This place is incredible. I was looking to buy a few gemstone rings and saw the great reviews online. The store definitely lives up to the wonderful reviews. There is so much to see at the shop and the customer service is great too. The gentleman working there took case after case out for me to see. I seriously think I was looking for over an hour. Hooray! For me Yelp is particularly useful for the extra special place and places to avoid... this is one of the extra special. Actually was just looking them up to find their hours and the yelp page came up and just had to add my mutterings to the general not surprisingly all positive collection (after all have been helped by so many yelpers about other places)! First time I was there years ago was in the neighborhood and peeked in - thought oh, lots of ... different...items...OK. (I shrugged.) It took a while .. 15 minutes maybe ... to acclimate as all sorts of items are mixed together and only after some time does one register that there is something perfectly fitting for everyone! There are inexpensive things and expensive, exotic and more commonplace, items with wonderful stories attached and those that are just particularly nice versions of their genre. I have yet to bring a friend who has not left with something that looks like it was made especially for their shape faces or hands, their coloring, their personality...it really is a magical place. And as good as it is for gifts it's particularly good to spend time and pick that perfect item for yourself or with the giftee in tow! And, yes, (as others have written) the owners are oh so knowledgeable and sweet. read more
