Really delicious food! Wish we would've visited sooner! The…read morehomemade bread is incredible. I'd say it's a cross between focaccia and English muffin bread with a nice buttery outside. We've only had lunch here but I hear the breakfast is just as good, especially the hash browns and tomato jam. We've had the Pool and Yacht, Raffi Luigi and the Gigi. Incredible! Their chicken salad is pulled chicken with white and dark meat, herbs and pepperoncini, etc. Really love it. The Giardinera is nice because it's almost blitzed in a food processor so it's smaller and doesn't fly out of the sandwich when you bite into it. They don't overdo the sauces either. Just enough on the sandwiches. The only downfall is that some things can be spicy, especially the potato salad. Like really spicy. So much so it's all you taste. That won't stop me from going back though. I crave a sandwich the minute I'm done. Oh and they also have a provisions case where you can buy packed items like pimento cheese, chicken salad, etc. Go there. You will love it! Open daily til 3pm. Closed Mondays. Breakfast has a cut-off time depending on the day, but lunch is served open til closed.

Egg and cheese + sausage 2. Egg and cheese + bacon and hashbrowns Imagine the fluffiest eggs, perfectly crispy bacon and potatoes, and the yummiest garlic aioli sauce, all on a warm focaccia slice. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. Skip the weekend rush in my opinion and check them out on a weekday--it made it incredibly easy to find seating and enjoy our food and the ambiance. Service was professional, fast, and friendly! Can't wait to try their lunch menu!

Curiosity is across the street from Young Joni and Dangerous Man, and it is a lovely little place! When we entered, we were greeted by an employee. Not even just greeted; he also struck up friendly conversation. Nice! Literally! The store is small but mighty, boasting very eye-pleasing house wares, gifts, decor, and more. I was mostly interested in and impressed with their plant holders/pots, local and mindful infant toys, care packages for new mothers, dinnerware, wall decor, and other pretty little things made by local artists. I thought the prices were very reasonably considering the items were mindfully curated and mostly locally sourced. I really look forward to coming back and shopping here once we get settled in our new home. The friendly employee (or maybe owner??) said that they rotate their inventory often. He also said that they don't have a ton of local clout (hence me neglecting them this whole time), so stop in and tell them you saw them on Yelp!

This place was practically across the street, so we decided to take a breather from the hectic festivites and come here. Immediately we were greeted with cooling A/C and much-needed silence. Cool and quiet... the perfect escape. The place was decked out for pride with lots of colorful flags representing many of the wonderful ways to be queer. Definitely get bonus points for their allyship. I got a bottled Coca-Cola and my hubbie got a simple cup of brewed coffee. They had a reasonably-sized menu with even some smoothies and such listed, as well as a display of bakery items. A chalkboard showed their three seasonal beverages, which looked fun (though not my cup of tea). One of the employees was very helpful when I requested a cup of ice to go with my Coke; I needed the extra cool down after all the time we'd spent in the sun in the heat! We sat at one of the tables and appreciated leaning back into the chairs with back support for several minutes. Whew! Perked us back up nicely. There isn't a ton of space/lots of places to sit and I was kind of shocked the place wasn't flooded with queers, lol. There was quite the line for the bathroom though, according to my husband. The decor is nice and neat. I think I spotted a small selection of board games you could break out if desired too, which is fun.

I believe graduates of that program also work here as young adults. The alley walking up to it is so cute. I love historic Mpls! The coffee shop is small but fun, and there's a nice cozy seating area outside I'd come back for. The coffee was good (though not in my top 10), with some unique flavors. I got the breve capp and it did taste a bit scorched. My daughter's LAB iced coffee was delicious. Service friendly and prompt. Bathroom a bit dirty but shared with other businesses.

It's surprisingly large inside, with tons of natural light and a mix of couches and tables that could accommodate anything from one person with a laptop to groups of 7-8. It was fairly busy for a Tuesday afternoon but never felt uncomfortable. It's also dog-friendly, and I loved the little container of dog treats by the entrance! I ordered the Peaches & Cream Cold Brew and really enjoyed it. It wasn't overly sweet, and the ratio of cold brew to the peachy cream/foam on top was just right. They also had pastries, sandwiches, and other food options that seemed pretty reasonably priced for the area. Another big plus is the convenient parking right across the street, and there are several other places within walking distance if you want to grab food afterward. Outdoor seating is pretty limited (I only noticed one table) so I'd primarily come here for the indoor space. The baristas were friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and it was an easy place to settle in for a couple of hours. Definitely a Northeast coffee shop I'd come back to!
