I want to thank Tracy for doing my gel dip fingernails, and I want to thank Tony for doing my gel pedicure. They were both very friendly during my first visit today, and they got me started on time. I appreciated both. They answered all of my questions as well, since it was my very first time there, and I was curious about their processes. The only reason I don't read it five star is because I'm not able to make my next appointment three weeks out which is some thing that I'm used to doing. I will come back and Update my review once I see how long my nails last, because this was my first time there.

Came in for a simple mani and pedi. The technician took out drill to remove nail polish, NOT SHELLAC, from my toes. I asked for no drill and they attempted to pressure me into drill because "sparkles are hard to take off." I stated if they didn't want to do the pedicure without the drill, that's fine, I will opt out. I was cordial but wasn't going to be pressed to do something I did not want having just returned from a 20 mile hike... I needed GENTLE! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kicker, one of the workers went to her client and began talking about me to them. Because I opted OUT of drill? Did you bother to ask why? Asking for more detail before slandering a customer is good practice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also spent a month in Vietnam and can understand 'some' of what is being said. It's not kind to talk about your customers and assume they can't understand because you of a different ethnicity.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

I have tried a nail place here and there, but have never been happy with the end result...until Fancy Nails! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was fine it took a bit for me and my mom to get seated but besides that her pedicure was great and she really enjoyed it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The price on the website for a pedicure hasn't changed at all it's still $30. I got acrylics though and they turned out lumpy and a little misshapen. I asked for plain acrylics with no design and it cost $65. It's odd to me that the pedicure doesn't change at all but the acrylics go up over half the original price without changing it on the website. I probably would not come back here. read more

Have been going about 7 years. Consistently good quality work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great with my service dog.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Love how Tony deals with my one ingrown toenail. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One employee gave me grief about my service dog. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I made an appointment and had to wait as well as stay at the salon for about two hours.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They charge to use your credit card and they don't give you anything for your feet for a pedicure. They will charge for disposable sandals. read more

They are professional, sociable, and comforting. My experience here is a grand one; my hands and feet are always destroyed with hang nails due to the nature of my work and the workers here educated on how to use "nail scissors." They took very good care of my mother whenever she books a time with them, and the prices are fair. If you want to go here make sure to make an appointment ahead of time, they are naturally fully booked the majority of the time due to the fact that they are one of the best in town. read more

Walked in and was asked what I needed. All she said was no time and that was it. It wasn't like they were closing, it was 10:44 in the morning. I would have gladly made an appointment and came back later. Just felt they were rude. Not a very good first impression with being new to the area at all. read more

I have tried so many nail salons and either the service is poor but the work is good, or the nail quality is not great. Fancy nails has both amazing customer service and skilled nail techs! Very friendly, make a note to remember names I can only speak on acrylic nail services but I've been very happy. I recently brought in a photo to see if they could copy it and it turned out wonderful! read more

I'm from Los Angeles, traveling to Washington for work, and I've been to this place twice. The first time I went, I wanted to get chrome gels, and I really didn't like how it turned out afterwards because the lady put too much of the silver powder. I also didn't like how my cuticles were trimmed. Then I went a second time ~3 months later and just a normal gel/shellac. It was around Christmas time, so I got a really dark red that had red glitter and it turned out really nicely. I also liked overall how it turned out including the treatment of my cuticle beds/nails/hands. The price is really not cheap though. Many places in LA are a bit cheaper and do just as good of a job. I think this place is advertised to be much cheaper than it is for gel nails. It's been $30 for me when I went, which I think is standard/high pricing. read more

I'm new to the area so used Yelp to help me find a new nail salon. I called ahead to see if they had time for a pedi and they said they would in 20 minutes. When I got there, they were very busy and looked unsure if they would have time but she asked if I had called and when I said yes, she fit me right in. The massage chairs are nice. The decor a bit mismatched and dated. Pedi itself was about average. Paraffin wax and a clay mud and massage since I got the "deluxe" (for $30) instead of the $20 classic pedi. The manicurist was sweet and friendly. But she almost used toe separators that had just come off someone else (unknown if that was an oversight), and when my toes were waiting to dry under the fan, they didn't give disposable flip flops or anything to walk across the dirty floor and my feet were on the same dirty carpet that everyone else's had been on. Got the little flip flops at the end. Over all, nice people. Friendly. Good work. Just a little less clean-conscious than I would have loved. read more

Tracy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. The salon/studio? Is clean and bright, every one os friendly and appointments are honored. Tracy does a really wonderful job with my nails. The other gals always say hi and ask about my mom! (I brought her one time!) We have fun picking different cats eye colors and she makes suggestions for my next choice! Figured I'd give this place a shot since it had good reviews and was really excited to get something cute for Valentine's Day, I thought it was good customer service but definitely think the nails itself were it. I don't mind paying for what I went for but I really think these were overcharged for that they looked like. I thought it was something simple and cute but the red/pink nails were 75$! The heart itself were faster drawn and weren't that much of a design but said that why it's the price it is. The blue nails were 90$! And not sure why since those had less designs but also said it was for the design. Overall don't think it was worth paying for it but you can be the judge of that. read more

Rough, filthy, expensive. I considered calling the health department on these folks as the place is not clean and after creating bleeding wounds on both feet they went to dry my foot off with a dirty towel. Then were going to superglue the wound to stop the bleeding! They took the foam toe separators they used on me off and put them in the same drawer from which they got them (so it looks like they reuse those.) The person next to me had a problem with something they had done on her toes, so the man working on me went over and worked on her toes for a minute then came back to me and started working on me with the same gloves on. They took the drain plug out and swished it around in the water while my feet were still in the bath. Then they charged $50 for their simplest pedicure; no massage, no paraffin; just soak, trim, cuticle care and gelcoat. Oh I almost forgot, we called two days in advance and asked for an appointment for two at 2:45 and they said they could only do 2:30, so we rushed to get there after the class from which we were coming; there were no other clients were there for at least 45 minutes after we arrived and that was a walk-in. read more

My sister and I went here last weekend for pedicures and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and really did an excellent job. They are complying with all the COVID regulations. They take your temp upon entering record it. You are required to wear a mask and they wear one as well. They allow you to pay how you chose (cash or card) and they have hand sanitizer available. Overall great experience. read more

I skip a couple things as I don't like the cuticles cut and don't want the sanding down. I love the soak, massage scrub, lotion and they do a perfect job on trimming and polish. The last time I got a pedicure here, I wound up with an ingrown toe nail from the way the person cut my nails. When I walked in this past Saturday evening, I was assigned the lady I really liked the 3 previous times I came in, before I got the ingrown toe nail. Unfortunately, she was not as great as I had previously remembered her services. I immediately regretted getting the "most expensive pedicure package", she had offered me. She opened a brand new box and at least 4 new packages of different lotions and foot masks, but she was only using 1/2 of the actual product on me. I got annoyed thinking 1/2 my money was going to be wasted or thrown away. I absolutely, asked to have the rest of the packets put back in the box cause at this point, I'm taking them home with me. When I kindly asked her to remove just a bit more callous from a certain spot. Instead of using the same small purple pumice stone, she pulled out the cheese grater and went to work on the small area I had mentioned. I pulled my leg away from the scalding hot water she didn't test before letting it run onto my shin, afterwards she used nothing but cold water to rinse my legs and feet. I just wanted it to hurry up and be over with after a certain point. Most upset about having to come home and fix what I didn't feel comfortable asking her to fix, while I was there.

Jana suggested a long time ago to get gel instead of regular polish and the techs do let you know when something you chose hasn't had good results. I appreciate them for doing so, but also maybe throw it away? lol They used to have a hard time saying "no" but as a regular I can scan the room and tell wether or not I'd be squeezed in. This place is really appointment only unless they're having a slow day. FYI: If you're a walk in and the say they have time but you see 5 people waiting and 3 techs, you should go about your day. This is my fourth time having my nails done here. I requested a Mani/Pedi and came in about 10 mins…read moreearly. I was sat promptly. I had to re-iterate four times that I only wanted clear gel, nothing more. The Pedicure itself was wonderful, even if they gave me an upservice I didn't ask or want. The older gentleman who was my tech then tried to get me out, and was very upset that I asked for the Mani part of the Mani/Pedi appointment. I provided him with nail color and a visual of what I wanted (Nude matte nail in a softer rounded almond shape). For reference, I had medium length natural nails. He then cut me square and to the quick in the fastest way possible. The polish was a decent match, but streaky and lumpy and wasn't cured properly. I was left with jagged edges along the nail , and bits of polish everywhere. The matte finish wasn't placed properly with chunks of shine everywhere. In the end, it looked nothing like what I requested. Then, I was charged for a full price Manicure but only provided with a gel polish change. Overall I spent $107 for a partially completed Manicure and a decent pedicure. I will not be going back. If I could, I would have refused payment or asked for a partial refund. The work was shoddy, rushed and I had to keep telling the tech multiple times what I wanted, even after providing a very good visual.

The massage was quite lovely and he was nice enough however he was looking every which way instead of focusing on the service. I was nervous he would snip something that should be snipped. He was rushed and didnt cure the gel polish so it smudged. He also didnt place color on the edges so it looks incomplete. All that for $60 plus tip to me is not worth it. Im willing to try this place again cause they were able to get me in right away but I will request a woman as they might have more attention to detail.

I had had my nails done two or three weeks before at a salon in my hometown. --They were disgusting. (They had been disgusting since the day I got them. They had stayed on well but color was hideous, and I didn't feel like they had been applied very well. When I entered MV Nails, there was only one employee that I could see. I asked him if he could give me a fill. He confirmed what I wanted asked me to wash my hands and had me sit down. When I went back to wash my hands, I saw that the salon had a sort of hidden nook with 6 to 8 pedicure stations and there were several women working back there giving pedicures while the man sat closer to the front. I also went into the bathroom and noticed that it was very tastefully decorated and thought to myself that the salon was actually quite nice for one where you could walk in and get your nails done. When he started doing my nails, I apologized to the man for how disgusting they were, and he responded with a little chuckle and said, "It's OK." He then went on to take a great deal of care in making my nails look beautiful. He confirmed what kind of shape I wanted, he did each fill as if it was a work of art. --As to say that he wasn't going to let there be any acrylic hanging outside my nail on my cuticles, or chunks of it under the nail. He really did make each nail look beautiful. --Before he even got to polishing them, I told him I was so grateful because my nails already looked so much better. During I was having my nails done, two women came in. One said" pedicures please." --Without really asking if they even had availability. He responded that they were kind of busy and she said OK and left. I thought this exchange was a little strange because the woman didn't ask if she could come back at a later time and he didn't offer a later time. However, what I appreciated about it was that he didn't invite them in to get their nails done, knowing that his employees would have to shuffle around and pay less attention to each person if they had two more customers to help. Later, when he received a phone call request, requesting an appointment, I did note that he informed the caller that the time she requested was a busy time, but that she could come in a little later. So, I assume that if the ladies had asked they would've been more than willing to accommodate them. I was able to go visit my friend in Seattle with nails that didn't look like I had glued some cheap press on nails halfway up my nail bed. I was insanely grateful for the time and effort. This man had put into doing my nails and really appreciated the cleanliness and style of the salon. I will go back here again if I am ever in the area and in need of any nail services.

I don't know if it's this place or the other but I'm hoping this finally gets attention for that rude man named Bruce. If you don't wanna be harassed for parking in the parking lot and waiting for food/laundry to get done then don't go here. Every time I visit there to spend money either at Dominos or the laundry Matt I get PROFILED because I have a travel van. I am on the property spending money and every time it never fails that Bruce comes out and tries to kick us off the property that we have already spent money on! It's ridiculous! I'm getting harassed every time we come here because we have a travel van! I'm spending money on the property, there is NO signs that say no parking here. BRUCE You are a piece of shit and need to stop harassing people! His wife gets in her car and drives around you and tries to look at you and see what your doing! How do these people think this okay to treat other people?!?!? Please talk to them because I DONT WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE! No one should deserve to be treated this way!
