We brought our kids here tonight, and it was such a great experience! The food was delicious everything came out hot and fresh. The boys loved their chicken and fries, and I really enjoyed my meal (and my drink ). The arcade kept the kids entertained the whole time. It's the perfect spot for family fun and dinner all in one place. Our host was amazing and super friendly, attentive, and really knowledgeable about the menu and games. Came here to play games with my kids and at first I was super excited! As we got our card to play games with we started looking around for games to play , a lot of the games was broken and some didn't even give you tickets for playing even tho on it said the higher you score the more tickets you get! Even while playing some of the games, the machines would break down and you would have to get the tenant to come fix it for you. We didn't have a chance to eat there. It was very dark as well I wish there was more lighting. Now we're all done playing our games and go to the counter to cash our tickets. Each ticket is worth one point most of the higher in prizes were about 1000 tickets or over. All of the low valued prices were about 50 to 100 tickets I think there was a couple of little things that were about 20 tickets. I do think they need to reevaluate their ticket prices for the prizes my kids were very sad to not be able to get little prizes that were well worth 5$ and under . I used to work here surprisingly but I eventually quit because the manager kept making me feel uncomfortable she kept coming up to me to start talking for about 10-20 minutes at a time.. she wouldn't stop. She treated me like I was dumb and didn't know how to serve tables it's pretty simple.. and she would constantly get mad whenever I did a simple mess up because apparently it was affecting her so bad where she had to almost yell.. the prices for the food are ridiculous and overpriced like why are they so expensive idek.. the manager doesn't leave the customers alone so they can enjoy a quiet nice meal in peace she would keep ruining it by coming over to talk to them for almost the whole time they were eating.. so I wouldn't recommend anyone work here please don't the manager is racist and it's just bad service in general. read more

Only issue I had was when we sent back a meat lovers pizza due to it having ham though it was requested not to have ham. They brought it back stating it was Canadian ham and it was "not real ham." When I told my server that I didn't like the drink that the bartender made me, the bartender came over to our table trying to force me to drink it and said that "that's a lot of alcohol to waste" as if that had anything to do with me. I don't know if the alcohol I "wasted" was coming out of her paycheck or what her problem was. Secondly, our server obviously didn't know anything about the menu or serving tables in general which I don't blame her for but it would be nice for the management to properly train their employees before just throwing into the job. My server had to leave and come back to the table so many times because she didn't know any of the answers to our super simple questions. It was very evident that they didn't train her at all. So tonight was the 2nd time I came. The first time was horrible. Took forever, food was gross. Figured it's been a year, I'll try again. There was 2 other tables when we walked in. First off it's smelled like poop when we walked in. Ok, whatever- it's Hinesville. It took 10 minutes and a reminder to get 4 waters. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. Two other tables came in, so okay they got busy. I'll wait. 30 minutes later and people who came after us have their food while we still hadn't received our appetizer of CHIPS AND DIP. So I went to ask the waitress and this lady wanted to bite my head off soooo I just left and will never go back. It takes A LOT to push me to the point of losing it, so it was pretty bad. This place made me feel really awkward about myself when I left. The dining area has carpet which is one of my biggest pet peeves and it smells like what dirty carpet smells like. I have no idea why restaurants do this. The bar is the main attraction to this place. Half of the games are broke at the arcade and the prizes look like they are from a storage wars episode. I'm on vacation from Seattle. I decided to go to Fang's because it was new to the area. The atmosphere is jovial and cozy. The staff is AMAZING! I spoke with Justin who was very knowledgeable and attentive. He helped me around and even stopped to play a game or two. He lost, but that is neither here nor there. Kiki assisted me at the bar. Her drink knowledge and demeanor was professional and delightful. The affable diligence by the staff was EXTREMELY greeting. We even came back with more friends and had an EVEN greater time! Terrible. It was honestly embarrassing. Went in with my family at 1030 on a Saturday they had some bar guess and people singing. 15-20 people at most, in the whole place. We got sat right away. Took a while for the waitress to come to us, then took another 10 minutes to get our drinks..... ordered at 11 and got our food an hour later with us being the only people ordering in the whole place smdh. Two burgers & a cheese pizza took and hour. The wait staff were standing around, eating & hanging out on the table next to us & honestly with all the workers you would think things would be a quicker. Where to even start. Unimpressive is a really nice way to overstate the experience. Let's start with the food. So. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer and we each had a mixed drink. There was two of us at the table. Anyway. The mixed drinks were less than impressive and one had to be sent back because the "bartender" clearly forgot a specific ingredient..... the alcohol. They brought it back and you could actually taste it this time. The explanation given was that the mixer hides all the alcohol taste. Having worked In bars... that's the excuse you use when under-pouring to save money. So I'm not buying it. 20-30 minute wait time for that appetizer. Nachos. Let's talk about those "nachos". Have you every been to a skatIng rink? You know that low low quality food those places serve? Better than Fangs. The nachos had little to no flavor, chips came straight from the bag, cheese right out of the can. And the chili has ZERO flavor or form. More akin to canned dog food. Moving on. The wings. We both ordered wings. She had a wing plate and I went for the bottomless wing special. We both said boneless. Well hers came out, bone in. But where is mine?? Hmmm. Ok so we can't get the order correct AND we serve people one at a time. Got hers fixed: 10 minutes. Then another 5-10 waiting for my food. She had coleslaw with hers. Believe me when I tell you this: it's disgusting and is reminisce of something I may have vomited out on river street in Savannah after a night of binge drinking. In the midst of all of this....they karaoke "crew" arrives to start setting up the most god awful display i have ever witnessed. A handful of clueless Army Private's from Fort Stewart. With a mixture of home theater equipment and a folding table. THEN they start blasting music. NOBODY is doing karaoke. So they are basically pretending to be DJs at this point. It's loud enough that I'm yelling across my table to talk. Finally I've had enough and we leave. Never to return to the land of carpet sample remnant flooring that is Fangs. Advice: if you have an IQ greater than that of a potato, go somewhere else. Or stay home. Or drive a fork through your own eye, slowly, until it bottoms out in your own skull. So where to start, for starters I walked in went straight to the bar and waited 10-15 minutes before being approached. The bartender at a 10 person max bar with 2 people there clearly didn't care. Not a big deal. So I order the mix appetizer, and an hour goes by. The bartender finally approached me with what appeared to be microwaved wings, taquitos cooked in water, and shrimp fried in saw dust. The bartender informed me that my order was mixed up and this one was for free. The food tasted worse or equivalent as described. 2 minutes later the main chef walks out from the back and tells the manager "I'm tired of this bullshit I'm out". Walked out on the job. Funniest thing I've ever seen. Then our food arrives, I originally ordered buffalo wings, fried pickles, pretzel dogs, and fried shrimp as the sampler. Wise to the shrimp I went to the buffalo wings. Which are substantially better, but definitely microwaved still. The fried pickles, ok. The pretzel dogs .....eh. Ok. Now I don't expect 5 star food at any joint in Hinesville, not even 3 to be honest. But this shit was toxic! To follow up the bartender told us she would discount our food for being an hour late, we received a $1 discount....Seriously? Nbd. It's definitely a children's arcade but adults can play. Pretty cool. They actually have security, which is the biggest joke that's the icing on this shit storm cake. If you like carnivals you're in for a ride a Krusty's theme park. If you don't get the direction I'm going you probably should go here and you probably would enjoy the food as well. We enter the doors to waiters fighting over a table. It doesn't matter to which waiter you they will take over an hour to even bring you the smallest things such as water. We walk in get seated and order our appetizers right off the bat to much of my not surprised self it took over 30 minutes to bring out cheese sticks wrapped in lumpia wrappers . Ethnic very much cultural to say the least but Hinesville is no island keep that shit at home. We have a party of four every order was wrong. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and said the 12 inch sub and they came out with a whole pizza that was extremely burned and even when cold everything slid right off the pizza like wallpaper. But keep in mind at a quarter full dining area the pizza took over an hour to come out. On top of that when we went to go try am play games we come to find out the cheapest game is a dollar per play. We were seated. The table behind us complained about their barbecue wings (not fried, or sauced correctly). One of the guys ate a wing, and the table left when the server went to the back. (Dined and dashed). I ordered water, sprite, barbecue wings, mild wings, cheese steak, fried shrimp, Hennessey. My barbecue wings came out within a few minutes. While it took a while for the rest of the food to be ready. I suspect that I was given the wings from the table that dined and dashed. They were cold. The sprite was mostly acid. Never received my water until I was ready to pay at the end. Cheese steak was ok. Fried shrimp wasn't seasoned. Mild wings tasted good and were hot. Shot was good. At the end of the meal I told the server which was the manager that I watched her take back the wings and bring mine out almost immediately. And that i did not enjoy my service. Although she was condescending she did attempt to make sure that I was satisfied with my service. I was disgusted but declined to give them any further trouble since its Valentine's. Decided to give Fangs a chance for our son to have fun and play some games. Sat down for food. Ordered the combo appetizers. Fried mushrooms, fried pickles, motzerella sticks, and tiny hotdogs. The motzerella sticks were made in like spring roll wrappers. Super strange. Our server was on her first night which was fine but Noone was around to help her when we had questions. Not to mention she had like 5 tables and couldn't keep up. Took an hour to get our appatizers and then our pizza which was absolutely terrible. Finally went to the arcade. Had to wait in a long line just to get a card. Then couldn't understand half of the games since they were in Japanese or Chinese letters. (Explains the motzerella sticks) some of the games had no balls in them to play the games with. Or it would take your credits and not be able to play. Half the games were down and off and others had error messages across the screen. This was an over priced, packed, complete disappointment. Do not go here. Not worth it even to try it out. The employees were decent but could tell they didn't care to be there. I actually found a key in a machine and when I took it up to the counter they didn't even say thank you, just looked at the other employee and laughed and started giving the other person crap. Been here 3 times. First time was last winter, shortly after they opened. It was great, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly (sliders and fries). I was so pleased I met my son here for lunch a week later, as I really wanted him to try it. Everything we ordered was a complete and abject failure. Pigs in a blanket: burned on the bottom ( black-burnt, not too browned). Fries were limp and almost soggy with greasy. Totally undercooked. The fish fillet was fried so hard the meat was dry. We ordered 2 or 3 other things that I dont remember what they were, but I DO remember that it was all bad, microwave tasting food.! The 3rd time only happened because the first visit was so excellent, It made me think that the 2nd time was a fluke. But no. The 3rd visit was exactly like the 2nd. We ordered all different food on the 3rd visit, but no matter. It was all horrible. Whoever is running this restaurant has absolutely NO business being in the restaurant business. Whoever it is: he/she cannot cook, doesn't know the common principles of cooking, so clearly is not capable of training others to cook. Now I realize that my 1st visit was actually the fluke, there was an excellent cook in the kitchen that day, and he/she must have quit or been fired before I returned 1 week later!
