicure was ok. I got a "manicure." Just French tip painted on. $17 They were busy so of course they rushed. Overall, overpriced for rude customer service and mediocre work. I do not recommend. read more

Moved here and have tried a few places around town in the last few months. I have been to David twice for pedicures and he is very responsive to my requests. I do not like the metal dead skin shaver and I like a really good massage. He is hands down the best nail tech I have had and gives really good massages. I read the other reviews and I see people are upset about the employees talking in their native language, not sure about areas around the country but this is normal for a nail place and they are likely not talking about YOU, you've got bigger problems if you think perfect strangers are spending their day gossiping about clients! This is my new pedicure place for sure. read more

Wasn't the best - wasn't the worst. Daughter and I went while on vacation. Walked in with no wait. Staff was nice but spent a lot of time talking (in a different language) among themselves instead of concentrating on what they were doing. I'm from Northern California and was a walk-in client. Within a minute upon arrival, I was seated with my feet in a tub. Jimmy, the man doing my nails, asked me for my name and introduced himself. The owner, David, introduced himself as well! Jimmy was extremely gentle, and gave me an UNBELIEVABLE massage! He was very attentive to detail and gave me his undivided attention. I absolutely love this nail salon. They always take care of their customers and the salon is extremely clean & modern. David and Teresa are wonderful. So is the rest of the staff. They greet you when you walk in and make it a point to call you by name. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are honest with their customers and if they cannot get you in, they tell you - rather than making you wait hours to be taken care of like other salons. I would definitely book an appointment in advance. They are a very busy salon. They do wonderful work and offer a 2 week guarantee on their nails. If you have any problems within 2 weeks, you can go back and they will fix it for free! 10/10 recommend! read more

When we walked in there was an employee standing by the register but she walked away instantly and then shouted at us what do you guys want so we told her a manicure and two full sets they laughed at us and told us that they had no availability so we walk straight out they also didn't have a large color selection and there was nobody waiting.. Ask for David! He is awesome! I went in for a pedicure with my husband and it was just a great experience. Every other place I've been I have had awful experiences and I'm so glad I took the chance here. It was very clean and you can see them sanitizing their instruments. The folks here were all so incredibly friendly & Cindy took such great care of me. I had never even heard of a "waterfall" effect with glitter! It's just so pretty. The salon is absolutely gorgeous with amazing pedicure massage chairs and really comfy chairs at the manicure stations. It's ALMOST worth driving here every 3-4 weeks from Memphis just for a mani pedi! I'll definitely make it a point to stop by here anytime I am in town, though. read more

Friend referred me here........ and I LOVE IT. The shop is so modern and beautiful they also play good music. They take their time as well and don't rush you through. The guy I had did exactly what I wanted... I got a full set with an coffin shape with a dark matte red and a pedicure with a dark matte red as well and I'm obsessed. I am fairly new to HS so I needed to find a nail shop right away as I am someone who needs pedi's every 4-6 weeks. This shop is nice and clean, they line the tub with each customer. I have had a young man a couple of times that was very gentle but today I had an older woman who was quite rough. I have a foot disability so my feet are not your perfect feet. I asked for the middle priced pedi because it has extra massage and foot moisturizing. She said she knew a better way. So what she did was hot wax and no massage. My feet are as dry as ever like I barely had anything done. It's disappointing. She also is a little impatient if you have trouble understanding her and don't get your feet moved right when she says to. Also most of the staff talks in another language continuously to the point that it makes you a little uncomfortable. I have been to many Asian run nail salons and usually they do talk in their language some but they also talk to you in English to make you feel more at ease. I really wanted to love this place, but I think I am going to look around. read more

I recently got a pedicure here with my MIL, SIL, and a cousin. MIL had booked the pedicure for four a few days in advance, and they had seats open for us when we arrived. I think everyone *really* enjoyed their pedicure except me... but mine was fine. They only had three nail techs available for the four of us (my tech was giving a manicure), and I got to wait with my feet soaking while everyone else was served. My pedicure finally got started as everyone else was getting their nails painted, and the woman doing my pedicure sort of did everything much more quickly than everyone else in my group, which negated the relaxation and pampering aspect a bit. This is not to say she didn't do a good job with the pedicure we got (the milk and honey) -- but she did rush through each step at top speed. However, my nails look great, even if my feet weren't quite as smooth or relaxed as I would have preferred! read more
