She is careful, methodical, exacting. And the result is a flawless manicure that easily holds up for 3-4 weeks. Sarah does pedicures and is gifted at it. Her massages are phenomenally relaxing and she does a thorough, careful job on my toes. I can't recommend this place enough---even though they take walk-ins it's best to call ahead and schedule an appointment as they are popular and book out.

They proceeded to give me a bowl with acetone in in and stuck my hands in the bowl. At this point, I should have just got up and left but as the lady was already working on my pedicure. The pedicure was average and she did not apply and base coat and I had to ask about the top coat. Also, no liner for the foot bath. Needless to say, this is 2 days post visit and 3 of my toenails and 1 of my nails have chipped (on average my nails last 2 weeks and toenails until the next visit). On a positive, the personnel were polite. I like to support local business and hope my visit was just an off day for them.

The big left toe had nail ripped off while he was using a tool to peel off my shellac. It peeled down to the right side bed of my toe. I indicated that it had a burning pain sensation, and he had no reaction. He just tried to cover it up with shellac. From the photos you can see that the nails were not cleaned up properly. Nor cut and filed properly. After applying the polish, he did not use the UV light to secure the shellac. The polish is already lifting. There is a young lady that works there that did a wonderful job on a French dip for my fingers. I would suggest requesting her to do both a pedicure and finger work.
