We spent 5 hours there with three people there get their toes and nails done one ended up saying that she just wasn't gonna get her nails done because there was no time at this point after I had already been five hours my toenail polish and another girl is already coming off they did gel nails without even asking which one we wanted then when we asked how long they would last they said same amount of time as acrylic but popped off two days later and the acrylic nails that another girl got came off after four days we got charged $400. drinks were flat.we were ignored for over 2 hours and watched people come in wait for an hour them just have to leave. here is my nails after they popped off BRUISED and destroyed. read more

I visited today for dip nails, pedicure and the service was not what I expected for $120. There as no foot or leg massage which is included in a basic massage. I mentioned it and she was quick to dismiss it and say it was too late for me and since I had just been to the dentist (which is why I was there treating myself) no. (It was 3:00). After asking for a 'Spa Pedicure' and getting nothing of the sore was told the menu was to show the prices so I could pick what price point I wanted but the services are different. Nail tech was very upset when I asked her to use a different pick and nail file. She was attempting to use the same one on me as the lady next to me as she did our pedicures at the same time. READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! Boy oh boy should I have read the reviews before I walked in. Someone mentioned a 12 minute pedicure... that's EXACTLY what I got too! Wasn't very friendly except for to those who seemed to be regulars. He did a super fast job on my pedicure , didn't cut my cuticles well or my toe nails. I after he "finished", I touched my big toes and asked him to cut the sides down some because I get ingrown toenails. FAIL! Another less than half job. My feet don't even look like I had a pedicure. I got an upgraded pedi $$$. He used the callus remover for 3 seconds on each foot! I got home and had to do it myself! I showed my husband my feet, he asked if I did them myself? Because he couldn't tell I went to salon. Embarrassing especially for a man to think they look unprofessionally done. I wanted a tip put on my big toe, he added just acrylic for $15. I'm sure that price was made up. I've done this before for $4 each toe. I have excess paint around my toe. I had to go back the next day because my big toe was messed up because my toes weren't dry. He added an extra coat to my toes, I guess he noticed what I noticed, poorly painted toes. Sad thing is, a lady who came in before me had someone else doing her pedi first and I finished my pedicure before she even started her second foot! Maybe it's the guy who does the rush job. People work hard for their money and my money was wasted! I'll never be back idc how full every other salon is in the area. I was also charged $5 because I had a little (literally 4 toes with a LITTLE) gel polish on my toes. I know places charge but it was literally a LITTLE. This was by far the worst service I have ever had in my life! I had a pedicure and a full set of acrylics.. I am a very un satisfied customer I paid 75 dollars for the acrylics alone on top of 60 for the pedicure so I would expect my money's worth!!! the way my nails were done is nothing of what I expected they were left thick not filed enough and the acrylic and fake nail didn't even fit my finger ... when I told them I didn't like how they looked they told me I was causing problems for customers...and that I needed to leave I told them I wanted refund or at least half of my money back and they told me not to come back so I left with ugly nails and none of my money in return I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM PLEASE DO NOT GO TO VIP NAILS THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SUPER slow. Got a fill, took an hour before I even got shellac. They do one thing, then leave you sit for a half hour while doing half of another clients service. It would be easier to just finish a service rather than stop at 30 minute increments to rotate people. One fingernail painted at a time, then put under the light to dry. Can't make this up. Literally watching paint dry. Unless you have 3 hours on your hands to get a fill....perhaps look elsewhere. read more

When I asked about the price increase she said NO price increase that was the price of the service. I explained that I had been there twice before for the same service and paid $10 less each time. Never in my life have a spent and entire pedicure wishing it was over with. I got a gift certificate for mani and pedi here, and I will never go back. The gals were ride, acted annoyed that I came in and one rolled her eyes pointedly when I turned down the hand massage. My manicure lasted only 1 day before chipping and I have 2 little infected areas from where they over trimmed my curicles. Do not recommend. read more

My sister and I visited here on 8/11/19. We made an appointment to get our pedicures done together at the same time. Even though we had an appointment, we still had to wait. When we got to our chairs we shared one nail tech. We got the stone pedicure. He rushed through the massage, the stones weren't even cold when he put them down. When he scrubbed our feet, he went so quick they were still rough when he was done. My sister mentioned 3x to not cut her toe nails short but he did anyway and now they are super short. My big toe nails were even and long before going and now they are short and going down at a slant. My sisters big toe nail is not straight and has varying levels. I felt like they rushed through the entire process. Wasted $70 for two pedicures for no reason. Could have done a better job for $10 at home. Save your money. read more

Went with a girlfriend for manicures and pedicures, everything was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, lots of polish colors to choose from. The massaging chair was a great perk too, and I like that they gave us bottled water. Terrible experience. My daughter, granddaughter and I came here for nails and pedicures. My daughter and granddaughter asked for a Matte finish. After leaving the salon the nails done with the matte finish turned grayish black. We returned and the women insisted that it was because they put shoes on. I explained that they had flip flops and it happened to the hands as well. I told her the other salon said this happens when you use old matte. She was raising her voice and just acting crazy!!! I asked if we could just get a refund for the gel and matte charge because the nails needed to be repainted. I am not exaggerating.... I was calm and she was yelling that she did not have to return my money!! I explained to her I was not asking for all $240.00 back, just the extra charge for the matte and gel. She yelled no no I don't have to. I have never had someone be so disrespectful and angry. This lady has issues. I will never return here. Came here because my regular nail salon was booked, next time I will wait for Fancy Nails to have an opening. Seriously I can't get over her freaking out!!! read more

My mother ,daughter and I went in for pedicures myself got a full set and my mother got a fill it was about $300 they charge five dollars extra for Matt topcoat a dollar extra for every other color extral my daughter and I left the salon and got home didn't go anywhere and we had her flip-flops on her toes turned completely grayish black my pink toes turned gray my fingernail started to turn gray so the next morning we went back in nicely explain to the lady that our nails are changing color and we think that the topcoat was old we've never been to the salon before we always go to another salon in the Mount Vernon area which was full so we tried something new the gal insisted we had to put shoes on or got something on our toes in which I explain to her we had flip-flops on and we went straight home and what have I put on my hands for my nails to ultra gray she refused to put mat back on and insisted to put clearcoat we didn't pay or or want clear coat she was very rude and insisted to put clear on my daughters toes I told her this is very wrong we will just take our business elsewhere we spent a lot of money but we will go pay another salon to fix up their mistake and we left nicely my mother was not happy because she did pay for this she went back out there nicely explain to the gal what was going on and ask for her to please give the money back just for the color and the coat on all of our nails we didn't ask for the pedicure price back for all three we didn't ask for the force that price back and we did not ask for the fill back we just asked for $73 out of the 300 that we spent and she yelled at my mother like a Lunatic in front of customers that she was working on it at the moment she refused any money back and refused the $20 tip back and literally was making a scene and would not do anything for us and still told my mom that she believes we had to put shoes on it is crazy I do not recommend this place and it takes a lot to make me mad and I understand people make mistakes but I've never experienced such horrible customer service read more

I called to see if I needed to set an appt to fix my two broken nails, the man who answered the phone said no, and I can go in since they had openings. I show up and he starts to work on my nails. Another client who had an appt shows up and he tells me to move to another station so the other person can sit where I am sitting at starts working on her nails. He makes me wait over 40 minutes and at this point I am pretty pissed off.. so I ask him how much longer and he gives me the run around and made the excuse that the other person had an appt and I didn't.. ummm what?? I am still a paying customer and that's why I asked before coming in if I needed to make appt., I didn't appreciate to be pushed to the side. 5 minutes later he switches me back to the original work station I was at and had the other person wait while he finished up my nails. He didn't even clean up the station, it had her old nails and filed down powder everywhere, he used the same tools and didn't even sanitize or put them in barbicide to soak ... it was just nasty AF, I was grossed out!!!! Nice location and nice clean establishment. I was given a gift card from my husband and children for my birthday. I went in for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicure was pricey in my opinion for what I got. Also, I had some young man come from the back that looked like he was in high school. He was clipping my toe nail and pulled it off rather than clip it off and it hurt so bad. It was painful for the next couple of days. My shellac manicure looked really nice. My only issue was it didn't even last 4 days before it started chipping and peeling. Also, polish that got on my skin on both my fingers and toes was left and not cleaned up. All in all, I was just a little disappointed. I will probably keep looking for a nail spot. read more
