Pedicure with some acrylic to lengthen the big toenails... I came back after months of avoiding this place. The last time I got a pedicure here, I wound up with an ingrown toe nail from the way the person cut my nails. When I walked in this past Saturday evening, I was assigned the lady I really liked the 3 previous times I came in, before I got the ingrown toe nail. Unfortunately, she was not as great as I had previously remembered her services. I immediately regretted getting the "most expensive pedicure package", she had offered me. She opened a brand new box and at least 4 new packages of different lotions and foot masks, but she was only using 1/2 of the actual product on me. I got annoyed thinking 1/2 my money was going to be wasted or thrown away. I absolutely, asked to have the rest of the packets put back in the box cause at this point, I'm taking them home with me. When I kindly asked her to remove just a bit more callous from a certain spot. Instead of using the same small purple pumice stone, she pulled out the cheese grater and went to work on the small area I had mentioned. I pulled my leg away from the scalding hot water she didn't test before letting it run onto my shin, afterwards she used nothing but cold water to rinse my legs and feet. I just wanted it to hurry up and be over with after a certain point. Most upset about having to come home and fix what I didn't feel comfortable asking her to fix, while I was there. read more

Gel pedicure. Not a good experience today. The gentleman doing my gel pedicure was so rough; he trimmed my cuticles so close that he made my skin bleed on one of my toes. I'm a nurse.. never had an infection from getting a pedicure and I sure don't want one now because of carelessness. Every time he would put the light over my foot, he would smack my toes before the polish was dry. He also did a dry scrub on my calves which was not comfortable. My other salon was closed today so I came here. Pretty disappointed. read more

I was a consistent client & loved the service but after my most recent pedicure I got athletes foot for the first time in my life & I'm struggling to cure it. I hope the staff is using medical protocols to clean the spa jets! Will not be returning :/ read more

My nails turned out super cute, i loved the design, however they did fall off within the first week and a half, popped off like press ons:(! I've never had acrylics come off so fast, unfortunately it's just too pricey to return if they'll be falling off before the two week mark, usually i'm able to maintain them for about 3. As far as the environment goes, there were kids running around the tables and coming over to look at what was happening, which is fine I don't really mind kids, but it definitely isn't the relaxing experience that i had in mind when I went. read more

Had an appointment for a full set of acrylics 4/23/26, the nail tech was super rushed (for no reason) and my nail color was chipping the next day. He glued on my tips too small to my nails so my real nail was showing on the side. And I left with blood in the beds of two nails because of carelessness. I'm so bummed because I was treating myself to a full set and now they look like crap two days later. read more

I am so glad I tried this new place out! It was the grand opening last weekend and they really seemed to make everyone feel welcome and provided a nice, clean, inviting, modern spa like environment. When you walk in it's very bright and open. They fit me in right away with Young. He was kind and went above and beyond to create the full set design I was looking for. I like that they offer some unique and special options on their menu like Organic pedicure or extra massage times. They also offer waxing service. I appreciated that they have all the ventilation systems set up as well. From what I personally experienced, I highly recommend giving this company a try. Thank you Young! I've gone here a several times for acrylic sets and in the first few visits I thought it was great. The quality quickly declined out of nowhere, the stylists are now rushed and rough, especially the last time I went. The male nail tech literally threw his hands in the air and said it was "up to me" when I asked for his opinion on whether my nails were grown out enough to warrant a fill. The rest of the appointment had such a bad vibe after that. He caused several cuts around my nail and almost broke skin with a nail filer. This place used to be worth the drive but after that I will be getting these nails off somewhere else and taking a break from getting them done all together. read more

They were a very nice family that did a great job. This is the first time that my nails aren't crazy thick and uncomfortable. Her art work is amazing and she puts a lot of work into what she does. I can't wait to come back and get one of the designs I watched her do while I got my nails done. Since people seem to have a problem with how long they take it took 2 hours and they put more care in than the place I paid $100 at. That is the same amount of time the other took. read more

I've only gone here for pedicures (twice). Where around town can you find a $37 pedicure? I tip $8-10 so it comes out over $40 but still, I think it's very reasonably priced. I skip a couple things as I don't like the cuticles cut and don't want the sanding down. I love the soak, massage scrub, lotion and they do a perfect job on trimming and polish. I think it may be a little extra for callous removal, which I got the first time. Salon atmosphere is nice, staff is generally nice...I will keep coming back for the price and the lovely job on my toes. read more

I had scheduled a pedi appointment for two of us. When we arrived, they were very busy. After a delay, we were given a chair with lukewarm water. After a bit, they asked which pedi we wanted and put the additive in the water. It was between 40-45 minutes before someone showed up and started my friends pedi. At 55 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, someone showed up to do mine. I told them that I would skip it as I had another appointment and didn't have the extra time. I was very disappointed and felt a great lack of respect for my time. They acknowledged having multiple walk-ins, but that should not have impacted my appointment. They trimmed my nails and applied polish free of charge as compensation and issued multiple apologies. Pros - Beautiful salon and friendly staff Cons - Time management and customer respect. i am not sure if I will go back again. read more

My nails looked okay after it was all done, but the tools didn't look clean at all. All of them look very used and kind of gross. And I was left with glue and excess stuff on my fingers that I had to pick off when I got home. When I went into get them removed they had 3 different people working on them. They used the tool to help get off the coating and he burned my finger tip with it. And they still didn't get all of it off. read more

Brought my niece in for us to get pedis. The water is cold! I asked for it to be hot and he turned on water so hot, it hurt. That was o my on for 2 seconds tho. I had to ask another lady if she could add warmer water to our tubs and she did. Everyone in the salon got offered a beverage except us. Literally everyone else. Then the older gal paints a spider or something on my toe when I asked for a Daisy. She waits until she dried it to ask me if I like it and I politely showed her what I wanted and said no. So another lady comes over and tells her to redo it. By this time (over 2 hours of being there already) I asked if she could just paint it pink and not do any flower as I was running out of time. She drilled it off (and scraped my skin) and repainted it but now it's bumpy and color is everywhere. I'm so disappointed. This was my first pedi after giving birth and was really looking forward to this. read more
